No op, i know it's hard to imagine an actual woman on the internet. Now back under your bridge with you.
I'm not Trolling.... I honestly thought that was a guy (or at least once a guy). Sorry.

I'm pretty sure these accounts were compromised, so I've marked them all as scammers:
bitbetter
Gluskab
brunoshady
killer2021
kuba_10
Sjalq
madload

It looks like the attacker is just trying a few super common passwords on a bunch of user accounts.

I'm not sure if this is legit or not, but this guy also hadn't posted in ages and then suddenly asked for a loan (and got one, sadly, and doesn't seem to have bothered giving any responses to questions after the loan request):

He's using very different IP ranges, at least.

...further 'revenge' of the Mt.Gox email/password list again/still ?

I sure love Pirate Booty.....errr....Pirate Booty Credit, that is.

What did you think I meant ?

....at least I didn't say that I liked "Pirate's Booty" .....  Wink

Thanks again Pirate.

ROFL.  This seriously made my day.  I love laughing at retards, but you set a new standard!

THANK YOU!!!
You have to admit it though.....
You are one of the biggest bottom-feeders in the market place....aren't you ?

You constantly make low ball offers to people on their stuff that would make even a wellfare case look financially sound by comparison.

How many retards brag about how cheap they got something, then jack up the price all on the same day when they try to resell it/them, as if no one else was paying attention ? Does this make you cool ? or simply clueless ?

The sad part about it is, you just figured out how to use these cards, now you are going to sell them.......
Let's pray that GUIMiner still works for 7000 series cards...LMAO.
1869  Economy / Goods / Re: [WTS] 10x 5970 on: January 27, 2012, 12:08:20 AM
These cards are in cherry condition.  Various makes, all cleaned regularly and run no harder than 750 MHz.  NEVER OVER-VOLTED.

After looking around and seeing what they are selling for in other venues, I am willing to sell for 78 BTC per card, which includes shipping anywhere in the USA.

Thanks!

It's quite funny how you are one of the biggest low-ballers on this forum and offer guys unrealistic shit prices for their decent stuff, yet when it's time for you to sell, you list your shit as if it was gold plated.

Someone would have to be brain-dead to buy these for 78 BTC each when for about $150 more per card, you could simply get 7970's WITH WARRANTY, WITH RESALE VALUE and not a ticking 'VRM Timebomb' like every other 5970 out in the world.

In another thread, you BRAG how you paid less than $300 each for most of these and now you want to re-sell them for what translates to approx $415 USD per card ?
GOOD LUCK.

5970's, being as delicate as they are and the fact that most people have read some of your other posts in regards to actual running of your miners (or trying to learn how to) should tell them to stay clear, unless you are willing to give your head a shake and sell them for $300 a card or less.

Good luck.

Famous quotes from YOU....

Until I can get 770Mh/s from a 7900 series I'm a buy on 5970's. I'm not giving up a positive monthly cashflow for a one time capital gain. So if your selling, I have coins  Smiley

I am also figuring in life span.....5970's on average are well over 12 months old.  Running them full out 24 hours a day will inevitably lead to failure.  I am debating if the VERY small loss in hash rate is more than made up for the much longer (intuitively) lifespan.

Would I rather have 770 MH for 6-9 months, or 700 for 2 years?    Obviously not a cut and dried equation.....many many unkowns.  But a valid debate to have.

...and another...

The prices for used 5970's are once again heading higher rapidly on Ebay.  The latest auctions I have seen closed above $400!

This gives me pause, as all of my 5970's were purchased at approximately $300 or less when miners were committing mass suicide in the streets.  I could sell them for a quick 35% profit and replace them with 7970's, which would probably have longer useful lives and retain much better resale value.

thoughts?

...YOU STUCK YOUR OWN FOOT IN YOUR MOUTH.

People, do yourselves a favor. Spend an extra few bucks and get WARRANTY, SAVINGS IN POWER and a feeling of satisfaction knowing that this guy, although brags in 1 thread...forgets quickly and flip-flops when the shoe is on the other foot.
1870  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Re: 6950 1gb shader unlock? on: January 26, 2012, 09:43:05 PM
Hi!

I have this xfx 6950 1gb. I was wondering with if it's good to unlock shader with only 1gb. What do you think? That will increase the power consumption?

Another silly question are If it's underclock the memory clock will reduce the heat or the power consumption.

Thanks.

