It makes no sense to suggest that Allegri should be sacked. Allegri has said that if he will not leave from juventus soon. He wants stay even longer in the club.
There will be no new coach for juventus.
We can already learn from Chelsea and Bayern Munich that sacking the coach of the team is not always the solution to make a team better. Juventus have not been bad this season, they did well even in the Europa competition. If they have not not been affected by this points deduction, they will be no talks of a need to sack the coach. If Juventus sack their coach, it will be to their loss because they will struggle more again when next season begins.

It depends on the manager, the club and if the manager has stayed long enough that the club has already out grown the manager.  :/  With Tuchel, we could agree that his sacking was premature but as for Allegri, how long has he been with Juve?  Prolly around 6 - 7 years?  I think if the club wants to go into a totally new direction with a totally different philosophy then they have no choice but to give their current manager the sack and replace him.

Anyway the most exciting club to follow during the summer is Chelsea.  Let's what kind of players Poch acquires.  I think the first thing he should want is a new keeper.

^  I'm hopeful tbh.  If there's some good money to be made for all people involved then I could see why a cross promotion bout isn't possible.  As a pure fan I'd just like to watch the best fighters go at it.  I really think Ngannou will give Jones his first KO.

Anyway I found a new site that's gonna be a good replacement for Best Fight Odds...  It's called...  *drum roll* ...  Fight Odds.  Lol.

https://fightodds.io/

But it's really good as they have a tools section.  In there you could do some research and it even suggest which matches to tape study depending on which of the fighter's strengths you wanna look at.

Now that the event of UFC Fight Night: Dern vs. Hill is settled I think it is time to move again with a different event, and right now the next event is

UFC Fight Night: Kara-France vs. Albazi

Date & Time: 06.03.2023 at 06:00 PM ET
Promotion: Ultimate Fighting Championship
Location: Las Vegas, Nevada, United States

MAIN EVENT
Kai Kara-France VS Amir Albazi

CO-MAIN EVENT
Alex Caceres VS Daniel Pineda

MAIN CARD
Jim Miller VS Jared Gordon
Tim Elliott VS Victor Altamirano
Karine Silva VS Ketlen Souza
Guram Kutateladze VS Jamie Mullarkey

PRELIMINARY CARD
Elizeu Zaleski VS Abubakar Nurmagomedov
John Castañeda VS Mateus Mendonça
Andrei Arlovski VS Don'Tale Mayes
Daniel Santos VS Johnny Munoz Jr.
Jinh Yu Frey VS Elise Reed
Luan Lacerda VS Da'Mon Blackshear
Maxim Grishin VS Philipe Lins

Info was from Tapology: https://www.tapology.com/fightcenter/events/99119-ufc-fight-night

I think this one's better than the last event on paper but the last event turned out to be a banger with a few matches turning out to be better than expected.  Lol.  I hope this one doesn't disappoint.

Matches to look out for are Lacera vs Blackshear, Santos vs Munoz, Kutateladze vs Mullarkey, Elliott vs Altamirano, the co main and the main event...  And it's another gap week.  :/  No UFC this weekend folks.

Really appreciate those guys who dropped by itt and said thank you.  It feels good to know that I at least helped some of you in some way.  I'll be making more threads like these, aside from the airdrop threads, and hopefully they help many of you guys make the right decisions and make some money off the market at the same time.  Wink

GL on your trades guys.
1228  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC Sentiment Poll for May on: May 21, 2023, 05:23:25 PM
^  It's not just about those selling the market down as there really are whales who run everybody's stops as a trading strategy.  Some even are the exchanges' market makers themselves that do it.  It's not that their manipulating the market per se but they need to take the market where most likely there's more action and liquidity.  Kinda like how sports betting sites set the odds.  They take it where they think there's likely more action.

But yeah...  It's looking like the market needs to go down before it could go up if that makes any sense.  Not a lot of people are willing to buy at the current range.
1229  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🥊 The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: May 21, 2023, 05:11:53 PM
This is a horrible night to bet. There's too many close calls for me, including the main event. Anyhow, here's my predictions:

Takashi Sato
Natália Silva
Chase Hooper
Rodrigo Nascimento
Orion Cosce
Viacheslav Borshchev
Diego Ferreira
Joaquin Buckley
Lupita Godinez
Anthony Hernandez
Mackenzie Dern
Vanessa Demopoulos

Joaquin Buckley is definitely a risky one. Although, he will probably have more volume than Fialho, and if that's the case, I think he wins either via TKO or decision, but has the chance to be clipped. Mackenzie Dern all depends on Angela's takedown defense. Anthony Hernandez is probably one of my more confident picks. He has decent wrestling, and submissions. Natália Silva is probably the most confident pick of the night. I like Vanessa here, she has decent submissions, but the only problem is she'll likely get out struck. So, if she can't finish the fight, she probably loses to a decision.

