I absolutely agree with the opinions about Messi that his era has ended. Barcelona were really struggling already while he was playing there. I mean the last year he played for them for example. Messi was trying to take full responsibility for carrying the team but it wasn't helping them still. His performance was still great then though but he hasn't been like shining at PSG so far. He had serious problems on adapting to them in the first times but he is better these days. He is still not like the old Messi but it is normal as he is aging also.

I think it is asked to much from only one player to carry his whole team to another level if he only gets little or even no support at all from his teammates. I also don't think that Messi ever was that kind of player that would motivate his team or wake them up when their performance was bad, that was the job of players like Xavi, Busquets or Iniesta. Messi never really made a tackle or something like that he was there to score goals and he was probably the best in doing that.
I also think that Messi is one of those players that is only able to show his full potential when he is at a place where he feels 100% home. As far as i know Messi only speaks spanish and so it was probably pretty hard for him to come to Paris without speaking french or english.
1342  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Earning in a bear market on: June 10, 2022, 10:48:22 AM
Hi everyone, since the bear market is upon us is there any kind of staking that's good for a bear market or staking are generally bad in this type of market condition? Can be APY or APR, drop your earning strategy in this market condition.

i think if you already have coins that are staked and are generating revenue at the moment then i would just keep them staked. I would only sell those staked coins is you really need the money and therefore need to sell. Let's say you have some BNB or KucoinShares or some other staking coin that are giving a fixed percentage of APY then they are still giving you that at the moment during the bear market. Of course if you get 0,1 BNB revenue at the moment it does not have the same Dollar value as it has in a bull market when BNB was above 1000 USD per coin but as soon as the market begins to recover again, those revenue that you got from staking during the bear market will also be worth a lot more too.
1343  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: June 09, 2022, 07:39:24 PM
Lewandoski will be kept out in the next season. It seems that Bayern is not intentioned to sell him. For Bayern is best that he goes to Barcelona and not to Dortmund, they wouldn't give their best player to another team
which plays in the same league.
I've heard some rumour about Ronaldo at Bayern, is it true?

For me there is 0 chance that Lewandowski will move to Borussia Dortmund. First of all there are now news or rumors whatsoever that would be interested in Lewandowski and most importantly Lewandowski does not want to go to Dortmund. If it is true what Lewandowski Agent is saying then Lewandowski has always wanted to play at Barcelona and not it is possible for him to fullfill this dream if Bayern let him go, which is still in doubt at the moment. We will see.

Regarding Ronaldo going to Bayern: There is also 0 chance that this will happen in my opinion. Ronaldo is already 37 years old and Bayern will never pay a signing fee for a player of this age. Bayern is usually very reasonable how they spend their money.
1344  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Reputable CEX/DEX for promising new coins? on: June 09, 2022, 07:29:54 PM
In your experience what has been a reputable CEX/DEX for promising new coins with their own blockchain?

As others in this thread already mentioned here in this thread, the biggest and most reputable DEX for the Ethereum Blockchain is Uniswap, for the binance smart chain it's pancakeswap and for polygon it's quickswap. You can never be 100% sure that such decentralized exchanges will always work or will never do a rugpull or something like that but with this 3 Dexes i think the chances for a bad experience are the slimmest.
That coins are launching on one of these swaps does not mean though that those coins are automatically promising and not a scam because everyone can list his own token on any Dex without being audited or something like that. So you still need to do your research on those tokens even if they list on the big Dexes.
1345  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - 2nd Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: June 09, 2022, 10:33:56 AM
probably a young player will leave hsv. 21 year old josha vagnoman might move to hoffenheim or wolfsburg.
these two clubs are in the 1.bundesliga. but as a player i wouldn't move there. i don't like these two places that much.
but if there is more money a player should leave the club. unfortunately money is often more important than the place where you live.

I saw Vagnoman play a few days ago in the german U21 national team against Poland and he played really well there. I agree that i would probably also not choose to go to Wolfsburg at the moment. They are in a pretty weird state in my opinion in the last 10 years or so. They are probably paying a little higher salaries than the other average Bundesliga clubs because of the money they get from Volkswagen, but that is also the reason why it feels like a club for players that were just not good enough for the best clubs of the Bundesliga.
Hoffenheim seems ok though to me, they have a lot of young players and are also good in developing them. Or Vagnoman just stays 1 or 2 more years at Hamburg.
1346  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any good blockchain-based storage project out there? on: June 09, 2022, 10:23:58 AM
Good afternoon guys, it's been a while since my last time on this forum and crypto and i really need some good recommendation about blockchain-based storage project out there beside Storj, any thoughts?

