Yes. Sorry. We have been pretty busy. I'll try to make it a priority to be more here.

Yes. Sorry. We have been pretty busy. I'll try to make it a priority to be more here. This board is so busy the servers are over loaded regularly. There should be bitbay positions for a few people to keep the thread on page 1 here. That alone would be one of the most important positions in the bitbay team For features this coin stands out. It however is practically unheard of still.

Maybe i'm just an ungrateful millenial That being said we have discussed making this and the BitBay subreddit (which is growing quite nicely!) more of a priority in the future.

However this is the jumping board for new investors. Bitbay has gone from top 50 to 150 in a couple of months. I would think that keeping this thread on page 1 of this board would get a lot more attention. If bitbay is as good as we say then all we need is attention. Slack is good but unless you are already interested specifically in bitbay then it brings no new investors. This thread and the main board really could do with more bitbay activity.

This is usually one of the first places new investors come to see the history of a project. Keeping this thread alive should be a priority not a second thought. Newer is not always better, live does not always trump static. If we ignore the new users, we are lost. I'm one every type of board, forum, slack, reddit, twitter there is but, when I want to learn about a specific project I've just heard about, I come here. This is the historical record. We really should continue to post here.

we have all these new team members and positions lets start a few new positions thread bumpers/info transmitters... transfer the latest slack gossip and chat here
Apparently 1300 regular slack members and I see less than a handful posting here.
Ebay is not only a total fee scamming shit hole it is now infested with malware. I see more and more complaints about that place.
Bay needs to get a mobile version and web version if we need an ico to fund this development and other essentials lets have one as i suggested over a year ago.
komodo lisk and particl did exactly that
this time for an ico is quite a good time... a little sooner would be better but a good ledger for how we would allocate the funding would attract attention to the project and bring in funds.
Komodos structure was quite fair to bitcoindark holders.

I agree that there definitely needs to be something to fund the project so that it can have dedicated marketing etc. Thanks to David's dedication to the project when it was in the dark, Bitbay was able to gain a technological lead over it's competitors. However as time passes, the competitors will slowly catch up b/c they have dedicated paid full-time staff due to ICO funds. The more marketing the competitors do, the more valuable their tokens become, and the more resources they have to expand staff. This project needs some way to self fund and not rely solely on David or volunteers.

Because if we fix it at $1 then it doesn't also follow Bitcoin price when it goes up. So it's better to let the peg be dynamic so it goes up slowly with Bitcoin and once Bitcoin crashes we freeze up so we don't crash and then more volume will go into this coin because it's safer than Tether.

i come here a lot as i own bitbay and i think the same thing every time i read this thread which is,
why does cryptohunter always demand things but never does anything himself. Hes always expecting others to do everything. Everyone is volunteering their own time to help yet he just seems to bark and demand. If he wants to help do something yourself otherwise shut you mouth. What have you done for Bitbay other than come on here compalining
Well he's not in the team himself, so his suggestions are probbly always welcome I don't feel he has ever been insisting too much and he keeps this talk alive so in fact he helps the team in a way.

Checking out the latest Market Client (for mac) - didn't know the splash screen was already changed! I also am noticing that my CPU isn't being taken hostage by BAY this time usually the fan is whirring and such. Blockchain sync seems faster but I'm timing it this time so I can know if it's just my sense of time lol. Last time took a little less than 48 hours i believe.

Investors should be allowed to voice their concerns. He could just sell his stack and leave, but the fact that he's still here means that he's still invested in the potential of this project. Being a bitbay investor can be a little trying at times. I haven't sold any of my stack and don't plan to until the project is complete. It can be a little disheartening at times, watching other alts/btc you sold to buy bay rise up many fold.
