It has not and we have heard this so many times, admin is not working fulltime and most investors know this already relax he will be around soon enough to refill the wallets.

Aug 17 my first email, request for a top-up of a certain amount, and top-up sent


I messed-up by not realising the temporary account was just identified by my IP address, and that I'd paid from a site that couldn't send messages of guarantee to send from the same wallet a second time. Not a stupid mistake, and loads of people make it, but a reason for some delay in sorting-out.

As someone who used to run a business part time I can appreciate that responses come the next day.

I wrote to suggest to safedice that they put the edge up to 0.75% just for a while if 0.5% isn't enough to pay the bills.

From the look of the site, it's working OK, just altered to start taking Bitcash which must have taken time and money to get going

You can pm op i guess, but i'm not sure you'll get a reply any faster. op usually come at weekends to clear up all the support request, wait for 2-3 days to get your problems resolved! he seriously has to hire a support agent.

Hello all, my apologies there were some problem with our monero node ( btc and bch run smoothly ). While all connection on SD server is doing fine, the node does not seems to respond. Usually this occurs when there is an update on monero side (they do this frequently).

I'm sorry for my late response. I'm currently focusing on this matter, and I guarantee that all monero deposit and withdrawal will come through. I expect this matter to be resolved within the next 12 hours at most unless there's another update.

update : xmr deposits and withdrawals are working now. all pending xmr deposits should have been processed and you should be able to withdraw your xmr.

Thanks. It's really a pleasure to see my deposit being credited. Not seeing that balance for a couple of days surely troubled me. But I was optimistic that safedice would solve any problems on their site.

Hello giveen, please retry again. Some people were trying to withdraw at the same time and consuming the hot wallet, but it should be enough for most withdrawal now Smiley

Hi SD,
at some point you told you were thinking of a SD 2. Is it still on your roadmap?
I used to like your site very much but lately you had a bit of troubles even though you handled all of them.

If you will consider to improve site support I think you can be again one of the best dice sites out there.

By the way, good move to implement BCH correctly
