3901  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any promising STO that you know of? on: June 05, 2019, 08:30:41 AM
Bitbond seem like the one one that's trending presently and it looks legit to me but do your own research before investing to avoid getting scammed
I think Bitbond is actually the first SO project like Bitcoin, and I see it being the leader of all STO projects, I think STO projects are still the safest means of investment for investors now as it has regulation of government and backing of government in it.

If we consider the interest aspect of it, that is where they have failed woefully, because it will be too small for people who has been in ICO system, knowing completely well that some of their investment has yielded over 500 percent within months talk less of a year, while STO investment profit is quite a fixed one, the company would have already told you what you are entitled to at the expiration of your contract with them which the highest and STO project can offer you at the end of the year is 10 percent.
3902  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [2019-06-03] Bitfinex is looking to launch Tether on the Lightning Network on: June 05, 2019, 07:57:02 AM
The damaged has already been done to their reputation, and it is like taking medicine after death, bitfiniex tether is already on its way to the grave and I am afraid if it’s not also on its way to dragging bitfiniex along too, because I can see that many people are already considering moving some of their investment in tether and their holding in bitfiniex to other reliable exchanges like Binance ahead of the court judgment.

I honestly don’t understand why some management would have gone far in creating a wonderful image for their company and use greed to just destroy their work. I do hope they get off this and whatever method they are using to revive their system ahead of its destruction works for them.
3903  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BNB first and only coin to hit all time high! on: June 03, 2019, 06:03:01 PM
It was easier to do because they never really saw that peak during the 2017 peak, binance was a new place when we had the peak and the BNB price never really skyrocketed like the other ones during that time. After a while of course all coins started to drop and BNB missed their chance to get 200%+ profits during that time.

Now, that we are going back up again this is probably the first bull run BNB actually had been alive, I mean it existed during 2017 peak as well but not for too long. Now binance is a big exchange and it is used by many people and we are on their first big bull run so it was expected for BNB to hit all time high. Their all time high is not THAT different from some of the other coins. Some coins have 95% drop rate on their value so of course it was easier for BNB.
3904  Economy / Gambling / Re: SwC Poker ♣️ BITCOIN POKER 3.0 ♣️ BBJ🌟 ♣️ BIG BTC🏆 ♣ Win✅ Mac✅ Android✅ HTML5✅ on: June 03, 2019, 03:15:37 PM
About the coin options and the transaction fee's I still highly suggest ethereum.
I mean it is the second biggest coin and everyone loves it and it is also used in many dapps as well which I think SwC could turn into if you really want to. Not a dapp right now and doesn't have to be but could happen in the future if the team wanted to.

To make it start having the option to play with ethereum would be a great start, you don't have to even combine the two together, I know tables are not crowded as much as we want right now but we can separate ethereum tables from bitcoin tables and check if it helped the casino or not, that way we can see if adding any coins would get new players too or not.
3905  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice.com | Creators of Dicing 🎲 | 29 Billion Bets | 112+ BTC Jackpot! on: June 03, 2019, 08:46:55 AM
--snip

This actually rings a bell and I think I remember it.

Alot has changed since 2015 however. I remember back then Crypto was popular but not as popular as today. And with the 2017 FOMO rush, it introduced much more immature individuals which you didn't have to deal with back in 2015.

So since the general chat wasn't filled with begging and spam, nobody used the VIP chat. However now its much different and if they introduced the VIP chat it most likely would have more activity than 3 years ago.
I mean why would it matter to people who do not have that much money, that is the point the VIP club has that they do not want you there. The response of "whats with the numbers of 10-100 because most people can't even wager 0.5" well isn't that the point? It is a V.I.P. channel, the main reason it should exists is giving those people some freedom and some place they can run away from you and me.

