Is it possible to assign one of the miners to just mine off ONE algorithm?
For some reason, one of the rig I own doesn't perform well on Lyra2v2 but works fine on equihash. Even with the default setting, which is very strange.
And I am using the auto-switcher at the moment.
Thank you!

Is this program compatible with the Pangolinminer Whatsminer M3? Has anyone tried? I checked the list on the FAQ page, and it just says most miners. Being it's a new miner on the mining scene, I haven't seen many facts about software compatibility. I searched through recent posts, and couldn't find anything. I'd really like to purchase this software for when I'm away at my day job.
If not allowed I'll remove. Thanx!!!

Sometimes rigs just plain lock up or otherwise stop mining. Most of the time this is detectable in AM. I'd like to implement some kind of hardware-based physical cycling of power on a rig based on AM notifications/rules. Does anyone have recommendations on what to use to achieve this? I'm assuming AM is capable of this, even if it requires C# coding. I haven't gotten that far yet. The alternative is some kind of local heartbeat monitoring outside of AM. This may make more sense anyway in case AM is down, etc.

You could use a hardware watchdog like this - https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/USB-Watchdog-Timer-Card-Module-Automatic-Restart-IP-Electronic-for-Mining-PC/173018475361?hash=item2848b46b61:g:QfMAAOSwjM5aIRX9Just resets the PC if it doesn't get a USB signal for a certain time.

great tool, working nearly perfect for several days now heres my wishlist: - add xmrig cpu miner ( https://github.com/xmrig/xmrig) + api compatibility (much faster cryptonight) - option to use more then one gpu for benchmark - cloud service on mobile phone: gpu clock/power is missing (desktop version is fine, just missing on mobile) - add ahashpool and yiimp.eu for easy use (instead of having it to build myself) Thanks

hey guys idk if anyone watches this thread but ive been having some problems setting up my awesome miner and am not finding anyone else with this issue, first of all I am wondering if I need to predownload all the mining software like ccminer 2.2.3 and other software or will it automatically download and use this software for me? I am able to mine on miningpoolhub setting with auto profit switching but as soon as I click the box to add zpool or hashrefinery it stops my awesome miner from working at all.. until I disable all but miningpoolhub.
Starting Diagnostics. Awesome Miner version: 4.2.6 Starting Mining Software Setting up Miner Engine. Instance: 1 Engine Type: CcMiner, Auto Download: True, EnginePath: , Subtype: Disabled, CustomExecutable: Added rule for: C:\Users\shannon\AppData\Local\AwesomeMiner\ccminer-2.2.3_1\ccminer-x64-2.2.3-cuda9\ccminer-x64.exe C:\Users\shannon\AppData\Local\AwesomeMiner\ccminer-2.2.3_1\ccminer-x64-2.2.3-cuda9\ccminer-x64.exe -a lyra2v2 -o stratum+tcp://hub.miningpoolhub.com:17018 -u (my wallet address and username is inserted here) 0.0.0.0:4028 (WindowMode: ConsoleFormat, EngineType: CcMiner, IsProfitMiner: True) Configuration:

thanks for any help

I am using AwesomeMiner to run 3 ASIC miners (s9, L3+ x2), and 3 GPU rigs (8x AMD470, 8x 1070, 6x 1060). Each of the GPU miners are running on ethOS and the AMD machine is running sgminer-gm 5.5.5-gm-a and the two NVIDIA miners are running ccminer 2.2.2-mod-ethos4.
My question is regarding basic vs privileged API access. The AMD rig and ASIC are all working as intended with privilege enabled, however, I am having some issues with ccminer.
I have the following flag entered into the code in ethOS (based on Ubuntu for those not aware):
-a skein -b --api-remote --api-bind=4068 --api-allow=0/0
This is allowing "basic" access, however, based on my interpretation of the API documentation, this should be allowing for full privileged access.
Anyone that has knowledge of this and and can way in?
Thank you in advance for the help!

Hi! Is there a way to tell AM to subtract the miner and pools fees from the earning statistics? For example, AM says that I'm earning $21,72 daily with MPH. But (correct me if I'm wrong) that doesn't account to the 0.9% pool fee plus the 0.2% fee deducted from exchange. It also doesn't account for the miner fee of moving BTC to my wallet. It would be useful to be able to add a manual fee % that AM will deduct from the earning calculations.

really need to add myr-gr
you can add algorithms by yourself - options/algorithms add - give proper name - options/managed software - example ccminer, enable the new algo, set user defined command line argument ("myr-gr" in your case without quotation marks) - options/online service - add an entry for your pool, example zpool: http://fs1.directupload.net/images/171220/8ysgbiev.png- run benchmark for your new algorithm done. algorithm should be listed at online services. I had to restart awesome miner before profit switching worked with newly added algorithms. Hi! Is there a way to tell AM to subtract the miner and pools fees from the earning statistics?
you can use the profit factor http://fs1.directupload.net/images/171220/jhk8b4ju.png0,98 = 1,00 - 2% fee (zpool fee) for MH you have to calculate your percent (depends on payout/fixed fee)

Used to use Nicehash but came across Awesome miner on a another forum and never looked back since! Been making 3-5X more a month then what that ripoff of a site gave me.
Still learning most of the ropes. Just got a question concerning unspecified coins vs and specified coins.
Sometimes unspecified coins give a much high profit per day as specified coins. Just how accurate is it when it says this? If anybody can shed some light for me on this I'd be so happy.

Hello everyone, I have been using Awesome Miner for a little over a week now and am loving it so far. I am obsessed with watching the revenue on the dashboard on my phone, but had one quick question.
Recently (last day or two) I noticed that the revenue seems to be all over the place. One minute it says about $150 a month when the next minute it says has high as $1,800. Is this normal? Is there anything I can do to get a more accurate estimate?
I am mining with an GTX 1080 and have the most recent update to AM. Thank you in advance!

My best suggestion is make a notepad file and mark every hour what you've made so far. Do this for like a few days and then you'll be able to see how much you really make a day.

options/statistic - you can choose 24 hour average. the profit will be more "smooth" and profit manager won't switch that much. on the other hand you might have fewer earnings (perhaps even more?)

I do get a number of requests on xmrig and ahashpool support, so these are for sure candidates for the next few versions. Benchmarking can of course be improved, but benchmarking individual cards actually gives more flexibility if you have a large number of miners. If you have 7 GPU's in one system and 8 of the same in another, I don't know if benchmarking the two systems would give anything compared to benchmarking a single GPU and then just specify how many you have like today?

@puwaha here they are:
Awesome Miner will setup the wd and r parameters for you, so there is no need to modify them. In fact, the parameters Awesome Miner set is to get the correct behavior of Claymore so it doesn't restart itself - Awesome Miner should do that instead. "Dead device" is only reported by some mining software. Another trigger that can be of interest here is the Device Count trigger.

Hi, If this is about the Antminer L3 web interface, then it sounds a bit strange. It's not at all related to Awesome Miner. Awesome Miner is only connecting to the cgminer/bmminer process on the Antminer - not the web interface.