Like another member already said besides Storj there are also Filecoin and Siacoin which i know of. If i remember correctly Filecoin had the biggest ICO ever within the crypto space because they collected 257 Million USD back in september of 2017. That being said back then ICO's did not have a hard cap so everyone could basically invest, which also means that there are a lot of holders now that bought for the ICO price.
I held some Siacoin myself and also mined a little Siacoin from time to time a few years ago before ASICs for Siacoin were introduced and you could still mine with GPU's. If i remember correctly Siacoin needs a very high adoption and usage in order to not be inflationary anymore.
1347  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: June 08, 2022, 08:53:02 PM
His best option is to let Mane go by his own choice. Liverpool doesn't need to complicate Mane departure if they don't want Mane anymore. Moreover, Mane current incompatibility is better not to complicate it. Bayern Munich is ready to bring Mane by raising the price. So when Liverpool makes Mane feel like his hopes are hanging, it will only cause negative things for a club like Liverpool.

I don't really think that Liverpool does not want to have Mane anymore as their players. I would guess they would be extremely happy if they could prolong his contract and if he would stay a few more years at their club. The problem is that Mane wants to leave the club because he does not really feel appreciated in comparison to Mohamed Salah. If Liverpool would need to chose between Salah and Mane which player they want to keep then they would definitely chose Salah without to much hesitation. That is the reason why Mane wants to leave.
I just heard that Liverpool rejected Bayerns second offer for Mane today. So Bayern needs to increase their offer again. Let's see how much Bayern has to pay in the end. I hope it is not to much as Mane is already 30 years old.
1348  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are your opinions about fan tokens? I'm thinking to invest in them on: June 08, 2022, 08:44:07 PM
Did anyone note that the fan tokens always recover fast against bitcoin?
Fan tokens like (Santos, Lazio, Porto, Alpine, ASR, ATM, ACM, JUV, BAR, OG)

The first time i really heard about fan tokens of football clubs was when the news came out last year that Messi will recieve part of his salary in fan tokens of Paris Saint Germain when he left FC Barcelona for PSG. I then searched a little and found out that there are many other clubs that are having official fan tokens already, but that it is pretty much all i know about them. To be honest i would be very careful to invest into such tokens. Like i said i did not really a deep research on them but as far as i know they don't really have a use case. You can pay for merchandise and other stuff from the specific clubs that you own the fan token from but that does not really give you any advantage over someone that uses FIAT to pay for those items.
1349  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io UEFA Nations League Prediction Pool Discussion Thread on: June 08, 2022, 10:27:33 AM
Germany vs England ended in a 1-1 draw. England needed an 88th muntine penalty kick to rescue a point for England at Germany. Meanwhile, Italy defeated hungary 2 goals to1. These results made me lose 4th place down to 7th place to see today if Belgium and Holland can achieve victory Undecided

The match between Germany and England was pretty entertaining to watch as both teams were able to create a number of good chances to score. I have to say that i was surprised that Germany was able to control the pace of the game for the most part yesterday, because England should have more confidence after their strong performance in the Euro last year, but they pretty much just waited for mistakes of the german team to then initiate a quick counter attack too. This is also a valid strategy of course but i think that England has so many strong players that they could easily try to control a game too.
In the end i think the draw was ok for both teams. The penalty was very unlucky for Germany as it was basically just an accident and not an intended tackle or something but in the end he touched Kane and therefore it was a penalty.
1350  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Adsense now has a token? on: June 08, 2022, 10:22:02 AM
I was looking into new coins that get listed on coinmarketcap today and I saw that AdSense now has a native token, AdSense is a marketing agency for those who don't know, get paid for clicks strategy but I couldn't even imagine that it's legit, the website link is adsensetoken.com, the thing is I don't think it is legit.

As others in this thread already mentioned, it is 99% sure that this coin has nothing to do with that well known marketing agency AdSense. If that would really be the case then this would be a huge news because AdSense belongs to Google and if one of the biggest companies of the planet would start to tokenize it's sub companies they would definitely make an official announcement about that and then this would be the top story in all the crypto news worldwide obviously.
So the coin that you mentioned is not only just another shit-coin, it is also stealing the name of a well known companie in order to get attention. I also took a look at the logo and even if it's not the same logo they are using the same color as the official AdSense logo. I would not be surprised if Google would sue them.
1351  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: June 07, 2022, 09:28:23 PM
You are right. The only team favorite in the Bundesliga is Bayern Munich. Teams like Dortmund, Leipzig, and Leverkusen will not fight for the title. Dortmund has sold Haaland, the best player in their squad. And Bayern Munich is much stronger than all the other teams. And so all the other Bundesliga teams will be far behind Bayern Munich in the title race.

