Lips sealed

PSG is planning to cut their losses and sell Lionel Messi and Neymar next season, I believe that it's due to their failure to win the champions league, in my opinion I don't think that the failure to win the champions league is due to their players, PSG needs a good coach that will be able to handle and make use of those stars in the squad, a coach like Zidane will bring a positive result for them in the champions league

Why does PSG need to cut their losses? All the money that they are spending comes from the sheikh and as far as i know the financial fairplay is a total joke that never really had any effect because PSG just continues to throw out money out of the window and clubs like Real Madrid with more than 900 Million € of debts want to sign a player like Mbappe which does not cost any transfer fee but probably demands a hefty signing fee for himself and his agents and of course a very high salary of at least 25M € per year.
So given the fact that it is almost certain now that Mbappe is leaving the club then i highly doubt they would sell Messi and Neymar too. Maybe Messi because it just is not working as expected but both...i don't think so.
1625  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Smith Inu? on: March 31, 2022, 10:08:43 AM
Who among you have got in to Will Smith Inu? I bet this was created by anonymous developers as just another meme coin because of the news we’ve seen at The Oscars about Will Smith slapping Chris Rock for making a joke about his wife’s condition.
I’ve seen it as one of the biggest gainers in CoinMarketCap. Yesterday it was ranked #1, now it’s rank 2 with an insane gain of it’s value. But I bet that this trend won’t last long, and it’ll definitely do a slow rug pull later on.
Hopefully someone would create Chris Rock Inu too haha!!!

By now it should be really obvious to everyone that such shit coins are just created in order and in the hopes to make some quick money with basically no effort at all. Real crypto projects are in development for years in some cases and those meme coins are created in 30 minutes. If something happens that is in the news or goes viral it only takes a few hours until a shitcoin with that name comes up. Everyone that invests in such coins is either very naive or a real whale that can manipulate the price.

Chelsea quality in the Premier League in the last few matches has been very entertaining, but Chelsea must be careful when dealing with Real Madrid in the Champions League. Real Madrid will be very dangerous when they have the ball. Real Madrid will turn into a savage wolf who can kill the opponent's game because they have a lot of quality. They have proven when dealing with PSG and facing Real Madrid is a tough job for Thomas Tuchel.

Chelsea is definitely performing very well in the last few weeks and especially Kai Havertz is in a really good shape at the moment and he almost scores in every game right now. For me the matchup of Chelsea vs Real Madrid is basically the only matchup in the round of the last 8 that is a total 50/50 game to me. I really have no idea which team i should pick as a favorite here. Real Madrid is not the same team as it were a few years ago but they still can beat any team. Chelsea is also not the big favorite to win the title but the same was true last year so....

Danke schon mal!

Harry Kane should have been able to sign for Manchester City when he had the opportunity. He was very zealous about joining Manchester City in last summer but Levy didn't let him go. He was really angry at Levy too but he didn't push more to leave. Actually he must be enjoying his game these days thanks to Conte. Because he has started to score many goals after Conte has become their new coach. But I still don't think that he should get stuck at Tottenham. He deserves to play for a bigger team.

I think Harry Kane did everything that he could in order to be allowed to join Manchester City before this season. If i remember correctly he even was missing intentionally from the first few training sessions before this season in order to force Tottenham to allow him to go to ManCity. For me that was to much of Kane, i mean in the end it was him that signed a long running contract with Tottenham a few years ago and i think a contract is a legally binding document and you have to fulfill, except both parties involved agree to let the contract end before hand. Harry Kane is 28 years old now so i think he still has time to join another club.
1629  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Airdrop in 2022 on: March 30, 2022, 09:54:31 AM
Anyone still joins airdrops this day? If Yes which platform are you using to participate in Airdrops? I'm using coinmarketcap but I never get a single payment from projects on the platform.