Why would you make like a 0.5 btc vip room, that is not a vip room that is main chat minus faucet abusers, if there is a call for it then that should happen too of course (which I said 1 btc anyway) but that doesn't mean 10 and 100 shouldn't happen neither, maybe 100+ would be inactive again but 10+ bitcoin vip chat channel would make super amount of changes and there would be a lot more people gambling to get in there and feel like a big VIP.
3906  Economy / Gambling / Re: ♨️🎲 WINDICE.io 🎲 Choose your lucky number 🔰 Progressive Faucet💰 Jackpots 🎁❤ on: June 01, 2019, 02:40:02 PM
The difference with windice is that they already had their road map decided way before they started operations. The creators are smart people and they have studied the previously successful casinos and the failures as well probably and they realized what made a casino so great is the amount of love it gets from the gamblers. If you want to continue being awesome in casino world, just a great website is not enough, you can have the greatest crypto casino website all developed coded and designed but as long as people don't come it won't become anything.

They both did amazing marketing with insane amount of money probably but they also talked with us, helped us on support issues and always kept giving us more stuff. I love this place and I hope they will see many more 60 millions, even reach 60 billion one day.
3907  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin is very likely going to break $9000 in the next few days. on: May 31, 2019, 04:37:24 PM
As long as it tries to break it we are fine. The results will come because the resistance is the important part and as soon as we break the resistance the price could drop as much as it can yet we still have a weaker resistance ahead. That is why I always believe that prices should go up as much as it can no matter what in the end, if it can't stay high too long then the worst case scenario is we will have crypto that has a huge potential to go back up.

Yes, it will take time to break 9 thousand, it won't be easy and it will be very difficult challenge but in the end if wee keep insisting on going up we are going to eventually see it, maybe it will be in a week or maybe it will be in a month but it will happen for sure. Just be patient and wait the bull run to happen without selling.
3908  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC to 50K, China banned miners on: May 31, 2019, 01:23:20 PM
Banning miners is not something that would help them in anyway or shape. Why would you ban something that has been making you a profit? These miners have been paying for electricity, they have been hiring Chinese people and paying them a salary, these people have built manufacturing factories to built more miners and sell them overseas to foreigners which brings in cash into your country from other nations, they have paid taxes on each and single one of their profits, doesn't matter if its from miners or selling equipment.

China is basically saying "this is a great thing but I don't want it". If I was at the head of any government in any country, even if only as powerful enough to make it happen like a treasury minister or whatever, I would totally go out and say "all miners are welcomed and will be helped in our nation" to get all of that money and employment and foreign money into my country.
3909  Economy / Speculation / Re: The Next Bull Run on: May 31, 2019, 06:37:58 AM
I have been conservative with my predictions and I still think we are not going to see 10000 until the end of the year but if for some reason we get to see that price during the next weeks it is quite possible that the fear of missing out will take over the market and we will see the price forming a big bubble, at that time it will be impossible to stop the rise on the price of bitcoin and anyone shorting the market will probably go bankrupt, after that the price will be unstoppable for some time until the eventual crash comes and the whole process begins all over again.
The price of bitcoin is currently so close to $9000 mark now and I don’t see any correction happening around this figure that will bring it lower and even if it does, there will be a sharp rebound.

This is may, and we still have about 7 more months to the end of the year, if we don’t have any major dump which I am not envisaging any for now, don’t you think 7 months is a long time for more developments to come in and increase the price of bitcoin far above $10k even without FOMO, and also if we look at it from the side of fomo too, $10k is surely going to be the big pushing point and I see the bull run starting from here.
3910  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC will hit $1M on 2020 - John McAfee on: May 30, 2019, 05:53:01 PM
He also said he will eat his own dick if bitcoin doesn't reach 1 million dollars.

Dude is a wack job that is living in some third world country having a girlfriend that is literally underage and dealing drugs and working under "no supervision of any government" to his mindset, yeah he created a great software product of his time (which he sold and has no connection now) so we can safely assume that he knows what is doing when it comes to software protection against hacking and viruses but aside from that all of his personality in crypto is a scam, he is not a decent human at all.

Dude literally came out clean about getting paid by the ICO's to promote them and then when those ICO's made x10 returns for him he sold and the coin eventually died as well.

I am not saying bitcoin won't be 1 million dollars in 2020, we never know, it could be one million or it could be 1 thousand but in the end it doesn't mean McAfee knows what he is talking about.
3911  Economy / Economics / Re: Exchange market data manipulation bringing the whole crypto market down? on: May 30, 2019, 04:56:27 PM
The important part is, we should make them stay on our side. If there is manipulation then it should be for manipulating the price above what it should be. Lets assume bitcoin has a strict price instead of this volatile ways it goes everyday, lets say one bitcoin should worth 10 thousand dollars and not a dollar less or dollar more like a stable coin. If we can manage to get the manipulators on our side we can make it above 10 thousand dollars, that way we can all profit from it.