It is definitely true that the big favorite to win the Bundesliga next year will be of course Bayern Munich again. They just have the strongest squad of players of all the Bundesliga clubs it is as simple as that. That doesn't mean though that it is impossible for the other teams to snatch away a Bundesliga title from time to time from Bayern. The more consecutive titles that Bayern has already won the higher the chance that another club will be successful in the next season, that is just simple maths.
For me the biggest chances to beat Bayern has Leipzig. For me they have a very good mix of players in their team and if they are able to hold Nkunku for another season and also have a good start then maybe they can really challenge Bayern for the title. I don't think that Dortmund will be strong enough to do that.
1352  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Most undervalued cryptocurrencies in 2022 - your opinions? on: June 07, 2022, 07:19:31 PM
Hello everyone - lately I'm interested in the crypto market and would like to get in... I know it's very volatile at the moment, but I think the entry point could be quite well at the moment, because a lot is currently underperformed and yes also bearmarket…
But I don't really want to get into the big currencies like Bitcoin or Ethereum... maybe you have other tips and recommendations, hence the question: What are the most undervalued cryptocurrencies in 2022 - I am looking forward to hear/read your opinions? I'm already looking forward to it! Thanks in advance!
Hi OP! I also think that the current state of the market could really be a great chance to make your investments. In general i think that a bear market is always a good opportunity to buy into projects that are usually way to overpriced already like for example Ethereum and Bitcoin. I know you don't want to buy into those two projects, which i can totally understand. I also don't like the thought of buying Bitcoin now for 30k USD when others have bought it for below 1000 $ a few years ago. The same with Ethereum, early investors already made a x1000 on their investment with it.
So you could look for other big and established altcoin to buy into like BNB, Solana and so on. They are not really that undervalued, but they should be a pretty safe investment.
1353  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: June 07, 2022, 11:26:52 AM
people even said that he could announce his retirement because of his injury after Rolland Garros which made it harder for me to actually bet him to win it, but Nadal proved those rumors wrong and he said that he will keep fighting and is nothing thinking about retirement now, could you imagine Nadal winning all four grand slams this year and doing what Djokovic failed to do last year ? it's seems too good to be true but maybe Roll Eyes

I also think that this scenario is very unlikely. I have to admit though that would be the absolutely perfect ending to one of the greatest carreers in Tennis that we have ever seen. To win all 4 grand slam tournaments and to retire then afterwards would really be a great thing for Nadal and he would absolutely deserve to leave the stage of tennis in such a great fashion.
I just don't see that happening to be honest. The next grand slam is Wimbledon and Nadal always has a pretty hard time to even reach the quarter or semi-finals there and i don't think that he has a chance against Djokovic there. The same is true for the US Open as i think other players are just stronger on that surface than Nadal.
1354  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will we see the destruction of ETH anytime soon? on: June 07, 2022, 11:21:28 AM
High gas fees, reduced popularity of DEFI, rapid decline of TVL on the chain, distrust of ETH2.0, criticism from miners, and restrictions on participants by the POS mechanism. Will the challenges of new technologies and new public chains cause ETH to decline rapidly?

I don't think so. I don't own any significant amount of ETH myself, which is a sad thing for me btw, but i still think as an objective observer that Ethereum is still the king of all altcoins and it's introduction was probably at least as important for the whole crypto space as the launch of Bitcoin before. Ethereum was the project that introduced the smart contract functionality and this piece of tech is what makes all the stuff that we are having today like Dexes, NFT's, yield farming, staking and so on even possible.
I also think though that the switch to ETH 2.0 really needs to work and that the fees also need to significantly go down then because i also use BSC mostly nowadays because the fees of ETH are just too high for a small fish like me.
1355  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- 2021/22 winner - Real Madrid! on: June 07, 2022, 10:07:32 AM
Yea with the new signing real Madrid will perform better next season, even though they won the championship but some of the players need to move to other club players like Benzema.

I think that the officials of Real Madrid are smart and objective enough to know that they need to make some changes to their squad even though they had an extremely successful season this year. If we look at the performances of Real Madrid in the Champions League then i think it its pretty obvious that they also had an incredible amount of luck to really win this trophy in the end. For me they were the weaker team in all match-ups of the group stage so they could have easily be eliminated against Paris SG, against Chelsea FC and of course also against Manchester City where Real was completely outplayed in my opinion for the biggest part of the two games.
1356  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Hunt for new NFT project on: June 07, 2022, 09:53:50 AM
I am looking for new NFT project that has very good utility Do you have any project in mind that can be as good as APE NFT in future? What new NFT project you are presently into? Bored Ape Yacht NFT and other are just way too overpriced.