I think we should remind ourselves to check the lines on the overs and unders for lopsided matches like Silva vs Leonardo.  Not sure but I think I say it at a decent line at 1.70 - 1.75 or something.

So yeah...  I thought the main event was gonna be boring as hell but man, sometimes these women could show everybody that they could for it better than men do in the cage.  Dern improved a lot.  Can't wait to see her go against somebody like Yan or Namajunas next.

Here's the post fight press conference.

1230  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ English Premier League Season: 2022/2023 on: May 20, 2023, 12:56:07 PM
^  Meh..  All the 'mathematically stuff' the football journos like to throw out there is just an attempt to keep our attention and get us still interested in the season.  It's pretty clear that City has it in the bag.  The books prolly have City to win the league lined at 1.10 or something...  Maybe less.

The more exciting question is if Guardiola could win City a treble.  In the EPL era, only Man United has ever done it.
1231  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: MMA Info and Predictions - Bellator, KSW, PFL, ONE... on: May 20, 2023, 12:46:40 PM
^  A cross promotion event is the only chance we see an Ngannou vs Jones match up.  And judging from what the UFC was willing to do with Nunes and Kayla Harris before, it's not outside the realms of possbility that we see a Ngannou vs Jones event happening.  It just needs to make some sense from a business perspective and it really does make a looot of sense.

With Nunes vs Harris...  It was supposed to happen after Nunes vs Pena at UFC 269.  But the huge upset happened with Pena winning the bout.  So the planned cross promotion event was cancelled.
1232  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🥊 The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: May 20, 2023, 12:32:17 PM
Weigh in results here...  A couple of fighters missed weight and a match became a catch weight bout prolly because both fighters missed weight.  I guess the UFC had to have all the matches as we're gonna have next week off before KKF vs Albazi which is a decent event for a Fight Night.

Mackenzie Dern (115) vs. Angela Hill (114.5)
Anthony Hernandez (186) vs. Edmen Shahbazyan (185.5)
Emily Ducote (119.5) vs. Loopy Godinez (119.5) – 120-pound catchweight bout
Joaquin Buckley (170.5) vs. Andre Fialho (169.5)
Diego Ferreira (154.5) vs. Michael Johnson (155)
Viacheslav Borshchev (154.5) vs. Hayisaer Maheshate (155.5)
Vanessa Demopoulos (117.5)* vs. Karolina Kowalkiewicz (115.5)
Orion Cosce (172.5)* vs. Gilbert Urbina (170)
Ilir Latifi (249.5) vs. Rodrigo Nascimento (264.5)
Nick Fiore (154) vs. Chase Hooper (156)
Victoria Leonardo (124.5) vs. Natalia Silva (124.5)
Themba Gorimbo (170) vs. Takashi Sato (170.5)

*Missed weight

Lets watch how Conor gonna perform against Chandler by the end of current TUF show (if they gonna fight at all, because Conor did not fight Urijah Faber in TUF 22 finals). Either we see a return, followed probably by a fourth fight against Poirier, or Chandler would knock him out cold and Conor would retire. Btw, anyone knows if Conor still have number of fighter under contract, or his contract is so unique that he might fight anytime and anyone he wants?

Does McGregor still have clout as a UFC fighter?  I feel like there's no interest in him anymore.

There is still huge interest in him. He is coaching another season of TUF. Recently he has said, that soon their fight against Chandler is about to announced and he has "already fix all problems with USADA". He has mentioned that he is ready to enter octagon by the end of this year. Here is the tweet about USADA comment https://twitter.com/aaronbronsteter/status/1659667915300274179. Just a little proof that Conor is still in business Cheesy

I guess but it's just not piquing my interest at the moment.  Maybe as we get closer to their match it starts to get more interesting.  I think Chandler wobbles McGregor and finishes him via GnP.  Chandler has proven himself to be a tough dude after battling it out vs Gaethje.  I don't think McGregor would last the whole 15 minutes.

Edit:  Last call to make your picks in the Multi Master.

For those of you guys who joined Sinbad's BTC price prediction contest...  Just dropping by to tell you guys that it's the last day to make your second prediction.  I've missed doing the second one for a couple of months now.  Lol.  So yeah, don't be like me. It's basically +EV, won't hurt to join.

Anyway, gonna lock the poll, just 24 votes.  Hopefully more of you guys get in next month.

And I feel like it's sideways til the end of the month but since LSD's started getting bought up again, I think it's gonna lead the way for BTC like it did at the last run during the start of the year.

Long bottom wicks during May 12, 17 and 18 could be telling us that some whales are trying to protect the 26k - 27k range.  We can't really be sure if they could but if they do, it could bring more bullishness back to the market and force the shorts to be flushed out and close out their trades causing even more positive price action.

