Made a deposit which has 4 confirmations until now but it's still not on my balance.
Some broadcasts were not successful and some blocks were delayed and we are investigating why this happened. Everything runs fine right now. Both the blockchain game and the session game receive and process transactions without delays at the time I'm writing this. |

I placed a bet on the blockchain on 1/22/2015 after a couple emails to your support email address and now this post I want my measly .035 btc back that was never put into play.. Here is the txid f1ec30f5b25ca8e3bd0fd938838f197bc5a7f624bcd40ccd97c820184bd85015

I can confirm that this transaction was not processed and it was because of the downtime we had during this time. We are manually processing this transaction later today, sorry about the delay. |

Recently won 2 of these leader boards it even displays it on the leader boards history, this is a few days ago now when will the prizes be paid out?

I still have not received anything. Shouldn't it be processed by now? The system has problems returning bets to multisig addresses. We have just refunded the bet. Sorry about the delay, fixing this issue is in the to do list! |

We have identified what the problem is and the confirmation lag will be solved. We will take the site down and implement the changes. won 2 of the daily leader boards on satoshidice more then a week ago but I never received the prizes, I contacted them by email (no response) and via this forum and have gotten 1 pm (3days ago) but still no prizes paid out -_-

Hello sorry for the slow response, these prizes are awarded automatically to the account a few minutes after the day ends. You have two accounts and the one that won has received the prizes as a balance increase of 0.15 BTC. |

Yes, but these cash outs appear to be made when withdrawals could be executed simultaneously under some circumstances. We're doing coin taint analysis and investigating the accounts that were reaching our site from Tor end points during this time. Sorry about the delay.
Didn't follow most of what you were saying here... but I was using the site as a wallet to send transactions and payments more than a gambling place and there was nothing against that. Also this is a confirmation that there is a non-credited deposit in my account?, I'll be waiting for the confirmation and for the deposit to be credited to me. Thanks. I'm still waiting here... |

I just go to your website on my browser and I filled in a nickname once. I won the prizes on that account but when I go to your website at this moment I still don't have the 0.15 BTC, how do I get on the right account? (nickname is still the same as when I won the prizes.) EDIT: I got 2 seperate URL's in my history with the same nickname, don't know how this happened but got on the right one now and the BTC is on it. Thanks. |

Is the site still down?
It was down earlier if I recall but currently the site is back up. Try erasing your cookies and clearing your DNS. Sometimes that helps |
