It's actually in the thread and was stated ages ago.

Customers are free to contact me directly if they wish to discuss their accounts and payments - others can read the thread.

I understand you are dodging the question, and you have never accurately stated in this thread when you expect to have everyone paid back in full.

no date ever given.
1563  Economy / Long-term offers / Re: > > > Sky Deposits (1.25%pw) > > > [35/60BTC available] on: October 04, 2012, 01:41:06 AM
you are not lending-saving.

you are borrowing at high interest rates all that you can.

And everyone not only already knows it, but you are shamelessly bumping after no one bites at this latest version of a 100+ year old scam.  Give it up dude.  Also bring up poker more - that someone legitimizes your scam.

"All that you can" = 60BTC maximum?

Hell, if my coin wasn't all already tied up in other things I'd lend to Andy - we've done business in the past (as have a lot of others) and I don't doubt his ability to pay back what amounts to a very small loan.

Have you apologised to vescudero yet?

I believe you are free to waste your coins on any scam you choose.

vescudero will scam this community.  He paid back less than you think to scam more later.  It's plain to see.  Did u defend Pirate too Shadow?  let me check the post history...
1564  Economy / Long-term offers / Re: Bryan Micon's List of Non-BCST Ponzi's Still Running (with credit rating) on: October 04, 2012, 01:33:11 AM
I am once again right, and we will once again it will take some time and another scam for you to believe me this time.

In the case of Victor, why don't we judge any future scheme he comes up with on the face value of that.

What you should admit though is that Victor's most recent scheme wasn't a ponzi, on the basis that everyone has been paid back in full, with interest, on time.

going live on DD radio like I do every Wed. at 7pm / would love to debate you on this point.

724-LOL-DONK  to call in after 7pm
1565  Economy / Long-term offers / Re: Starfish BCB - Loans and Deposits on: October 04, 2012, 12:42:39 AM
1)  to better manage the expectations of those with BTC tied up in this scam

and

2)  to bet against him paying it back in the timeframe he states

I think you need to get out the house a bit more. What's wrong with you? Get a life.

again, off topic, personal attack so again I'll re-iterate the question so it isn't lost here:

PatrickHarnett - when do you believe you will complete the process of repaying all of your investors in full?  please give your best estimate of the date.

Updated early as I will be offline tomorrow.  Weekly interest and other payments have been queued.

Two fixes this week -
1: the interest calculation as pointed out by Dooglus for accounts in process of withdrawal is corrected.
2: the payments on 14Sept were not correctly picked up in the balances table (understated by approx 48BTC).

[in most respectful internet voice]

PatrickHarnett - when do you believe you will complete the process of repaying all of your investors in full?  please give your best estimate of the date.

Updated trust info.  Still happy to hold another 35BTC.

give it up dude.  The well is dry.  You are a year too late.

Not quite sure.... if people listen.... to bad poker player.... giving investment advice.... calling any lending/saving a "ponzi".

Holy crap, did you just see Micon ask a question that was like a non jerk would ask? Someone needs to block his account, it must have been hacked.

hahaha  I see others even translated it for me into how they think I really feel Smiley

1)  notice how he didn't respond.  The question is extremely serious too - certainly not a troll or for some other purpose - if Patrick is still crediting his "investors" with interest on a website, it insinuates that he will one day pay the BTC he owes to his account holders back in full.  I want to know what date he plans on completing this by.  I want to know for 2 reasons:

1)  to better manage the expectations of those with BTC tied up in this scam

and

2)  to bet against him paying it back in the timeframe he states

I'm trying to prove that this guy, Patrick, once so beloved by the mark community, has no intention to pay back.  The fact that he is adding interest to a number you see on a screen is yet another stall tactic, and because he didn't plan on having everyone paid back by the end of 2012, that interest is basically something he is promising you sometime after 2013 - I want to know a date, and if you have coins with this guy you should want a date too.  But it seems most are content to just make fun of me.

1569  Economy / Long-term offers / Re: ★ VESCUDERO's Risk-free Weekly Term deposits at 1.5% ★ [Recently closed] on: October 03, 2012, 11:14:41 PM
I would like to go on record in this thread at this time for 2 points:

1) I believe this payback to be in preparation for a larger scam in the future

2) I believe some of the posters that replied that they were paid back in full are sock-puppets of Vescudero.  Most of the <100 post count users should be looked at for questionable posting history.  I also believe he actually did pay back some real "investors" too.  It is easy to lie about the size of his payback - did we get any block-chain verification for this?  of course not.

I just wanted this on record with a time stamp that Vescudero is 100% a scammer still.  He is going for a longer scam.
1570  Economy / Long-term offers / Re: Bryan Micon's List of Non-BCST Ponzi's Still Running (with credit rating) on: October 03, 2012, 11:11:21 PM
Micon, I now understand why your wife left you. Women don't like guys who are so predictable as you.
I heard those kind of guys also make lousy poker players...

You resort to personal attacks instead of responding to this:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=94900.msg1101345#msg1101345

so let me remind me of your words during the Pirate debacle:

You consider that since you dont know how something makes money, its just not possible ? I guess trade secrets and the likes is also nothing but magic.
No, that's not what I said, please try reading it again. It's not that I don't know how it makes money, it's that I don't know how it could be possible that it makes money. So if I try to consider the possibility that it's making money, I literally have no idea what I'm considering.