The question is how long could 26k - 27k be held?  Pretty sure there are whales who are also taking the other side of the trade.
1236  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: NFT Speculation on: May 19, 2023, 01:27:02 PM
so much NFT actually losing their value. heck even those NFT holds by the so called celebrities back then which make some headline in many media are now worth a dime, i'd say NFT art based are done for.
right now i see NFT that still have some utility like used for in game items and also key for like airdrops programs are the one that still have active trading volume the rest just tanks.

for anyone that wanna invest in NFT just rethink it twice, you could very well say you're burning your money away if you're investing in some random NFT that got no liquid whatsoever.
investing in meme coin is far better option at this point at least you got billions liquidity ready for you to dump your coin.

They are...  But I think at least for now.  As we've seen before, crypto trading is a rotation game a lot of the time.  It went from BTC to ETH to other L1's, to decent alts, to micro caps aka alt szn then it went to the most ridiculous sh*t like memecoins.  After all that it went to NFT's...

Well we've just had our memecoin craze.  So I guess we'll be seeing NFT szn next?  Dunno...  I think maybe but not financial advice.
1237  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to Assess a Memecoin and Not Get Scammed ;) on: May 19, 2023, 01:16:45 PM
There's no guarantee no matter how that one cannot get scamm with these memecoins becau they are many, we are only seeing pepe coin now trending, we don't know which one next, maybe by the the present ones would have also been out in place must as those before them, so whenever you are investing on NFTs, have it at the nack of your mind that it's a risk taking idea ad it's fifty fifty, you can also do your own research in finding more about them.

Here's the thing, there's no guarantee if you win pvp mode in trading, which what trading memecoins mostly is, but what the guide guarantees is you won't get trapped by honey pots.  Honey pots are those ones when you can buy the token but you can't sell the token...  A total scam.  And it sucks because you feel like a dumb mfker.  Cheesy

Another thing is it's a game of liquidity.  If the developer locked over 90% of liquidity like what I think PEPE did, that at least shows that the token might not be a rug.
1238  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🥊 The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: May 19, 2023, 12:58:40 PM
I am more excited about Pereira vs Blachowicz fight. This is second time Polish power is fighting guys, champions in a way, from middle weight. Izzy did not look good when he fought Jan. It was even a one sided fight, where Blachowicz threw Izzy on the ground like a kitten (not the kitten @YuginKadoya gets excited about Cheesy). In that fight Izzy did not manage to show his super striking. Now it is Pereira turn to face Blachowicz and imho he has more chances to win. Not because Blachowicz became older, slower and etc, but because Pereira is a heavy hitter.

In hindsight Adesanya was too small for 205.  Pereira on the other hand could prolly be just right for 205 as he was obviously huge for 185.  He got chin checked by Adesanya prolly because he was dehydrating himself too much due to weight cutting.

And Pereira isn't just a heavy hitter, Błachowicz is kinda chinny imho.  So it'll go down to the wrestling.  Błachowicz has decent TD's, question is if Pereira could defend them.

Does McGregor still have clout as a UFC fighter?  I feel like there's no interest in him anymore.

Anyway, just a couple of bets for the event this weekend.  Buckley - Hernandez parlay at 2.07 and an underdog shot at Johnson at 2.25.

Still lucky for you mate because we are only talking about 200 bucks here and not so big that you cannot afford to lose.
while I have experience the same back in the years when i staked my tokens in a gambling site that turns out that after staking your funds will be left inside and no way to withdraw .
now it is getting clearer from your post that this is truly happening even in new generation projects such as Meme coins.
thanks that I will never get involved into this one.

Heh yup!  The thing is to treat memecoins for what they are...  Buying in for some amount you're comfortable with and see how it goes, aka gambling.  Lol.  There's really no way to know if they're gonna still be there after a couple of weeks or so.  But as they get more established, that's a different story.  I'm talking more about those new ones that just got listed in places like Uniswap and hasn't seen a day of existence.  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

They degen way.

But I think PEPE is slowly establishing itself to be considered somewhat safe to hold for a couple of months assuming you have a good entry.
1240  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🏁🏎️ Sportsbet.io🏁 FORMULA 1 2023 Season🏁🏎️Prediction Pool Discussion Thread on: May 18, 2023, 12:27:51 PM
I think it is the right decision.

Damn...  I hope everybody's doing ok over there.  And even if the place isn't in an emergency, if there's going to be a lot of rain, I think it's better not to let the fans waste their time, money and the effort of travelling to the venue just to sit there and get wet with the FIA not allowing the drivers to race.  It happened at Spa I think a couple of years ago and there were also a couple of other races.  Not worth it imho.

Anyway, I guess we're off straight to Monaco.  Verstappen should win it without any shenanigans from Perez.  Grin
