As for 2fa - let me suggest to re-enable it? Support can disable it for you, so that you access your account, then I would recommend to remove all E-Coin related codes from your phone, reinstall the app (if you do not have other codes here), and enable 2FA back.

Also, apart from time synchronization, have you checked your phone has time and time zone auto-configured? Or you have them configured manually? In addition, when exactly it stopped working - could it be related to the day saving time switch some countries perform?


For the app, not all OSes are supported. I do not know which one you have, but the app will work only on OS 4.2 or higher (API 17+).

I use the visa plastic card for almost a year with no problems at Amazon AWS. Uber accepted the same card in the past without a problem but I haven't used it recently.

Yes, you can surely use the service in Canada. We do not have cards in CAD, however you can use USD or any other card for that.

The limit you have mentioned is for unverified cards.

UPDATE: I now get this error "Verification attempts are exceeded".

Due to the card issuance delay E-Coin may have different expiration date listed for your card. Could you please activate the card using Feb 19 (I reset activation attempts). For all other transactions, please use the expiration date printed on your card.

We will correct all incorrect expiration dates on our side soon as well.

I just check list my country name is not so I cannot order this card but can I use virtual Card without giving any my personal information because I need one and have no option right now ?
