Woot! Only 18-19 more coins before halving. Nobody can get those coins outta Cryptsy too easily right now. I really hope everyone gets their held coins out of there before they fold.

i wouldve snatched em up if not for the ballache of withdrawing from c-rape-tsy

e2a - proto & offerings fkd again...

top left corner - look at the shield

or here..

as for the economist, wtf?!! its a lot to digest!

if its non-rock solid we're going for - i noticed this 'crest' on the news the day after the paris explosions - http://www.canterbury-cathedral.org/

one crest on each shoulder of some priest.. broadcast globally.

caught my lazy eye at least, though i must assume the cathedral has had that crest for a while

Nothing like that is showing in your link.  Do you have a pic?  Was it an IX?  I found early on a connection between IX and IXC and the Catholic Church which is what lead me at the time to think IXC was the dark horse which the west chose to replace Bitcoin after Bitcoin transfers all wealth.

But then someone tipped me off that the Chinese were watching me, hacked into my social accounts and this leak was incredibly reputable so I turned my eyes on the east then and looked at potential Chinese connections and I found a lot of crazy stuff that fit.

But to be honest, it's impossible to say.  Why are the Chinese trying so hard to destroy and rob me, for over 2 years now?  You'd think they'd want me popularizing their coin.  So maybe it's not their coin, maybe it belongs to the west and that leak took me off the right path.

I've had a serious mind job done on me by the Chinese so I can't tell anymore but I challenge anyone to find this many crazy coincidences in any altcoin out there, not even Bitcoin gets close.

I'm certain I've got a tiger by the tail here; I hope it doesn't devour me.

Is there anyone here unable to withdraw iXcoin from Cryptsy?

check my older posts - lost 5000 IXC in transfer from crippledsty.

support basically ignored me after 1-2 mails saying it was sorted.

it never was.

i have only dust on there now and a 100k joulecoin

thought about withdrawing 1,000,000 doge from cryptsy - 5000 doge 'fee'

changed mind.

already lost 3 LTC pulling out 500

disgusted!

(not to mention the missing 5000 IXC that is still unaccounted for 6 weeks later)

We are dealing with an advanced cryptographic technology worth hundreds of thousands of dollars. People who have spent time to acquire skills should be treated with respect. If somebody uses blatantly disrespectful language and a toxic attitude their messages should be deleted, and with enough violations they should be banned from the thread. It's that simple, if somebody wants their voice heard they should know how to communicate like an adult. We should not allow overt trolling to take place in an effort to prevent censorship. It's important to remain open and free, but not at the cost of community morale and professionalism. Imagine that a group developing open-source software are having a meeting in a cafe to discuss an update, then a disheveled drunken crybaby barfly busts in swearing at people. The person organizing the meeting allows him to stay, so one of the coders leaves. That is basically what happened with Gekko, except I imagine he wouldn't act like that in real life. Just because this is the internet does not mean we should let the loud vulgar guy stay at the meeting.

Not only did this happen everybody else at the table just sat around in silent approval of the behavior, I am pleased to hear someone speak out with clarity on the issue.

not everyone - but my post/s were deleted.

Who were we talking about getting invited to Consensus? 'Blazr2' has not posted in this thread for 11 months...Where is that quote from IMZ? I can't find it anywhere else.

Edit: The quote appeared with Google, just not Bing. I use Bing for those rewards points but it does seem inferior when you're looking for obscure stuff.

His post is here, followed by several of us discussing/supporting it: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=527500.msg11975846#msg11975846

*shakes head* That was right in the midst of a Gekko tantrum. Then I chime in about the price like a schmuck, I guess I was excited about starting a big position but I wish I would have seen the importance of what Hagbard was saying. If he had announced that within the last month and knowing a little about Consensus 2015 I would have definitely donated. I really hope he went but it doesn't seem like it, I can't find anything about a merge-mining talk or Unobtanium in the Coindesk reports.

I wonder what he was talking about on the next page as well, something new involving Unobtanium that no other coin has done...

I didn't realize how important Hagbard is (I guess I'm fairly new to this community), but now that I see what he was doing and that he hasn't been here in a month since reacting to a little trolling, I want him here Smiley Please HagbardCeline and Siameze, come back, I'll give you UNO and chocolate covered strawberries.

We've got some really great people in this community, we've got to stick together and appreciate each other's contributions.

That reminds me, I still haven't tipped Cryptapus like I said I would, will not forget.

the something new was prototanium (aka uno testnet) that upset a few people.

if im not mistaken, ive not been paying much attention the last month or so

we all need a holiday from time to time! a nice beach with crystal clear waters or a lake in the mountains...

speaking of which, took my dad & daughter to the beach for a bit of a paddle, ended up surrounded by 'lots' of different fish(es) we all giggled like it was magic - it kinda was.

bought 12 more coins when we got home, and ate calimari.

Nice to see someone expressing their common humanity and decency. Little moments with dear loved ones like you just described are all important for remembering the really important things in life. Thanks for sharing.

Not as nice as seeing someone who's steadily buying his way into poverty (and his beloveds').

trolololol!!

my average buy-in is 8GBP but thanks for your 'concern'.

853  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Um.... I don't think the power company is going to like this! on: September 16, 2015, 07:33:22 AM
1) I doubt power companies care about what you're using power for (in terms of growing pot).  I find it very unlikely that they would be monitoring their customers for power trends just to report them to the police and shut them down.

2) What would stop growers from running alternating 12/12 hour light cycles in different rooms to make it look like 24h steady-draw?

Utilities are still companies, they care about preventing stolen power and maintaining profits, everything else is just white noise.

#2 = exactly..... growing p is too much work tho imo

is that why 'you guys' 'hire' vietnamese slaves to do all the growing and then dust off the immature buds with ground glass/silica or whatever that shit is?

Batch one scheduled shipping date is in late September of 21~30.

If WHEN shipping out 10 days later than the scheduled one, it won't be considered as delay.

sp30? how about underclocking? 3th with 1.5kw... and the decibels are much nicer with fan under 40% depending on ambient temp

ive found taking it lower than 950 on each psu it starts to have panic attacks and acts weird.

but then ts ambient te,p is pretty high at 30C+ so the fans stay loud

the product isnt broken.

your ability to think for yourself is.

you sound like an idiot with a keyless ignition moaning the keyhole is missing, therefore the vehicle wont start and is worthless

id suggest you spend less time doing whatever you do, and more time solving the problem that ONLY you seem to have

but that would mean doing something other than merely repeating yourself.

...or just sell your coins and STFU forever