To be honest i stopped caring about airdrops like 2 years ago or so. I still took part in the first few airdrops on coinmarketcap.com but as you already said the chances there are very slim and even if you get drawn you only get a handful of dollars worth of tokens. In general i have the feeling that the quality of the airdrops is decreasing month by month and most of the so called airdrops of today are not real airdrops anyway as they require you to join a telegram group, make a tweet and other stuff.

As expected bits of gossip all over. Lewandowski is as yet unsure with his choice, however we've learned from several reports that he has consented to join Barcelona. He is tested and trusted, one of the best strikers in this generation. Barcelona has been connected with all top strikers, however what will wind up the circumstance? He should stay in his comfort zone? I personally think he don't have to ruin his legacy by taking wrong step.

As long as i remember Lewandowski playing at Dortmund and later at Bayern Munich there have been rumors that he wants to leave his current club almost every season. I don't know if this are just tactics by the agent of Lewandowski in order to get the highest possible salary for his client and also probably a fee for prolonging the contract for himself, or if Lewandowski really wants to leave the club. This time it could be different though because this is basically the last chance for Lewandowski to play for a big club in England or Spain because he is already 33 years old and the following contract will probably be hist last one with a big club.
1631  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin market, what to expect I'm this season on: March 29, 2022, 04:01:26 PM
An altcoin is one of the volatile be ventures in cryptocurrency but also. the. most lucrative if an investor makes the right choice in the right context of things. With the recent hype of the cryptocurrency market, a lot of altcoin holders may have different views on the further and this can prove positive or negative.

I am holding mostly small cap altcoins and therefore my portfolio value took a huge blow in the last few months and it is now down more than 90% in comparison to it's ATH of back in may 2021, which makes it pretty hard for me to look at my portfolio at the moment. The crypto market in the last few days looked pretty strong with some solid gains for Bitcoin and also for the bigger altcoins like Ethereum, Solana and so on. Today Waves is performing very well with a price increase of more than 30% in 24 hours. Usually it takes a few weeks of a rising or at least a stable market regarding the big projects before the smaller cap projects begin to rise too.
1632  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- 2021/22 Round of 16! on: March 29, 2022, 01:34:38 PM
-snip-
Atletico Madrid tends to play defensively in many match, while Manchester City has an offensive strategy where the two are very different. Manchester City has always been known as a team that is able to dominate the game with possession, but if Atletico Madrid targets a draw in the first leg then I think it will be boring to watch.

Atletico did not perform well in the UCL this season, they seemed lucky to reach the quarter-finals rounds. However, in the last few matches in La Liga, Atletico have shown an improvement in their performance. City is more favored both in terms of players and performance in the UCL. If Atletico can hold City to a draw in this match, and 2nd Leg at their home, Atletico might be able to deliver a surprising result.

Well i would say that ManCity would be favored against any other team that is still in the Champions League because i think that Manchester City is just the strongest team this season so far. I kinda disagree though that Atletico did not perform well in the Champions League this year. I watched both matches against Manchester United and i have to say that Atletico totally deserved to advance into the round of the last 8. I also think that Atletico has a pretty good chance to advance against Manchester City too, because if their is one team that is not getting nervous when they are constantly getting under pressure by a stronger team, then it is Atletico Madrid.
1633  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How I quickly research on any crypto before investment. on: March 29, 2022, 01:30:10 PM
There are thousands and thousands of different crypto projects ,So there are a lot of things to consider before investing on any cryptocurrency, Whether you're a short term or long term trader. I usually start up with the coinmarket cal. that is coinmarket calendar to check for up coming events though some might be real some might be fake. Besically for me I like investing at things that continuesly creat value and that's something you should look for, so when looking at the project I try to look out for projects by asking yourself and doing research base on these.

