Why does the date state July 2013 twice on the package

-left under barcode above showed from September 2012 with phone nr
-left under next to barcodes rightside "EP14F July 2013"
-under adress very small "label 228, July 2013"

Thats when the envelope was manufactured dumbass...its obviously legit. There is a customs stamp on the envelope

Seriously, something tells me you didn't get hugged much as a child . . . nor as an adult. Chill out.

Who the fuck needs hugs? I get money bitches! Hugs are for queers and hippies. Man up pussies

@RyanMilligan1 since you took to posting on my LinkedIn Group about this - perhaps you could share some more about your holdings in this venture (is it via shares you bought directly from this person?) or via Cryptostocks?

Also you have to remember legal fees to litigate against someone in another country (are you in the UK?) against a private party / private party's relationships' company could be an extremely expensive endeavor. A "legal" agreement for him to provide you with 'ownership' in a company or endeavor via 'Cryptostocks' is far from a legally binding agreement. At least in a US court of law.

I can't discuss in full (instructed by attorney) but he has gone over it all and down to the proof of emails and all other evidence used against the alleged Ryan Gay, it is clearly a viable case. I will email him now and have him answer that.  Either way their would be a case, and it would take several months to go through the process which means he would only owe me more as it's been confirmed due to BTC status, he doesn't owe me a $ value, he owes me a certain quantity of BTC.

Of course I understand legal fees, I have a stateside attorney. 3 of them in different locations.

As its a public company, we should be able to see the books at any given time. So, Ryan G show us where our money has gone.

Every last satoshi.

Well best of luck than. It'll be interesting to see how some of these things play out in a legal sense. Obviously an unexplored legal avenue for people issuing "Shares" in a company via a unlicensed stock-exchange is illegal though to what result that has I don't know.

It's not illegal, just unregulated = hard to enforce the rules Smiley

I wouldn't be so sure, there is a lot of legal precedent obviously since it's inception but the S&E Act of 1933 lays out specific guidelines of what constitutes a security, and and exception from registration. Though I think that is hardly the issue here, that would be more a separate criminal / civil case against this person/persons versus those whom may have purchased these securities, or lent this person money!

the company BTCID on cryptostocks seems to have also disappeared without even paying out the first dividend due yesterday, and hes charging .05 btc per share. ive waited 5 days for a response from cryptostocks regarding coinpal and still no reply. it seems like im not having much luck with cryptostocks, scammed twice in one week. surely cryptostocks would have some vicarious liability wouldnt they?

No dude, cryptostocks does not give a shit from what I can tell. Every stock comes off as a scam aside from cryptsy. THere are so many loopholes just with bitcoin, no one would ever be prosecuted.

How did that guy nail it? Like I said, I live in LA (santa monica). And godaddy is pretty much the go to company for domain services in the US. Not very incriminating evidence there I must say.
