They are most certainly going to one, I don't think they will lose both, but it is up to them to select which one to sacrifice for the other, but I can't lie, they have the squad depth to compete for both titles. I'll be rooting for Inter Milan since I don't want City to win the league and the CL in the same season.
The squad that Manchester City possess should be enough for them to win both finals but as usual Guardiola will be tampering and tinkering with his methods in an attempt to outsmart the opposing team manager but it usually backfires. If Manchester United win it will mean Manchester City face Inter Milan with caution and that will simply compel Inter Milan to go on and win. If however Manchester City win the FA Cup final they will go in to the Champions League final full of confidence.

There is going to be a break of one week between the FA Cup and Champions League final matches. This means a lot to Manchester City because they won't have to deal with serious level of fatigue. They can add these titles to their collection as well and finish the season with 3 titles which would be epic for them. They have a quite high chance to make this happen as well. I don't think there will be any underestimation issue with Manchester City on one hand. People want to see them winning the remaining titles for themselves.
With these two final games of the season remaining and keeping in mind the strength they have within their squad, I cannot see fatigue playing a part in the Manchester City team. There will be added stress and pressure because they are in a position where they could win the treble and that could be the reason they fail if they find the expectation being too much of an obstacle.

They had better be careful against Manchester United and Inter both. Manchester United are the winner of the EFL Cup this season. Inter can try to catch them by surprise with some counter-attacks.
I am sure Manchester City will go in to the games with the belief they will win them but they will not take it for granted because if they lose they will lose a chance of making history at the club. There is no pressure on Manchester United and Inter Milan, all the pressure is on Manchester City.

Guardiola employed excellent tactics against Real Madrid in the semi-finals of the Champions League, that cannot be denied therefore full credit to him but for an in-depth comment and discussion regarding the Champions League please use the dedicated thread ⚽ FOOTBALL: UEFA Champions League 2022/23

Let us not forget before the Champions League final they will participate in the first ever all-Manchester FA Cup final and for discussion related to that please use the dedicated FA Cup thread ⚽ ENGLISH FA CUP 2022/23 TOURNAMENT - Discussion Thread

Talking about the Champions league final,I don't think Milan will be able to withstand Manchester city.I know Milan will be fully prepared, but I simply think city will unleash themselves on them and win them without much stress. If you look at what they did to Madrid in the second leg of their encounter, you will respect Guardiola, and his tactics. Before that match,he already said he was going to win Madrid at home,he so said he was happy that they were able to draw Madrid at their home. They came to city's home, and they thrashed them, this is to show you that they are fully ready to win the champions league this year by all means.

Guardiola had no choice but to save his best players for the final two games of a very long season.

@JollyGood what Pep managed to do with City in the premier league is surreal because at one stage we all thought that Arsenal would cruise to win the league title but Pep was defiant that it wasn’t over for City. Furthermore he played nice mind tricks by saying that it’s Arsenal’s title to lose and behind the scenes he kept pushing his player’s hard and in the end he managed to stun Arsenal and steal the title from them which just proves how good he actually is.

I was never confident Arsenal would become champions because they had a young inexperienced squad and I was fairly sure they would eventually collapse under the pressure of being chased by Manchester City. Guardiola does deserve credit for what he achieved but if Manchester City are found guilty of breaking financial play rules they will probably have their titles and trophies won (for the years they allegedly cheated) removed retrospectively.

We have seen some positive things about Manchester United this season. When Erik ten Hag first arrived at the team they were still having serious difficulties. He needed to take his time as well to know the team and the league well. In the meantime people continued to criticize Manchester United for continuing to be inconsistent. But I understood their impatience as they didn't see their team in a good shape for a long while.

However after giving it some time Erik ten Hag started to make a big impact on the team. The team effort has reached a much higher level and this brought about positive results. Rashford literally shined thanks to Erik ten Hag to tell the truth. This was the most productive season for him with 24 goals and 7 assists in total in all tournaments he played. I'm already excited about what they can do next season. But they will need to make some additions like a reliable centre-forward and some addition to the centre of the midfield would also be useful.

Eric Ten Hag did a marvelous job for united this season and he brought out the best of Rashford which wasn't noticed by any coach. He revived the club and brought unity between the players. Eric Ten Hag is a great coach who can win EPL with his team if he stays for long.  He brought light back to man united and the fans are happy with him.

Mauricio Pochettino is officially about to start his job at Chelsea by July 1, 2023. This must be hopefully a new era for the team. Because this season was just a big mess for the team. They lost so many points during the season that they would have even got near the relegation zone if there were more weeks to be played. But actually this team doesn't have a bad squad at all. It has really good players in the squad but somehow they couldn't perform as it was expected from them. Hopefully it was mainly due to Potter's management.

I believe Pochettino can do a pretty good job with this team if the squad is prepared well and strengthened more with the right players. Chelsea's priority must be to sign a striker now. Because Pochettino didn't want Joao Felix there anymore.

After their losses at the beginning of the season Manchester United were in the relegation zone, they were in trouble but when they beat Liverpool they turned their season around and managed to make 3rd place at the end of the season.

Eric Ten Hag did a marvelous job for united this season and he brought out the best of Rashford which wasn't noticed by any coach. He revived the club and brought unity between the players. I cannot use the term great coach because winning trophies and playing consistently well for years are signs the manager or coach is great. He did a brilliant job in his first season at Manchester United but next season the spotlight will be on him and with that the pressure to succeed too. If the team does not perform well he could be facing the sack it is as simple as that.