Nonetheless, if they are against us and tries to drop the price under 10 thousand dollars we will have to fight against the market to get it higher plus the whales that are manipulating which will make it hard for us. That is why give a reason to manipulators to actually be on bulls side when price is going up.
3912  Economy / Economics / Re: What currency shall human use when colonizing Mars on: May 30, 2019, 04:25:12 PM
The colonization of Mars is very real and necessary. Humanity now needs to think about a reserve habitat in case of a global catastrophe on planet Earth. In addition, it is not as difficult as it seems at first glance. Recently, on Mars, under a layer of dust, ice deposits have been discovered, which, if melted, would be enough to cover the planet Mars to a height of one and a half meters with water. This will greatly simplify the colonization of this planet.
As for cryptocurrency, it is unlikely to be among the primary issues in the colonization of Mars in the next fifty years.
We have not completely colonized the earth that was designed for humans by God, it is now mars that we are aiming to colonize. I can see that we are too full in the belly and looking for something to punch it for us. What global catastrophe are you guys dreaming of that will not also affect other planets?

The only catastrophe is that of Armageddon recorded by the Christian which will bring about the doom of human and if you like run to moon then, you will still be affected. So we better focus on how we can make this wonderful planet better and use our cryptocurrency here to the best of our knowledge.
3913  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrencies Pose Risks to Banks, Warns Basel Committee on: May 30, 2019, 03:26:20 PM
It is not as much of a risk as it used to be honestly. Back in the day it was the idea that people who use bitcoin would create issues for banks and if bitcoin became a global currency that people use instead of the government money then banks would be in big trouble since they make money via money and without money they would be bankrupted.

However, nowadays bitcoin became something for people to make more fiat money, they put in 100 dollars and buy bitcoin and it goes up so they sell it for 120 dollars and "profit" instead of actually using bitcoin, it is just another investment instrument to make more fiat currency for people, that resulted with less risk to banks and now banks use blockchain for transactions which makes it cheaper and faster for them even though they didn't drop the costs for people so they are making more money.
3914  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Facebook plans to launch 'GlobalCoin' currency in 2020 on: May 30, 2019, 09:29:48 AM
What exactly is the motive for Facebook creating Globalcoin? Is it part of the new world order disguised under cryptocurrency, some of us just want to make legitimate money, without an association with demonic activity. Thanks
Just my thoughts, they banned crypto ads and now they are about to lunch their own coin. It seems banning crypto ads because of scam thing or whatever is just an alibi. So they won't have any other ads aside from their coin that users can see. Hmmm whatever their real reason is, this might add a good result in crypto world.
Lol, you should know how Facebook operates before, they just don’t want people to stay above them or anything that will make other social media more popular and prior to their ban, we have some other social media platform who were already using the blockchain technology, which I believe must have threatened them.

I learnt that they have quite bent their policy now that they are planning on launching their own cryptocurrency using the blockchain technology, but I am still keeping my fingers crossed to see how the whole idea will go since they cannot fully release a DAPP system.
3915  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: STEP TO TAKE WHEN PAYMENT IS BEEN DELAYED BY AN ONLINE CASINO on: May 30, 2019, 08:48:37 AM
Never play on that casino again in the future, at least that's what I would do.
Unless they have a very very good reason for the delay, maybe your account has been compromised and they're holding onto it as a security measure.

Not much you can do, except contact support, as others have already mentioned.
Do think about whether you want to close down your account after this.
Yeah, I am very sure he would not play again on the site, I will not do the same if I was to be in his shoes, not easy to see ones money held down for no justified reason, it can be very painful

Closing down the account is not an option at all, the best is to keep in touch till the issue will be resolved. I believe there is a solution to this but it will only take a while, but the worst that would happen is when the delay is due to KYC, which means no remedy at all. He has no choice than to provide it or otherwise lose the account with the money in it but nobody would want to lose money to a casino site, so just fill the form and have your issue sorted out quickly.
3916  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What kind of poker player are you? on: May 30, 2019, 08:14:47 AM
More of a fish myself that forgets everything in 3 seconds.

