has your transaction been confirmed?
mempool is fine nowadays,but if you sent money with very very low fees,it can take days still
you should post the TXid as well,so there are no unsubstanciated claims,like...uh oh I deposited 10000 btc and safedice doesn't credit

you can send them an email regarding your problem so they can respond more quickly, they are not much active on this forum if you check their history here

Sometimes it takes more than 24 hours to reply for a ticket. Make another ticket to support regarding your issue. If they still dont reply then i suggest you to open an accusation against the site.

safedice has a support department that is indifferent to everything. I sent Monero has 3 days and no account I have. I am a long time customer of safe I am tired of safedice support services. A despicable condemnation, he thinks we are gamblers and he is addicted to the web. In fact, we can go to the web without losing. This will be my last time playing in safedice. Fortunjack admin web will protect him again because he can be friends you will wait and see

If you're talking about SafeDice: they are for sure not a scam. They just take a little longer time to respond then you would like. They have a lot of things they have to do, so if you're just a little more patient, they'll react to your case, and settle it correctly.

Also, it isn't smart to put all your BTC on one single website, but that's another story

Im not trying to be mean to the SafeDICE team or anything, its just that a lot of companies will just ignore emails and suck

You then GAMBLED the amount of the withdrawal request, thus spending that BTC. I very much doubt you'll get anything back from Safedice if you gambled it away, I certainly wouldn't give you your money back. Had you still been trying to withdraw BTC and not able to (without gambling it away) that would be a completely different story..

My apologies blade, but if you already gambled the coin then I can't help you. Otherwise it would not be fair to investors or other players, I hope you understand the situation. Not to mention that it has been months since we have our BTC node down, if there was a downtime it shouldn't take more than few minutes/hours

Safedice is a huge platform. The admin should at least hire a few person for support rather than handling each of them on his own. People are waiting weeks for a reply.
