UPDATE

Due to the relatively small number of investors, which are currently fewer than 20, we've decided to extend the IPO for a further 3 weeks, all investors investing after this period of time will form part of Stage 2 and all prior investors will form part of Stage 1. We understand that Stage 1 investors have put more faith in us and as a result they will receive a 40% greater ROI than investors in Stage 2.

During the course of that time we shall release various bits of our project to the project. Some of these include a new concept to visualize data on the Numus blockchain and a web-wallet concept which we shall release to the public in due time.

Stage 2 of the IPO will now end on May 10 2014, with initial distribution starting on May 15 2014.

We have extended the IPO for the sole reason that initial investors, of which currently there a very few, could crash the market whenever they please as the current distribution would place too much NMS in the hands of a small few.

He received not enough BTC, he need to get more!

Obvious that this Scam

Your right but doing this doesn't prove 100% it's a scam. What does prove it is the huge amount of evidence on this thread that shows this definitely is a scam. Plus you have lots of posters trying to defend the indefensible which makes me highly suspicious of them.

Scams are getting more elaborate for sure, people are easily fooled by fancy websites, videos and BS tech jargon it seems.
1942  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][IPO] Numus (Pow/Pos - Scrypt-Jane) | Decentralized Exchange |Cloud Storage on: April 21, 2014, 07:38:56 PM
@nextgencoin
You are such an idiot. You have made your point little kid now grow up. You sound like a toddler who has not had his nap time yet. Seriously you have made your point no need to respond to every single comment, about being a scammer. The only thing wrong with this forum is whiny little brats like you that cant let others be. Grow up and move on with your life. The more you cry like a little bitch the more obvious you are that your just a crybaby.

hahaha yeah I am gonna cry, I'm gonna cry out this is a scam until they give up. If I don't my point will easily be buried in a long thread. So yeah I'll be continuing to sabotage this stealing of people's money. Why do you want to watch me....go away now to your black coin pump.

And I'm not replying to every post I'm replying to ever likely sockpuppet that is part of this scam.
Dude all you do is go around attacking people, like I saw you attack BCX on another thread. The OP in this thread should've used his brains and made the topic self-moderated so that guys like you don't post here.

Dude BCX has a coin made in his name using proof of hate, news flash he isn't the nicest guy on here.

So you want a clearly proven scam to succeed, please tell me why, I've got my popcorn ready.

You don't need to thank me but I singlehandedly have destroyed an IPO that I bet left unchecked would of taken 100 BTC plus off people on this forum and you're pissed at me, and want me to stop?

So you wish my posts could of been deleted so the IPO scam would of gone along smoothly. Sure it was the developers mistake but I'm not sure they expected to get rumbled.
1943  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Enough Now! - CCB Announcement on: April 21, 2014, 07:56:55 AM
Here is what we need as a community. We need people to bring news of CRypto togther from people who know what they are talking about. They can review new coins etc just like any new technology gets reviewed. So I'm not suggesting some decentralized power I'm just suggesting that there is an opportunity in the market for a better blog, website, news site that really brings it all together. And not just focused on the big players like Bitcoin.

Anyone can do this if they have the desire to bring better knowledge to the crypto world. That's all we need.....And it will happen I believe if it hasn't already?

So great opportunity, website that brings alternative economic news, tech and Crypto together, get to it....someone.
1944  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Enough Now! - CCB Announcement on: April 21, 2014, 07:50:20 AM
Within the Wall Street investment community there are various rating agencies, such as Fitch, S&P and Moody's.  They rate many of the financial products, such as bonds.

There are many services in the crypto currency community and there have been many scams, hacking and thefts.  New users have fallen victim to all manner of fraud.

There would be much benefit from having multiple, competing ratings organizations for the many crypto currency services.  These organizations could rate all the services from exchanges, online wallets, markets, software developers, newsletters, hardware manufacturers and the coins themselves.

Crypto-currencies are not regulated by any government.  One of the points of Bitcoin and other currencies to be free of government regulation, but the free market can regulate itself.  Even in the anarchist dream of having no government, there would still be schools, police and fire departments, but they are privately operated.  Let there be privately operated ratings organizations; more than one so any bias from one group can be counterbalanced by the others.

how the board know it is a good or bad coin

Such a board could do its research and provide professionally written and well documented reports (with many footnotes, links and references) using their own standards for what constitutes a good or bad coin.  It will still be up to the user to determine if the board knows what they are talking about.  If a user could read three well reports from three different rating boards, he/she could hopefully make up his/her mind and have an informed decision not to invest in an IPO of a user with an activity of 3.

These boards would have their hands full scouring the internet for all the information for their reports.

You mean the rating agencies who facilitated the last economic depression by labeling junk Class AAA. Or maybe you mean rating agencies like Egan-Jones who was the only honest agency who got thrown out for a technicality on some paper work. Yeah please more regulation that's exactly what decentralized digital currency that attempts to avoid government politically motivated BS.

Thank you so much for your help. I really need someone to tell me Herpes coin is crap.

Oh this may be unrelated but can someone please tell me the difference between my ass and elbow?
1946  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I Take An Oath on: April 21, 2014, 07:42:45 AM
The market will work it out, eventually people wont care about new coins, in fact they will avoid them as they will likely drop in value.
1947  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are the genuine new code coins? on: April 21, 2014, 07:38:52 AM
I believe NEM started life as a clone but it was then decided to build it from scratch.

Not sure what the feature list will consist of but I think there'll be some fresh angles.

I'm not a coder but I'm skeptical when people say they have completely rewritten NXT code when all the features are the same and client looks the same. But like I said I know nothing about coding but clearly NXT has heavily influenced them even if it is a 'new code'.

