1041  Economy / Reputation / Re: How to appeal negative trust?? on: February 13, 2016, 11:15:55 PM
as i know, if you get negative trust 100% unfounded, you can make it delete using moderators, but the reason why you get negative trust isnot questionable.  according to the  Reference, i am not sure you were  sincere or were going to scam, so you have only one chance, ask sender of negative trust delete it

No, they won't remove feedback unless it's complete spam, right or wrong. Look at Vod's Trust.

Well the reason of the negative trust was " asked for loan with NO collateral" when I clearly did offer some. So I believe that is questionable. And what a faulty system when anything can be said about a person without any proper reason. I have no problems accepting anything that is due but here it was wrong .

I have not checked but if your collateral was not acceptable, (and there is a list of accepted), that's why you got the Negative. Instead of claiming faulty system and other such excuses, try to find out exactly why your collateral wasn't acceptable.
1042  Economy / Reputation / Re: How to appeal negative trust?? on: February 13, 2016, 07:22:57 PM
You can have multiple accounts without issues unless you scam/spam. You should have read around about the rules before heading straight to the lending boards.
Vod is the only one that can remove the Negative, Trust is not moderated unless it's severe spam.

1045  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: PP->BTC on: February 11, 2016, 01:57:42 AM
Hello,
I'm new in this forum but I'm looking btc supplier for paypal.
I receive many paypal payment so I need BTC ( in month 10-20 k usd)
I know need to buy trust but all transaction will be with escrow.
I can wait before release you will send withdraw to your bank account there is no problems for me.
Only serious offer please.
My payment never charge back!!! I can guarantee !
I can pay 25-28 % from real price plus.

Write me PM

Escrow won't help the seller unless it's held 180+ days. Care to share this magical method as digital goods are not covered by Paypal and scammers have good success with chargebacks.
Tell me how you guarantee.
1046  Economy / Reputation / Re: Reputation and Reputation Loans. on: February 10, 2016, 01:49:44 AM
You can't have a sincere apology and state time and again it's all B.S. and continue to blame others for your actions.
A reply of yours from that same thread sums it up nicely:

EDIT:
I have sent .001 BTC, from here. 1PTfsRk9NmbcJCfiHQPZ8J9S3PeXDBiPno

HASH : 6846784e38517af91c1d6e45d1cb5e4b812938bad353ccc39d86dcb8803a1b1d

Better pay up.

Why did you sent him? This is the reason why these scammers get away with their scam attempts. Sad
I want to see if he is actually legit, if not, he gets blasted with neg. trust scores, which he apparently doesn't want, and it's only two quarters worth.
Win-Win
Smiley

Had you approached this differently,( see bold sections in a previous reply), I may have been more sympathetic but it is what it is.
Perhaps if you keep out of trouble I will change to a Neutral in the future but the Negative will stay for now because actions have consequences.
1047  Economy / Reputation / Re: Reputation and Reputation Loans. on: February 10, 2016, 01:40:22 AM
Hey BTCTALK!

Molotov is back on the scene, after awhile of being offline!

I want to talk about what happened before I left (not the reason I left, just happened before I took a break).

I was around the forums, and saw a guy, Spartacus17, genuinely being helpful, and honest on his posts on the forum. Making another rep. loan taker look like a good guy.
I decided, since he made a rep loan post, that I would help this guy out, as he's a chill guy.
I went through with it ( can be seen here : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1254441.msg13009429#msg13009429 )

However, he got hit with thousands of negative trusts, and I did too. Bold lie.

Besides the fact that I have only done one small deal on here, not to mention my Molotov Giveaways (can be seen here : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1199726.0) Look at me, I'm a small fish being picked on.
Where I helped out the little guys on the forum with some coin, over .06 BTC given away, even though I was smaller back then. B.S. and you know it. You wanted to make some quick dust AND gain some rep.

It basically shat on my trust rep, without me truly doing anything except trying to help a guy out. You blame others for your mistake.

I was explained about it later, by some of the guys on the original thread, telling me how it's an easy way for scammers to move to bigger prizes.
I have realized that, and it wasn't good in hind sight. Sympathy ploy: Fake contriteness.

However, that still does not stand, for having my reputation on the site tarnished, for trying to help a guy. Still not your fault.

I apologize to the forums, for unknowingly possibly helping a possible scammer. Yet more fake apologies. Pity ploy.

However, is there anyway to get these bullshit negatives off my trust wall? As I am a legitimate person, who hates scamming in any forms, and I am looking to get back into the market, by buying some more BTC.
Now these Trust ratings for something you were warned about and still did are just B.S.. Still shifting the blame,
AND they are hurting your "business".

Can those please be removed somehow?
Thank you for your time.

Molotov.

@EcuaMobi - left you a Neutral
@KWH
@substrata

Please listen to this.