From what I have seen on other forums etc, unlocking the shaders IS possible on certain 1GB cards.....most that were purchased before the end of July 2011.
I have a pair of Asus DCU II 1GB 6950's and I missed the window unfortunately, as a budy of mine who bought from the same store, a month and a half earlier, from a different shipment of cards, could unlock the shaders on his Asus DCU II 1GB 6950's....but I could not on mine, as the later cards were laser cut, not only BIOS disabled.

With locked shaders, my 6950's get 375Mh/s which is fine with me. Unlocked, you can expect roughly 25Mh/s more, so 400Mh/s or more.
Power consumption does skyrocket though, as does heat (from what I have seen).

I also have a pair of XfX 1GB 6950's (695X-ZNFC v.3) and even at stock speeds, they run HOT AS HELL, although I run them overclocked to 900Mhz (stock being 800 on these). My only saving grace was underclocking the memory to 800Mhz, which dropped my temps on those cards by 10c.
Running at 900Mhz GPU/800Mhz MEM, getting 370Mh/s, they run at a steady 67-69c with less than 80% Fan Duty. With MEM at stock values and GPU @ 900Mhz, these 2 cards ran 76c-80c..... underclocking the memory was like a gift from God...lol

If you have old enough cards (or v1 PCB's) you might be able to unlock the shaders, but for the 25Mh/s increase in speed along with the added heat and power consumption (AND XFX CARDS RUN HOT TO BEGIN WITH) I'd say it's simply NOT worth it in the long run, especially if you pay for electricity out of your own pockt and want the cards to last more than a few months long....LOL

Good luck either way.
bitlane.

Brain-fart fixed. Thanks. Dunno what I was thinking  Roll Eyes
Not exactly, you were partially correct if using a different scenario.
The one that comes to mind is if using P2Pool, in which case, your statement was entirely correct.

I just should have been more clear.

I appreciate the response none the less Wink

As sarcastic as the above sounded....I actually AM looking for specific items.

It's funny, but no matter how many diamonds I buy for my wife, she still LOVES big-odd ball costume jewellery, big rings, pendants, bracelets etc.

So, along with the jewels themselves, if anyone has a decent selection of pre-made jewellery from said stones etc, I would be happy to browse what you have for sale.

Cheers,
bitlane.

Is this guy pre-op ? or post-op ?
I mean, I see the boobies, but does he still have his penis ? or is he 'changed' down there as well ?
I am amazed to see that they were able to get rid of the Adam's Apple quite nicely though.
It takes alot of courage to be a tranny on the internet.
thanks for sharing.

Instead of simply, Starfish BCB, could you consider "Chocolate Starfish and the Hot Dog Flavored Water BCB" ? or, at least "Chocolate Starfish BCB" ?
It's named for Patrick Star in honor of the smartest starfish in Bikini Bottom.
But....
I mean....
I watch SBSP....and Patrick is, well....Retarded. No offence, but he's completely 'short-bus', 'lunch-room helmet', 'water-wings while eating soup'....retarded...lol

Are you sure he's the 'smartest' ?.......hehe. I think he's the only starfish, isn't he ?
1875  Economy / Auctions / [REQUEST] Special Auction Request on: January 26, 2012, 07:23:30 PM
I have a bit of a 'tall order' that I am looking to have filled, in this special request. I would like to some Gem and Stone Auctions.
I realize this request might be straight out of 'left field', but hopefully someone could step up, because we could really use some around here.

So basically, I am looking for Gems or any kind of fancy Stones etc. Sapphires, Quartz, Sunstones, Opals.....anything really.
I am just in the mood to bid on Gems/Stones and can't seem to really find anything that suits me anywhere else on the internet.

So, Let's get those Auction listings rolling and make me a happy man.

Thanks in advance,
bitlane.

Yes, I have the evidence (well, it's stats, so nothing is 100%) that at least me and deepbit are honest (at least from the view of stealing blocks): https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=48889.0
Do you honestly want to start this little game up again ? Why not be a man and just come out and call BTCGuild a cheat, rather than point to a controversial thread, then fill up your 'friends bandwagon' with Tycho ...? Can't you stand on your own 2 feet without needing to get someone else on your side ?

While we are re-hashing old crap, Care to talk about the beginning of Namecoin Merged Mining ? .....how about it, there, 'Honest Abe' ?

Slush, you are a coward.

Someone asked me to take a pic of the $6 Shoe Rack Miner, so I thought I might as well throw it up in this thread as well, since I haven't posted any pics yet.

This is 2 of my Rigs, a 4x6950 Machine and a 5x5830 Machine a la $6 Wallmart Shoe Rack stand.....lol

The text output at the bottom of the pic is a screenshot of the Network API Monitoring Script I am using with CGMiner (thanks to jjimmy_64 for a great template)
