Wow, looks like XMR is either being pumped, or starting to test its Saturn V moon rocket boosters.

Huge 68BTC attack wall just under the ask is daring dumpers to give up their coins while it mocks the low asks for selling for too little.

Total bids have jumped ~100BTC to ~420, while asks are down to ~180k XMR.

Now <40BTC needed to get us to 0.003, way down from the ~100BTC in ask walls prevalent over the last few days.

The cheap(est) coins are long gone.  Who are these fools selling for less than 0.003, or under 0.005 for that matter?  There is a bit of resistance at 0.0032, but little beyond that to stop the price from running wildly to the upside.

I think HRHRP wasn't kidding about the price now going up.  His whale buddies need a deep ocean of liquidity in which to frolic, and he's apparently building one.

Every time I consider taking some profit and trying to squeeze out a few more XMR, I'm glad I didn't, because buying the coins back cheaper is difficult or impossible.

Which might bring in a news we have been waiting for +6 months  Smiley

Monero's privacy and therefore fungibility are MUCH stronger than Bitcoin's.
This makes Monero a better candidate to deserve the term "digital cash".

Since dark and monero are rising in tandem, it suggest the possibility that this rally may be a reaction to bitcoin fungibility concerns resulting from btc-e blocking evolution stolen bitcoins.

Very likely given the peter todd tweet, discussion on reddit, etc. That all has a pretty high profile.

so I realized I should sell some XMR at 100 BTC on poloniex.

I think everyone should put a sell order at that price point.

I just added to that "wall". Grin

I would agree with this.

Volume exploding.  XMR now up 27% vs 25% for DashCoinDark (aka, yesterday's soon-to-be-forgotten instamined pseudo-privacy shitcion).

1 month daily chart is a thing of beauty.  From 0.001 to 0.003+.  Look at the solid line of little green thingys at the bottom.  I don't understand those, but I like their style.   Grin

It is so exciting !!! I'm glad to have bought at 0.0026. I almost didn't buy because I was waiting for 0.0014 !!! But there's still a huge wall at 0.0032

There is a wall at 0.0032 but there is not much behind it.

A test of 0.0029 makes sense since this is a point of strong support / resistance.

Old ceiling = new floor.  It's the oldest story on Wall St.

Who are these crazy fools selling under 0.005?

Did they learn nothing in the battle of 0.003?

Do they really think they can sell high and buy back lower?

Or are they just bots?

Feels like a tipping point. Bitcoin isn't fungible, DRK & XMR  are, and XMR is superior.

Things could escalate rapidly from here. The daily emission might look smaller in a few days if the masses start hedging their bets a bit.

I didn't want to withhold this from you guys, it is pretty hilarious in fact -> http://pastebin.com/pPNf8y6L

Might have, next to the awareness Peter Todd raised, sparkled some of the rally.
