For me it's unbeatable. Running a magnifying lens over vapourware, slideware or whatever you call is a thing I couldn't do without. I would never pre-order without it.
It sold me.

How does your proposal deal with the scenario of a company, lets call companyA, who is a very large, rich, hostile company and we also have companyB, a small company who is a new competitor to comapanyA? Wouldnt companyA just constantly disrupt companyB's DNS operations by buying companyB's DNS out on auctiont? CompanyA would have a very large incentive to do so, and companyB may not be able to afford to fight it.
From watching the video, companyB would have to create an auction for their domain in order for others to bid on it. If they wanted to keep their domain they would simply not auction it and have it indefinitely. My question is how do you claim your domain name to begin with? Does every new domain get auctioned to the highest bidder? If that is the case then the scenario above is a very real threat.

Premine: 3% only for SAPPHIRE promotion
Wow that is a lot of coins. Do you intend to overpay for services? Why so much? Wanna be a millionaire huh? Well, sorry to tell you but you are 1 year too late.

YES!

Back in September 2013 I would have never guessed that the crypto scene would look anything like this. New coins every hour.
|

This same guy has been pumping out shit coins left and right for months (under various aliases) all pre mined and all total shit with no support whatsoever. Quit paying his bills.
Even if its not the same guy there are too many coins now, there were too many a few months ago. Now its impossible to keep up. Pointless really... The only people that fall for this are new miners coming into the fray who do not have any coins.

Awesome!

This should be x11. Scrypt just doesn't cut it anymore.
+1 its getting warmer here in the northern hemisphere, with x11 (darkcoin) the GPUs run 50% cooler, if not more.

"In 2001, Portugal became the first European country to abolish all criminal penalties for personal drug possession. In addition, drug users were to be provided with therapy rather than prison sentences. Research commissioned by the Cato Institute and led by Glenn Greenwald found that in the five years after the start of decriminalisation, illegal drug use by teenagers had declined, the rate of HIV infections among drug users had dropped, deaths related to heroin and similar drugs had been cut by more than half, and the number of people seeking treatment for drug addiction had doubled.[38] However, Peter Reuter, a professor of criminology and public policy at the University of Maryland, College Park, suggests that the heroin usage rates and related deaths may have been due to the cyclical nature of drug epidemics, but conceded that "decriminalization in Portugal has met its central goal. Drug use did not rise.""
Because of this reason alone I will mine this coin.

type "getmininginfo" into console, if diff is below 1, you can at least say your on the wrong chain. I still hope cpu-pool is on the correct chain now. I have set auto payout there, but did not ever get the wallet synced I created... hope thats no problem in the end.

How do we know which is the correct block chain?
My client and a new client I synced on another computer are at block 10178 while cpu-pool is at block 10324.
Did a test with cpu-pool, sent a small amount of coins from the pool to the exchange (NXT-e). Didn't show up.
Sent a couple of coins from NXT-e to my wallet, they did show up.
So is cpu-pool on the wrong fork or are the newly synced wallets and the exchange? I think its the pool.

Tried to send 500 coins to nxt-e, can't recieved on deposit, answer from support: --- We could not find your deposit to this address in our wallet. Please check blockchain to see if it exists in network. --- I mined coins on cpu-pool... What I have to do..?
I have the same problem.

11% ?
Thats what I was just thinking. I think more like .01%. Either its wrong/misrepresented or the US propaganda machine works great (TV Shows).

if you want to be taken seriously, you must have 0% premine (THAT'S ZERO) and 0.00000001 coins for the first 1000 blocks to stop whales pumping out the first coins. otherwise, you are just another pump and dump coin.
ADD: if you truly believe in your coin, the above recommendations won't be a problem for you.
Whales get all the coins regardless of when they join. I have seen low rewards like that for the first 1000 blocks kill coins.

I lost all Probe coins on cpu-pool!? I was mining for 2-3 days, are the coins all gone now?
Yes, sorry for that. i don't receive information about updating wallet, when receive and update. all information was incorrect. and i need to do full restart pool, who not receive coins for next time add wallet when you start mining. Crap, there goes 4800 coins. Strange, some of them were mined before 8600 block and those are gone as well.. I'm going to try and delete but the wallet and see if they come back. Okay update - those coins were never mine to begin with, most of them were mined on the wrong chain after the fork. The coins that were mined on the correct chain showed up again when I ran the command repairwallet from the console. Have the exchanges updated their wallets?
