Be careful tho, escrows can't do anything here if the paypal sender chargeback. Since he is only a full member with no positive trade history it is better if you choose trusted member to recieve paypal funds but its still your own choice

Everybody can give positive, neutral or negative feedback to anybody.
The main thing is: if you're a newbie (your current rank), nobody will take your negative feedback serious.... It's a shame, but that's just the way it is. I'm a senior member, but i'm not in DT, and i seriously doubt any feedback left by me would be taken seriously by at least 50% of the members here.
If you have a strong case against somebody, it's better to start a scam accusation (read the sticky notes), if somebody on DT (default trust) reads your case, and agrees with you, there is a reasonable chance he'll leave negative feedback to the scammer, and most (if not all) members will take his/her feedback serious.
Why should a one post Newbie with zero credibility been given the same credibility of a Hero, (for example), with 50 verified and successful trades?  That's why you work yourself through the ranks, BUILDING credibility as you trade and interact with the community. I for one, read others feedback along with references. If there are no references, I generally ignore the rating. |

I have asked DrahogErusiel some very specific questions which would not be able to be answered by a 3rd party just by reviewing the messages and he answered correctly. I am of the opinion that this is the original account holder and recommend trust rating revisions.
OK, I believe he's in control of the account. I find it highly suspicious that he got hacked and the hacker didn't change his password whilst asking for a loan and putting the account up for sale. That sounds like a load of bullshit to me and I'm of the opinion he tried to go Cryptsy on us. Edit: But I'm open-minded and I'd like to hear what the community has to say. More or less. Of course, if the account was never hacked but stayed in the original owners possession, all your questions could definitely be answered. From all the posted evidence, this is the likely scenario. |

The ass hole did hack my account then didnt change the password. im working on collecting proof that im Drahog in the thread linked in my signature.
You have a huge burden of proof. He keeps PMing me to remove my feedback and I keep telling him not until I see proof of hacking. Doubt that's going to happen. Strange things do happen but the hacker didn't change the PW on this Hero account? A bit hard to believe. This is why it's hard to remove a sold account tag: Private keys can be sold along with accounts too.