Source: https://www.transfermarkt.com/better-than-brendan-rodgers-why-tottenham-appointed-celtic-manager-ange-postecoglou/view/news/422277

Tottenham have finally found their new coach seemingly - Ange Postecoglou. He has been Celtic's coach for two seasons and his contract is about to end with them. His run with Celtic so far has been pretty impressive. The work he has done so far must have drawn the attention of Tottenham board. However I still have some doubts about this.

I mean isn't it risky for them to sign a coach who doesn't have any experience with a bigger team than Celtic? It is said that Tottenham will sign even a four-year deal with him. I hope this doesn't turn into the Potter situation with Chelsea. Because Chelsea also signed a five-year deal with Potter but he lasted only one season.

I still haven't figured out what's going on with this Spurs team, they have great players but they can't live up to expectation. Imagine bringing in coaches that have won different trophies with different clubs but when they get to Tottenham Hotspur they can't even get to the finals of any competition or win it, is so sad that with all the great coaches like Mourinho, Antonio Conte and Pochettino (even if he never won anything with the side) they can't hold on to any trophy with the Spurs team.
I can't say much about this new coach and if you check, the newly appointed coach has a good record in times of winning trophies but can he get at least one for the North London side? Can he? Let's watch and see how things work out for the new manager.

No disrespect to any manager out there but surely a football club the size of Tottenham Hotspur could have (and probably should have) appointed a much more bigger name with a much more proven background.

If Tottenham manage to have some stability they will be on the verge of success because their squad needs just a little tweaking before they can mount a serious top four finish in the Premier League and with that gain experience in the Champions League the following season. Within say five years they could be a completely different team to what we see today but they need a manager who will be backed by the board and one that the players respect.

I think exactly the same as you. Why would Tottenham go for managers whose names aren't known much in Europe at all? I respect this manager because of his successes with the other teams he managed so far but I still don't see any point to trust him about reviving Tottenham. Because it feels like only an experienced manager with this kind of teams can save Tottenham as of now.

Of course there won't be any guarantee. We have seen Conte, Pochettino and Mourinho trying to be successful with them so far but even they couldn't reach the targets of team. But this doesn't mean that they won't be able to find the right manager. They should have brought another well-known manager to start off with a clean slate.

But now I just hope that I will be wrong about this new manager and we can finally see Tottenham achieving something. Kane doesn't really deserve this after all that effort.

@JollyGood I’m eagerly waiting for it to resume because life gets boring without football and I can’t wait to see a new Manchester United provided they get a new keeper and a striker. Furthermore for the the title City and Arsenal are the contenders and Newcastle, Liverpool, and Manchester United should give them a healthy competition at least that’s what I feel.

I wanted to think realistically so picked Manchester City for the championship this season. They won their third league title in a row and for now I don't see any hindrance for them not to go for the fourth. We need to see the progresses top teams in the league have made as well after the beginning of the season. You know there were such teams in poor condition in the previous season like Chelsea and Liverpool most of the time. Tottenham also couldn't be competitive for anything.

Newcastle were a surprising team with making it to top 4 but their job is likely to be even more difficult this time. Because Liverpool have already showed the sign of recovery in last times of the previous season. I expect Chelsea to do much better than that as well.

I also think that Man City will be the main contender for the championship in the new season.... But I think there will be a lot more competition than last season when only Arsenal had a chance to win it.... Next season we will be left with Arsenal, Newcastle, Man U and Liverpool.... All of these clubs performed well at the end of last season and I'm sure they will be fighting for the top spot next season.... I'm not sure about Chelsea, but I hope the new coach can help them.... That wouldn't be a bad thing...

Life is boring without Premier League football, it is only a short wait before the new season kicks-off.

Arsenal paid £105 million to buy Rice from West Ham therefore the pressure is on them to at least finish in the top again this season. Manchester United allowed De Gea to leave on a free transfer and are looking to buy Onana as a replacement from Inter Milan for £50 million.

There is still a chance Kane could leave Tottenham and move to Bayern Munich and that is where Kyle Walker is likely to head too because he wants to quit Manchester City. I will post a list of the transfer market activity when I compile the list.

Manchaster City was really amazing last season and hypnotized all the spectators for their rapid progress at the end of the league, and they really brought home a lot of trophies on the occasion, and yes next season will probably be the strongest challenger to other big teams because of the structure of players Manchester City haven't changed much either, they have their main squad they can rely on.
Arsenal, Manchester United and Newcastle will certainly not remain silent in such a situation, they will certainly also make adjustments and improve the performance of their players, but for Liverpool I am not very up to date on their news.
I agree with Chelsea, I think they will struggle at the start, and hope Pachettino can really make a change for the better for Chelsea.

Arsenal continue to make really good signings. Havertz, Rice and another arrival is Timber. I must admit that I don't know of Timber very much but it sounds like he has a good potential. Havertz signing might be criticized due to not showing enough performance at Chelsea recently. But we shouldn't forget that Chelsea used him as centre-forward mostly. I think Arteta will use him in his main position which should make him more productive.

Rice is a talented midfielder but they spent a lot of money on his fee. They will hope Rice signing to be very beneficial for them. The team has got even younger so I can't be sure of anything for Arsenal about maintaining a title race similar to last season.

For now Manchester City look the closest team to the title on paper. But let's see some matches first which can make things clearer about teams.

^  Whether Havertz is a good or bad signing is still up in the air.  But for his price tag, Artera should def use him as the first choice to spear head the Gunner's offense and hope that he'll make way more goals than he did last season.  Lol.  I think he made less than 10 goals for 2022/23 season.

As for the thread's poll.  I think it's gonna be City winning the league again.  But also thinking Liverpool could make a resurgence.  Did Klopp make any good signings?