Quote
have nothing against you personally JoelKatz but your approach to validating if something is fact or fiction in the businessworld is absurd. You dont have to believe in it but for the love of spacemonkeys making statements that since you cant imagine how it is functional therefore it cannot exist is beyond retarded.
That's not what I'm saying. I'm saying that if I don't know how something could be possible, I cannot consider the possibility of it. I literally don't know what it is I would be considering. My very first step in reasoning would be blocked as I tried to consider the consequences of an unknown thing.

And why is it that you need to know everything that goes on with other peoples business?
Is it such a difficult concept to grasp that some people know some stuff you don't know and that they are not obliged to disclose their trade secrets to you?

Just remember how wrong you were here, and how right you believed yourself to be at this time.

You are once again wrong, I am once again right, and we will once again it will take some time and another scam for you to believe me this time.

vescudero seems to have paid back in full and is thus not a ponzi. im sure you will want to verify that but it is something that you should note.

I suspect they will say that having paid back in full doesn't prove it wasn't a ponzi... Wait for it... Roll Eyes

Remember when you were arguing with JoelKatz about how you can't divulge trade secrets when you are running such a cool business?

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=94900.msg1101345#msg1101345

because I do.

psy if you hadn't greated gangman style you would have lost all credibility.  You are trying to rub it in my face that I called Vescudero a Ponzi.  So are you saying because he paid everyone back he is a legitimate business man worthy of much trust from this community?  Go on record saying that now to further your battered history here.

Vescudero is a scammer.  This payback is to build trust for the future.  and also psy - how about giving me credit for calling out all of the scams that clearly were Ponzis.  Even if u credit the Vescudero as a loss I'm batting around .900

Victor's paid back in full. You going to stop slandering the guy now?

nope, going to continue to "slander" as you say "out a scammer" as I say.

This payback is to further build confidence in a longer scam.  I'm on record for that now.  he is absolutely 100% a scammer.  He likely payed back this time because many of his so-called accounts were shills.  Take a look at how many sub-100 post users posted "+1 / paid me back in full" - mix those with the guys he really actually paid back and this venture was a cheap way to build confidence for the future.

I will update the OP to reflect this.

60BTC Guarantee tourney starts in less than 2 hours, 6pm ET.

Yeah, to bad I can't get to the tables, just sticks on "Loading Lobby".

I have had this issue before - and a browser-reload usually fixes it.  If not, I go for a browser-close and re-open, which fixes it almost every other time.  1 time my shockwave crashed within Chrome, I updated everything to the latest version and it worked fine for me since.

I tried to replicate the problem on a similar computer, but couldn't do it.  Some info would be helpful, like OS / Browser / Shockwave & Flash Version

Also of note Freemoney did some awesome work to the affiliate program recently.  We are out of beta and ready to rock.  If you have traffic and want 20% for life on your players please email:  affiliates@sealswithclubs.eu

1577  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bryan Micon Poker % buying thread: Orleans $100 HORSE 9/23/12 [OPEN] on: September 29, 2012, 12:46:41 AM
heading to play the Friday Night $125 NL MTT at the Orleans, sponsored by Metamucil.

Date: Tonight 9/28
Time: 7:00 pm PT
buy-in:  $125
Venue:  The Orleans  [ http://static.boydgaming.net/orleanscasino10/media/downloads/PokerRoomDailyTournSchedule_Feb2012.pdf ]
Current MtGox Price: $12.39

I am willing to sell a 25% piece of this tournament for 3 BTC

This means that for around $37USD you are buying $31.25 or 25% of tonight's Orleans NL tournament.  Any winnings I cash in said tournament, 25% will be returned to a hash of your choosing or on Seals if you want.  I will convert at MtGox spot price when I send the funds, i.e. you are gambling in USD as soon as you xfer me the coins and you are holding USD until I send them back - I also promise to send winnings within 24 hours of the tournament end.  If it is a large amount won I may need to take cash to Bitinstant the next day.  It is more than likely I have enough coin on hand to send any winnings immediately.

I am going to sell 1 share of this tournament only.  I am constantly testing and refining this process for the first few small tournaments people buy pieces of, and I'm going to try the just 1 share way for this one.

1MALd2BKccYX4uapwtnx1HHcTBziWZ8jSH

first coins locks it up.  I will also accept chips on Seals

Ty for posts about new-er BTC ponzi's.  Will update this over the weekend.
1579  Economy / Long-term offers / Re: Starfish BCB - Loans and Deposits on: September 28, 2012, 10:28:39 PM
Patrick - Since you are still crediting Starfish accounts with interest, does this mean you plan to pay back all investors, in full (principle + interest) ?

If so when do you estimate you will complete the process?
1580  Economy / Lending / Re: Bryan Micon's List of BTC Scams and Ponzi Schemes on: September 28, 2012, 09:50:56 PM
I am a 33 year old poker player.

I have been scammed and know how to spot scams.

I know most of you BTC kiddies are still very young.

I should take advice from a gambler?  I think not.

You admit to have been taken in by scams, so obviously don't know how to spot them.

At 33, you are still very young.  I'm not a "kiddie" and your presumption to insult the people on this board is rather foolish.

care to re-work that statement Patrick?
