1061  Economy / Reputation / Re: When leaving trust for known Alt's of other users on: February 06, 2016, 10:16:36 PM
Negative for scammers, neutral for all others.

This is what I generally do.
1062  Economy / Reputation / Re: Scammer/Troll Unremoveable feedback on: February 04, 2016, 01:12:44 AM
If mods could erase trust ratings it would make the whole system worthless...

I don't know, maybe if an official scammer put red or green trust on you it would maybe be removed after it has been publicly proven as a scammer, but else it's only a question of trust between members. If the guy has no link with you it means someone he trusts says he has been scammed by you. You'll have to convince (and probably prove) him that it's not the case.
My only way to cancel this out is get loans from other people so I can get positive feedback from trusted people which is what im doing now as much as a can, but I also need a loan so it works out.

As has been stated: Trust is not moderated. Either work it out with the person/s that left it or learn to deal with it.
If you are taking reputation/trust building loans, you will garner more red. I would advise anyone that does lend to you leave at best a Neutral.

Your claims of doing a trade "a few weeks ago" http://archive.is/tOFcJ only just scrapes in as being partially truthful (the few weeks part that is)

yeah thats about 2 weeks ago,so any problem?

Yeah, there is no record of the claimed trade.

We really need more proof. I have left temp. feedback.
As for hacking claims, I see NO password reset.

What more proof can I give?

Are these all the chat logs?

Escrow will not protect the receiver of Paypal funds.  Roll Eyes
Thats right but I will ask escrow to hold the funds until I get money withdrawn to my bank account Cheesy Once I receive money,I will ask escrow to send Bitcoin to seller

And a chargeback happens, Paypal wants their money and come after you....unless the account you use is stolen or otherwise.

This can work if the person with PayPal sends as a gift. No way it can be reversed after they do that.

Wrong.

If you say wrong then explain why? One person wanted their money back from me they called PayPal, even showed them our conversations on ICQ and PayPal said they couldn't do nothing about it because they sent it as a gift to me.

It's been discussed to death. Think compromised account and gift/digital goods go out the window.

1072  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: [H] $47 Paypal [W] BTC on: January 28, 2016, 12:35:25 PM
Hey guys, another exchange.

I want to trade my $47 paypal to BTC.

Please don't charge to much I really need the coins now.

I can send first for trusted members here, other than you will send first or we will use escrow to seure the transaction.

I can send via gift also woth a not that there will be no dispute made just to assure you. Smiley

Pm me or comment your rate here. Thanks!

This still won't negate a chargeback should you choose to start one.

1075  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: grtthegreat Potential Dispute on: January 23, 2016, 11:50:49 PM
This is leancuisine. I took out a 0.20 BTC loan from grtthegreat about a week ago, and the loan isn't due until tomorrow (24th) so I haven't repaid it yet.

However, "grtthegreat" suddenly closed and locked the thread, saying that all loans have been repaid, which is an outright lie. I have already sent a PM to him. He has also removed the signature saying that the account is under collateral with him, and he started posting with my account.

I also haven't received any PM's from him. What can I do about this?

Here is his thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1222331.0

Proof or it didn't happen.
1076  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Need 1.337 BTC, have PayPal (verified) on: January 21, 2016, 11:54:29 PM
In need of BTC 1.337 or $550 value

Anyone who can help me is appreciated. I know I am new but 100% legit verified and confirmed.

Doesn't insure there won't be a chargeback down the road.
Have a read, although I don't think you are new here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=14632.0

1078  Economy / Lending / Re: 0.12 loan on: January 21, 2016, 10:44:49 PM
The account is worth 0.08

It's only worth what someone is willing to give, no more.
Did you get that much, since you were the seller/borrower?
1079  Economy / Lending / Re: 0.12 loan on: January 21, 2016, 10:35:22 PM
I have filled a loan to this member with the account as collateral so this thread is obsolete..

Did you know this account was just sold?
1080  Economy / Long-term offers / Re: Need A 2 BTC at 270 days on: January 21, 2016, 01:54:32 PM
Offer valid collateral or lock this thread.