I think before you do any investment you need to clear about what kind of expectations you on your investment respectively what your goals are with your investment. If you want to invest a significant part of your savings into crypto and a total loss of those funds would really hurt you then you should invest into projects that are already established and big. Of course you will most likely not make a x10 of your investment even if we are going into a full bull market but on the other hand a total loss of your investment is also very unlikely. It is still possible of course because you can never be 100% sure but the same is true if you invest into traditional stocks also.
1634  Other / Off-topic / Re: Best coaches in Football and performance on: March 29, 2022, 09:27:51 AM
According to some statistics, the effect of coaches on football players is stated as a maximum of 20%. A good coach has a direct share in the championship. Therefore, the contribution of successful coaches such as Mourinho and Guardiola cannot be ignored. Quality and success are not accidental. Good coaches are needed as well as good football players. My favorites are Jürgen Klopp, Joachim Löw, José Mourinho, Pep Guardiola.

I think that coaches can have a huge impact on a team. I mean we have seen it again and again that club is performing very poorly for a long time even though they have a great squad of players. Then sooner or later the coach gets released and then with the new coach the players somehow are able to show a great performance again and to win games. I think one of the most important aspects in football is confidence. If a team is coming from a series of losses and is playing very poorly then often it only needs one convincing win to bring the team back on track again.
So i think that great coaches don't only need to know all about tactics but they also need to be able to motivate their team and to bring the team to trust them and to fight for them. I think Mourinho and Klopp are great in doing that.
1635  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: who is behind shiba inu on: March 29, 2022, 09:22:37 AM

shiba inu is somehow growing. its a memecoin. but its already listed on Binance. there are tons of meme coins out there, but not listed on Binance. some meme coins even more popular too,
I think there is a huge man behind this project.... how about your thoughts?

I am pretty sure that there is no big name or even a big company behind Shiba Inu. There is a another greedy "team" behind Shiba Inu that wanted to make some quick money with very little effort by hopping on the Dogecoin Hypetrain last year that was started by the tweets of Elon Musk. Of course we have to give it to the Shiba Inu team that they were the most successful ones in that regard, they were one of the fastest, they chose the right name for their shit-coin and they somehow managed to create hype around their project. So in the end the Shiba Inu team really succeeded in their task of getting rich with very little effort. Congrats to them for that.
1636  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Motosport General discussion tread --- Formula1, MotoGP, WTCC, ETCC, DTM..... on: March 28, 2022, 12:57:32 PM
So I already like the new regulations, the drivers can now finally drive close behind each other again and over several laps without the driver behind being disadvantaged. The fight between Verstappen and Leclerc was on a par and very nice to watch, both drivers were simply top, and you could also see that they are stronger than their team colleagues, so the position at Ferrari will soon be taken, at RedBull it was clear, even if Perez was unlucky in this race.

It was a great race to watch yesterday again and the new season could really be a very exciting one. I kinda feel bad for Sergio Perez though. After his great performance in the qualifying he was also leading the race pretty comfortably i would say but then he was just extremely unlucky that he went for the pit stop only 1 or 2 laps before the crash of Latifi happened and the safety car had to come out. He lost his leading position just because of that. The battle between Leclerc and Verstappen was also really exciting to watch and could have ended with either one of those two as the winner of yesterdays race. Maybe it will really be a fight between Ferrari and Red Bull this year. Mercedes needs to step up.
1637  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are we just going around in circles? on: March 28, 2022, 12:37:44 PM
ICO never came back, IEO is not trending anymore do you think that metaverse won't vanish in near future? It's like every trending crypto hype will fade away sooner or later and new thing will come around again, are we just going around in circles?.

I think that the crypto market is very much based on trends and hype. This was happening many times now already so there definitely is a pattern right there. As you already mentioned back in the in 2017 or so was the time of the big ICO where projects like filecoin managed to collect huge amounts of money because there was no hardcap on the raise. Such ICOs are basically dead now and also the IEO's that came afterwards. What we are having now are very small public sales where you need to be very lucky in order to participate or in most cases you need to be part of a Launchpad like DuckDao, Poolz, Polkastarter and so on.
Metaverse and Play2earn are also such trends, i am sure that there will be Metaverse projects that will still be around in a few years and also be successful but i am also pretty sure that 95% of all the metaverse projects will be dead in a few years.