Apologizes yet takes NO responsibility. It's all B.S..
1048  Economy / Reputation / Re: Reputation and Reputation Loans. on: February 10, 2016, 01:27:00 AM
Spartacus17 stated he wanted to do a rep. loan and was given the appropriate feedback.
2 posters BEFORE you went through with the loan warned you about rep. loans, you did it anyway so you will have to deal with the  feedback.

However, he got hit with thousands of negative trusts, and I did too.

Care to show us these "thousands of Negatives"?

It was embellishment to prove a point. That people can just throw negatives at people without a second's thought.
BTW, I didn't get to read those before I did it.

YOU screwed the pooch after being warned, own your mistake.
And I have, and I have apologized, this all happened months ago.

Can't you be at all lenient?
I apologized, owning up to the mistake.

No need to keep the negative on my account.

Most of your OP is worded to incur sympathy by "embellishing" truth and leaving out other information. You have shown no true remorse only flaming those that left you deserved feedback; a typical pity tactic. Now, months later, you suddenly care about those very feedbacks, why is this?
To roll it in a nutshell: Anyone that "apologizes" for past transgressions, no matter how big or small, should be given a clean slate?

1051  Economy / Services / Re: [ANN] Escrow services by -XXIII- on: February 08, 2016, 10:24:47 PM
Blazed, I saw the potential headaches long ago, why I never got involved outside of a small amount here and there.
Make a mistake and you (an honest person) could be ruined for a very long time.
1052  Economy / Services / Re: [ANN] Escrow services by -XXIII- on: February 08, 2016, 09:43:12 PM
Instead of getting your feelings hurt, why don't you take the time needed to build your rep.? And I am not talking about taking BTC0.000003 loans repeatedly for 6 months.
There are many proven escrow providers that are free or nearly free. You really offer nothing at this time and lack of Trust/experience is glaring.

Smiley No, you're right. My apologies for coming off mellowdramatic. I knew trust would be an issue, but the real problem is me jumping the gun. Frankly, I never considered giving loans as a method of building trust until now.

The problem with giving/taking loans for rep. building is you may get the red kind. Most here don't approve of rep building. Making a good rep. takes time.
1053  Economy / Services / Re: [ANN] Escrow services by -XXIII- on: February 08, 2016, 09:31:26 PM
To put it bluntly: You just don't have the reputation to offer these services.

Yes, and I am in complete denial over this.

Your sig puts it best: I'm clearly insane.

1056  Economy / Reputation / Re: hero status account sold, PSA to any old trade partners on: February 07, 2016, 07:48:44 PM
what the fuck ? remove -ve feedback, NOW ! i'm not a scammer  Angry.
The account doesnt deserve any feedback at all. You didnt do any of the trades.
Yes of course, I don't deserve any feedback 'cause it's a fault of the original owner.
He hasn't paid back the loan before the deadline.
You neither deserve any positive feedback (at least not yet).
And the negative from Danny Hamilton is only to counter the current 2 positive feedbacks from DT your account has.
You also don't deserve the position on DT3 your account currently still has.
I don't think negatives are suppose to be used to counter positive feedbacks.

A negative feedback means that you believe someone is a scammer, and I have not seen any evidence of this.

Ratings are used as counter since the last change to the system. They have been used in that fashion several times now. Danny also clearly states that the negative rating is just a counter and will be removed as soon as the positive ratings are gone. The account has no overal negative rating either.

I am drawing a blank as to when a negative rating was used to counter a positive rating....I know that positive ratings have been used to counter an unjustified negative, and the trust system was setup in a way to support this, but not the other way around.

It was done fairly recently (4-6 months?) and even Theymos (IIR) stated it was allowable. I believe it was a Positive to null a Negative.
I can't remember the thread or I would link it.
I have no issues with a rating being given for this reason.
1057  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Buying 17$ worth of BTC on: February 07, 2016, 04:39:55 PM
Willing to go first because I haven't done anything on this forum.

Money is in paypal balance so no way of charging back

You are very wrong.
1058  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Buy BTC with 0.74 paypal on: February 07, 2016, 01:38:28 PM
I can if you sent me a feedback when you receive the btc.

So, you want to buy some Trust with dust?  Roll Eyes

Lol no, but i need to make a good Trust here Smiley I need to make many trade to have this .

Trust is given when needed/warranted and not every "trade" will result in feedback. Trying to buy Trust will give you the kind you don't want.
Receiving Trust should never be the criteria for any trade.
1059  Other / Meta / Re: The BTCTalk account Jude Austin has been stolen from me, DO NOT TRUST THEM! on: February 07, 2016, 01:04:51 PM
-snip-
It would not have been hacked if the original owner took more care for his "beloved" account. That is something I could not have prevented.

Yes, but they are not the only person that made a mistake here. We already established that. You both fucked up, blaming each other will do nothing.
After further thought if Ltcfaucet wants to reach a compromise of 0.3BTC I will accept. If not, then I guess it is up to theymos.

One of the many  issues with buying accounts is this very issue. Theymos may/may not decide and your account is deep in red, making it worthless to sell. I would suggest a compromise on both parts.