To be honest i don't have any NFT project on the radar at the moment. The whole crypto market is still in a very unstable condition at the moment and this night alone there was another drop in price of around 7% which is a huge loss for such a short period of time. In general i think that new and small projects are doing not very well during a bear market because investing in new projects is always way more risky in comparison to an investment into big and established projects like Bitcoin or Ethereum. I also think that the big NFT hype is over or at least slowly going away at the moment and you need to be really lucky to find a good and upcoming NFT project now that is not dead again in a few months.
1357  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: June 06, 2022, 08:11:20 PM
I have to say even "good" managers could end up eventually getting worse overtime. Like Ole wasn't really that terrible when he took over, Man United was doing terrible before he came along, and he took them to second place last year right? Just last year they were second team in the league, ranking even above Liverpool. That should show you that Ole wasn't really a terrible manager at all. However, this year he was so bad that he got sacked. So I believe that Erik could end up the same way, just because he may end up getting a few wins during the early season, or even have one good season, do not assume that he will be the next SAF.

My personal take on managers is, that there are only a few trainers in Europe that are really so good that they can really come to any club and make the whole club and it's players noticeable better and where you can also definitely see that they are able to change the way that those teams play football. For me the most well known of such great coaches are Jürgen Klopp, Pep Guardiola, Antonia Conte and Thomas Tuchel. For me most of the other coaches including the one that are currently working for big and well known clubs are not that good in terms of teaching a way of football to the players.
Of course a coach like Ancelotti at Real Madrid does not really need to be that kind of coach, because that team has a lot experience already. There it is enough if you keep the players happy and Ancelotti is probably the best in that regard.
1358  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: June 05, 2022, 07:37:31 PM
Klopp is a very experienced coach. Liverpool's performance this season has been very good. And the Liverpool team is also very stable. However, rumors are circulating that Salah and Mane, the two main players in their squad, will leave Liverpool at the same time. Liverpool will face a lot of problems next season if they lose these two players together. Klopp should try to keep Salah at Liverpool.

The news that Sadio Mane maybe wants to leave Liverpool this summer are not new anymore and came up already before the final of the Champions League. Given the fact that it is very much possible that Mane will leave the club this summer i can not imagine under any circumstance that Jürgen Klopp and the other Liverpool officials will even think about letting Salah go too this summer. I also think that Salah has no reason at all to leave Liverpool as he is the biggest star of the club and also the fan favorite, which is the main reason why Mane wants to leave by the way.
For me Liverpool and ManCity are the two strongest clubs at the moment. ManCity just signed Haaland, so why would Salah want to leave Liverpool for a club that is worse than his current one. This would make absolutely no sense to me.
1359  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: More SOL outages = Price dump on: June 05, 2022, 07:30:57 PM
It's a tough year for SOL supporters because of the recent outages in the Solana blockchain.
Bots keep on attacking the blockchain by spamming millions of transactions yet the devs don't have a solution to these.
It's no rocket science that spammers are using the low fees and high TPS as a leverage but this has to stop soon or else SOL will collapse just like LUNA.
The latest outage was today when the team had to restart the blockchain because millions of transactions were being spammed on the network and so they had to halt the blockchain.
I was once a strong believer of the Solana blockchain but this is really bad for a blockchain and completely unacceptable.

I sadly don't own any Sol myself because i missed the train a little bit over a year ago when it was listed on the exchanges and now i don't buy into it anymore because one of my principles is to not buy into project where early investors already made a x100 with or even more. Given the fact, that i don't own any Solana i also follow the new and developments around Solana not that closely but i still saw the nice of all the trouble the Solana blockchain is having. I have to say that i am pretty surprised that the price of SOL is not going down at all or maybe only a little when such a blockchain outage is happening. So it seems that the investors still have a lot of faith into Solana because if an other blockchain would have so many hickups then i think it would have a way bigger impact on the price.
1360  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: June 05, 2022, 03:34:00 PM
It's quite surprising that Liverpool are trying all they could to see they get a replacement for Sadio Mane, but couldn't find a way to get him to renew his contract earlier. I don't think they will ever get a player of his calibre and quality to replace him. They have themselves to blame if he leaves eventually, the lad is grossly underrated and underpaid compared to his counterparts.

As far as i know this under-appreciation is also the main reason why he wants to leave Liverpool. I don't know how much he is earning at Liverpool to br honest but i think it is definitely less than Salah is earning. Also it seems like Salah is definitely treated like the biggest star and also as the most important player of the club by far even though the stats of Sadio Mane are almost as good as the ones from Salah. Some players just want to be loved.