Over the last year's, relating from five to six years ago, looking at the best Manager's in bringing young players to stardom, I think Pep Guardiola comes first than any. From Barcelona to Bayern Munich to Manchester City, I think if I should offer an advice here, I'll tell the young and talented yo move to Manchester City.
I have read it a couple of times that a player says he moved to a team coached by Pep majorly because of pep is the coach, so yes i think i can agree with you, his philosophies are second to none, and he has the ability to discover hidden talents in players, even in positions they ordinarily never imagined they will fluorish in. Look at Kimmich at Bayern, Pep came in and completely gave him a new role, one in which be shone outstandingly, Pep is also synonymous with success, so if you play for a Guardiola team, chances are high you'll achieve a great deal of success.
Having said that, it must also be understood that Pep is very demanding as a manager, he tends to push his players to their limits, and you must be ready to follow his instructions to the letter or else you will be left out of the team, but overall playing under Guardiola should be a good experience for most players.

Pep Guardiola is definitely one of the best football coaches of the world and he has proven that again and again. He was extremely successful at Barcelona and even during his time at Bayern Munich i would say that the team played one of the best football that i have ever seen from Bayern, back then they were quite unlucky that they were eliminated from the Champions League two times against by Atletico Madrid even though they were the better team.
I also think though that Jürgen Klopp is also a great coach that manages to develop young players with Klopp i would even say that some players only work when they are playing for Klopp. Just look at Goetze or Kagawa. They were absolutely world class when they played for Klopp but did not so well for other clubs and coaches.
1639  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH future on: March 27, 2022, 06:35:33 PM
I fear for ETH future, almost all smart contract projects are using the PoS staking algorithm but only ETH PoW stands alone, this makes ETH different and one of a kind smart contract project, I think vitalik buterin will regret is decision after ETH goes PoS.

I don't really think that the ETH-team has really much of a choice here. Yes they could decide to keep on using the PoW consensus mechanism in order to keep the big mining companies happy but i think the negative reputation that they would get from the majority of the people and the press would just be too much. In the end the last few years have all been about energy efficiency and to develop environmentally friendly alternatives for transportation, heating, electricity and so on. So it is really hard to tell to people that all those crypto miners use up more electricity than a whole country needs to function. I just read about a research that said that BTC miners use up more electricity than the country of Ukraine, that research is from 2019 so obviously before the Ukraine war.
1640  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- 2021/22 Round of 16! on: March 27, 2022, 12:03:29 PM
Liverpool is the team with the favorite status in that match, Liverpool's consistent performance in the league proves that they are one of the strong candidates in winning the match against Benfica, but even though they are seeded I think Liverpool will not be easy to face Benfica in the quarterfinals, because Benfica also is a solid team so far and it has been proven that they can escape from the group phase which contains teams such as Bayern Munich and also Barcelona, the victory against ajax is clear evidence if Liverpool is that  should be wary of them, moreover they will start the match by playing at home, of course it will give mental advantage for the benfica players for to get victory.

The fact that the first match will be home for them, on the contrary, is rather a weakness for them. Even being a great optimist, it is difficult to count on a victory in Liverpool, so it is necessary to resolve the issue in our favor at home. But Liverpool love an open game, so if Benfica is too aggressive they will easily punish them and then the very first match (if Liverpool win it big) will ruin Benfica's hopes of reaching the next round. It seems to me that Benfica is now under great psychological pressure from the realization of this fact.

We are now in the round of the last 8 in the Champions League, which is the biggest, hardest and most important club competition in football in the world, therefore i think it is safe to say that there are no more opponents left that should be taken to lightly. That being said i still think that Liverpool was very lucky with the draft because it is still a big difference if you have to face Benfica Lissabon as your opponent or for example, Manchester City, Real Madrid or Bayern Munich. If Liverpool is able to reach around 90% of their possible performance level then i think that there is not much that Benfica can do to advance into the next round.