I'll leave it to experts to tell us if it truly is a new code. I do think its gonna be successful though, not based on its innovation but based on the massive support on the forum many fueled by the bitterness of those who didn't invest in NXT!!! Grin Grin Grin Grin
1948  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Qora | IPO | Escrow | 100% POS | New Source | Beta Available on: April 21, 2014, 07:11:04 AM
I actually have some sort of list like this of my own but it is more complete ofcourse.
I will not make it public because a lot of people invested through pm's and might want to stay anonymous.
Can you release an official list accord transactions but remove the ID to keep investor anonymous.
So everyone will know how much coins a transaction can receive.

If you look at the list you can work out roughly what coins you would get.

Skillroad needs to give more benefit to early investors who invested pre Registration, at least 50% more,Otherwise I fear this coin is dead and will be dogged by accusations of profiteering.

The amount of sockpuppets made in last couple of weeks is ridiculous.
1951  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Whitecoin developer exposed and SUPRISE its Spoetnik on: April 20, 2014, 03:35:31 PM
Spoetnik the altcoin hater is the developer of Whitecoin and several other SCAM coins. I was privy to some of his private conversations where it turns out his goal is to drive prices down on select coins while he scoops them up for his pump team.

Spoetnik has been unusually supportive of the clonecoin whitecoin (WC) anyone else notice that? Odd operation shitcoincleanup ended eh? You and your pals made a new coin of course.

You sir are the developer behind the majority of this crap and now we know why you get so angry at other coin devs it hurts your bottom line of course.

More facts to follow but go on and dig in the forums you will find plenty of evidence of odd coins he supports and strange posts that correspond to his pumps and dumps.

Spoetnik a developer...........

Now that's some funny shit.

You're going to have a hard time selling that one, newbie.

Dude you are so disliked that they named a coin after you. There must be a rock waiting for you to crawl under somewhere?

Well as the definition of an IPO is about actually offering something, then it never started.

Who is gonna wait till June anyway...

I'm (escrowed) invested, so still hoping it's the real deal!

Dude I respect you escrowed but even suggesting there is some hope when you even rumbled themselves that two members that 'don't know each other' have almost the same IP address. You know that's like 1 in a billion right?

It will only encourage others to send in money direct to the website..

I was going to post today that the developer will do one of two options. Either completely disappear off the map or he will extend the IPO. Dude the reason the IPO has not been successful is because you have been rumbled. Yeah you might get a BTC or so more but I will keep posting and no one will give your scam anymore. Hilarious...
1954  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][IPO] Numus (Pow/Pos - Scrypt-Jane) | Decentralized Exchange |Cloud Storage on: April 20, 2014, 03:21:23 PM
I have no relation to Duff___Man, he is just a poster in this thread.

nextgencoin, thinks he may have found a correlation between our designs and Duff___Man's design, but as we explained in a previous post that our website makes use of a Bootstrap 3 based design-framework which is in use on many websites, Peercoin being one of them and incidentally Duff___Man's website which explains the similarity in design pattern as the sites use the same design framework.

Thanks for the clarification.

Is it also a coincidence that:
 - your website (numus.org) and Duff___Man's website (coinmart.co) are both hosted by the same provider (namecheap.com) with very similar IPs (162.213.248.249 vs 162.213.248.251)
 - both domains are registered with the same registrar (enom.com)?

hahaha its a scam man, its not just the website stuff, there is also another poster called Shimah who is a cheerleader on this thread acting like he doesn't have any relationship even though his name has been linked to the Developers previous project. Its nothing but pretty pictures and BS I guarantee it.

Well, let's see what Numus says. Namecheap.com and enom.com are popular providers/registrars (I think namecheap is a reseller of enom?), especially as namecheap takes BTC. But, the two websites hosted on IPs two apart is quite some coincidence.

As far as I understand Namecheap use enom.com for all domain registration through them, since they are the only major webhosts to accept BTC we decided to use them and I'm assuming that hosting purchased with BTC make use of seperate servers which may explain why the IP's are similar considering that our landing page for our website does not run on a dedicated server.

hehehehehehehehe BS!

IMO Nxt is the only 'coin' worth investing money (not talking about IPOs) in at the moment.

I thought that a while back and was almost 'all in' with NXT but now I have a few doubts. Firstly I agree that it is the only innovative thing to happen in Crypto for a while. But I worry other clones could steal its thunder like NEM or NXTL. I personally don;t care about how it was distributed but I have to accept people do care and have damaged the image of the coin.

I would argue you got to be open to other completely new coded coins like EXO and Qora. Plus the future plans of Etherium and eMunie. NXT was exciting cause it broke away from Bitcoin and tried to solve its issues. We got to be open to other similar innovations that come along. I would only have 30% invested in NXT personally, if NEM is a run away success expect the price of NXT to take a dive.
1958  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are the genuine new code coins? on: April 20, 2014, 09:54:33 AM
Here is a legitmate list of coins who have completely re-worked every foundation of Bitcoin. Brand new codes. Note these are coins that have been officially been launched and are able to the public. Ethereum is the only exception to this.

Counterparty and Mastercoin are written ontop of Bitcoin, But, the protocols have been made from scratch.

As far as Qora and Exo, we are still reviewing them as they've not officially launched.

http://www.coinssource.com/generation-x/

To me coins built on top of another still are part of Bitcoin, and therefore share its benefits but also it flaws.

Thanks for the information though, its basically what I was looking for.

BCN and BMR are anonymous coins based on Cryptonote. BCN is older but recently discovered in this community and BMR is brand new (started mining a day or two ago, with no premine).

They are PoW blockchain based, but have a new code base (not a bitcoin fork)
