If Micon or anyone at Seals would like me to lay out a completely overhauled MTT schedule I will gladly do so. I've had alot of people pleading with me on Seals to help change the tournament schedule/structures, and I am more than willing to help. Micon has me on Skype. No excuses. Contact me and let's get this thing fixed!

Quoting since I posted this right before all the downtime happened. Offer still stands.

chazley,  the most helpful thing for me right now with the MTT schedule is to tell me 1 guaranteed tournament you would add.  Tell me a time, buy in, structure, and desired guarantee.

note that I just added (may take a few days for ST6 to process) a 20 chip 420 GTD at 1600 vegas time or 7pm EST.  I know that space was much needed to be filled.  My next MTT I think I will add is 1700 vegas time / 8pm EST.  I am thinking a 30 or 40 or 50 chip MTT leading up to the 100 chip Deep 1.5k flagship nightly.

thoughts?

Micon give me my chips from the buy-in and a compensation for the lost time back!!
My user name: Bassimo
I was in the BigBTC when it disconnected and site was unreachable. I just wrote an email to support@sealswithclubs.eu but no reaction!!! You want to scam me after all the BTCs you got from me with me playing on your site??

1) I find it's best to remain calm when having basic interactions with anyone.

2) having "just wrote" an email to our support department allow us some time to fix your issue.  You can look back through the history of this epic thread and see our reputation for always making it right.  I'm sure we will do the same in your case as well.  Please report to me personally on Wednesday if this is not solved to your satisfaction.  I have confidence in ST6.

also I applaud your choice of bold to stand out from the crowd.  I was never one to fall in line, never one to "know my place" so I choose to reply with pink in solidarity with your bold.

if you want, I think it's best to express one's calmness by going with the standard-font un-bold "I am not a special snowflake" type of text so that we all understand the issue is not of "bold importance" as you made it seem.  in fact, the use of bold was quite alarming to me.  With frequent DDoS attempts and significant downtime recently, it's best not to break out the bold for single-account matters.  It's like yelling fire in a movie theater in the 30's or something.

From what I have read, if you don't have a verified email address linked to the account, they will not respond to you.

They might, it's worth a shot anyway.  Good luck, hope you get your money.

Thanks man.

Nothing so far, will update if I hear anything back from them. Read so much about it being a great site shame I can't even get to play one hand. I at least deserve an explanation. The account seems to be locked. I log in and then it asks for login details again and says bad login.

There was speculation about other posters who made similar complaints that they were colluding, advertising on seals forums/threads. I have done neither so I would love to hear the explanation for this.

I'd be shocked if an email to support@sealswithclubs.eu doesn't lead to a quick account recovery for any legitimate player.   In fact msg me personally if it doesn't

I was repaid the chips I was owed.  SWC is doing it right still.
Yup. Same.

Whenever there is a random hater on twitter, or a guy of any sort questioning SwC integrity, I tell them to look at this 1M+ view'd thread showing our entire history since when Freemoney posted "hey look I tried science" a few yrs ago.

Rational thinkers can plainly see we have made right every wrong and have acted as honorably as we can in all situations.  I don't ever feel the need to respond to random hating because we have this record on bitcointalk and it certainly welcomes all grievances.

1)  we will take a look at the connectivity issues during BIG BTC.  email support@sealswithclubs.eu if you feel you were unfairly affected.

2)  I took a dissapointing 16th for $1800 in the $1k redrock.  $40k+ was up top / close / dealt 99 v kk on 337 flop and 99 v jj to bust so whatev / fun time / i think i played it pretty solid / +$800 fiat / worse has happened / if N. Korea heard me complain...

There have been multiple batches of withdrawals processed continuously.  In short,  everyone is getting their coins in a timely manner.   We strive for 12 hrs.  Usually over deliver.   Occasionally need longer but have nothing short of stellar history over last 2+ yrs.
613  Economy / Gambling / Re: SealsWithClubs.eu | Largest Bitcoin Poker Site | No Banking | Fast Cashouts on: January 25, 2014, 02:42:31 AM
1)  every should be working normally.   Deposits and cashouts included.

2)  after my public scolding from freemoney I'm not making promises on mtt schedule other than we will do our best.

So looks like the 5k won't happen tonight?  Bummer but understandable.  Thanks for the hard work guys!

Nah won't happen.   Need a bit to recover.

All clients working

Some kinks of course to work out

All hail Dr Huh!
616  Economy / Gambling / Re: SealsWithClubs.eu | Largest Bitcoin Poker Site | No Banking | Fast Cashouts on: January 24, 2014, 07:46:16 PM

new super-DDoS facefucker (I am not quite sure if that is a technical term or more using the parlance of our times) *may* be blocking some legitimate players.  We are working on that in addition to getting the clients back and the withdraws and other support emails.
617  Economy / Gambling / Re: SealsWithClubs.eu | Largest Bitcoin Poker Site | No Banking | Fast Cashouts on: January 24, 2014, 05:20:01 PM
Happyscamp, I appreciate your thoughts on marketing.  I'll say that I have stamped an unorthodox brand on SwC.  It is nothing but a marketing layer, and I believe it has been effective.  The lulz are only effective with the bullets technical prowess of ST6.  It allows me to make videos like this:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k7rBUPobFvw

Now let's all rejoice and get ready to turn on some cashouts & freerolls, ya?
618  Economy / Gambling / Re: SealsWithClubs.eu | Largest Bitcoin Poker Site | No Banking | Fast Cashouts on: January 24, 2014, 04:57:39 PM
We beat the DDoS, site back working in limited capacity.

1)  currently web client only

2)  should have desktop & android clients back soon.

3)  Withdraws will be processed in the next 24 hours.  The boys are busy, but as our 2+ year history has shown, your coins are safe at SwC and we have always processed timely withdraws.

Freerolls to begin after the site has been fully restored.

When I say "We will defend this house" it is quite serious.  ST6 loves this site.  They put in massive effort to ensure it's safety.  They have defended it time and time again and will no doubt be tested in the future.  Whenever under fire we will spend maximum effort to protect what we have built - our loyal players that trust us with their bankrolls deserve nothing less.

Thanks to all that stand by us during the tough times.

1)  some low post-count posters are making outlandish statements.  This is going to happen in this industry.  Pay no attention IMO, and instead remember our multi-year history of always acting honorably

2)  We have made some changes, worked through the night again, and I think we have a good shot to bring it back up in a few hours.

big thanks to ST6 for an extremely hard working last 48 hrs or so.
620  Economy / Gambling / Re: SealsWithClubs.eu | Largest Bitcoin Poker Site | No Banking | Fast Cashouts on: January 24, 2014, 12:12:57 AM
Update:    Without giving away the golden goose in terms of security, let me say that ST6 is currently pouring science all over the problem.  Science, and money.  We'll see if it is fixed soon.

I'm giving a 5 hour "Hope To Be Back" ETA, or a HTBB ETA, should be +/- 3 confidence levels higher than the "BGETA" or best-guess ETAs of yesterpost.

It is important to understand ST6 is trying something and we are sort of really hoping that it works.  If it does work, this should kill many other possible future attacks too.

glglglglgl

Science be with ST6 and SealsWithClubs.