I literally forget about what the other person raised or even if he checked and what not on the next card opening. Like say the three cards are opened and dude raises 1 dollar and my turn I call then the fourth card is opened and I don't even remember that 1 dollar raise. I do not play to win though so it might be the reason, I play because I have super fun and poker is something you can play with your friends at home, that is the good part.

You can't play slots with your friends, neither blackjack unless one becomes the house, you can't play dice neither since the best case you can is 2 options of winning or losing. Basically all I do is I call up my friends and play together and have fun, nobody cares about the game itself.
3917  Economy / Gambling / Re: ♨️🎲 WINDICE.io 🎲 Choose your lucky number 🔰 Progressive Faucet💰 Jackpots 🎁❤ on: May 29, 2019, 05:29:51 PM
I think the point is even if someone with an admin username is here or there then the cleverest thing to do is not believe them anyway.

What would you need from an admin anyway? Help? Well go ask for the support, windice has one of the best supports out there in crypto world, if you talk with them they won't ask any important thing like your password or whatever. That way you will guarantee your position.

If someone from bitcointalk asks about something do not think they are admin and give any information anyway. Basically there is no reason for you to share any information even if its just your username to anyone from bitcointalk or windice forum, it is irrelevant and wouldn't help anyone. That is why this mishap of usernames (even if its the same person or not) is not really big deal if you are careful.
3918  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A New Bitcoin Rival Is Coming? on: May 29, 2019, 04:42:17 PM
I heard that facebook creating their own coin and some people say that this is the rival of bitcoin and that is i did not believe because bitcoin is more on popularity and high demand for many people, compared to facebook they are facing first many trials here in cryptocurrency.
How would they compare an established project to that which is yet to be established? And moreover, if Facebook does that, it will confirm that he has nothing but to be stealing people’s ideas. For the fact he was able to buy whatsapp, instagram and some social media over to stay on top of the social media, doesn’t mean he will succeed in doing such in cryptocurrency industry.

Facebook will even not do that because it will make government clamp down on him, except he is creating a centralized coin that will enable government to still be able to monitor its revenue activities.
3919  Economy / Exchanges / Re: HitBTC stoping withdrawls! on: May 29, 2019, 04:08:32 PM
Is anyone having issues withdrawing funds from HitBTC?  I am not able to withdraw and not returning email.
have you done KYC, I heard if hitbtc does the kyc system but has never tried doing it on hitbtc. try to understand your problem and you can get your assets back.
The only way he can understand what the challenge is if they notify him and now that they didn’t and not returning his mails, I just hope it is not what I am thinking. I know they have had their ups and down, many people have complained about their services, while some people see it as perfect exchange.

Anyway whatever the issue is, I do hope it gets sorted out as I don’t uses exchanges that one cannot completely rely on or predict, imagine that it’s Binance that is having this issue, he would not have been bothered because he knows that the issue will definitely be sorted out.
3920  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to deal with greed whilst trading? on: May 29, 2019, 07:41:22 AM
greed and fear both are bad in trading and this will be there in every trader and everyone have correct money management and calculate whats the loss and profit

if ypu think that your analysis is right after target hit square off half quantity and let remainig half bring you profit

I believe that greed during trading is unhealthy and you can and should get rid of greed if you want to succeed at trading. Greed actually weakens your strategies and you are no longer able to withdraw with the same profits as you could do before. In fact greed is the reason for irrational behavior which leads to loss. Having a rational attitude towards trading your coins could really make you profits.
Sometimes, when I explore some ways of controlling greed, I found out that naturally, one cannot really control greed, greed is greed no matter how little, imagine bitcoin increases by $1 just now, would anyone be willing to take that profit? Many of us will not take it because it is too small, same way people  that trade with huge amount sometimes see those small profits like $50 as small compared to what their investment is capable of taking.

The best way I feel one can control greed is usually to just always set one trade to trade automatically, and not control it manually, otherwise, there is no way greed will not come in when manually trading.
