At 02:16:51 AM we agreed a transaction of 2 Bitcoins.
I paid the Exchange Current + 5% and he was willing to send me the Btc right after he got the funds.
Now i saw him online for a while and was waiting for any response.
Since he seemed to feel unsave i just openend a conflict and closed it again.
Now he is offline and I am waiting still for the Btc.
So i asume he opened the Thread since he wanted to see if he can keep my Money or not!
Even offered to cancle the Trade.
Seems like i have to call Paypal and the police and avoid doing transactions with paypal...

Did you paid him paypal??? without using any escrow? and did you paid him friend and family or via services? Well i am pretty new in this scene and tried to get a step into the bitcoin world, since i think it's a great investment. And yes I Paid him.. And I am so stupid to even close the conflict to recieve the btc. Could I get an introduction what i have to say to paypal? Since even he is online again there is no reaction at all.. Said that your account got hacked, but you control it now and can verify it. I once got scammed like this and charged back without any doubts. Never, but NEVER say them that you wanted to buy Bitcoin, if you want your money back.. If you make it up like a hack, I'm sure you will get the money back. Good luck buddy He should not say his account was hacked ,paypal is not stupid and they can check the running ip on the account and they can easily verify whether its the real owner or not so just tell them above what i said  and hope he will get the funds back This can cause a problem. ^^ |

I used to run the BURP project in Boinc. I thought it was a fascinating project but ran out of time to mess with Boinc. I have thought of setting up a GPU render farm with all these GPUs but I just don't have the time.

I think its basic thing that i give my id/adress etc with proof.
secondly i had chance to buy cheap stuff and put in cheap place thats why i asked for help but nvm. I want to make a trade but u guys just make a joke about it. I wont said to give me 1 btc blind whith out knowing who am i, i just asked if anyone can help. Its basic thing that i proof my identity.
the reason why im askin here is simple. In btc jam if i ask for 1 btc i need to pay back 2,6 its a bit high. and i cant lower. when i registered it said i can get 1 btc for 12 month and i have to pay 0.09 every month total 1.2~. but after i proof my identity and finally can get the loan its raised to monthy 0.21 and overall 2.6

i wont but there may be a diplomatic reply than making fun of someone. Maybe he is in real need? i seen a guy asking lending for his son epillepsy treatment and members humiliated and make fun of him, think if the situation is real does it justified?
Do you believe everything you read on the internet? If so, empty your pockets right now. Most of these types are repeat scammers, taking money from gullible people just like you. They will take it and laugh in your face, make a new account and do the same thing. Happens all the time. If he is in "real need" he can turn to churches, family or friends. There are many organizations out there that will provide for those in need and most if not all won't accept BTC. |

Why don't I buy a miner, mine for a year or until it recovers the cost then contact you; you pay shipping and it's yours? You must escrow the shipping costs up front.  You are going to just give him a miner after a year  What do you think the value would be then? |

My PayPal account was put on hold a couple days ago, putting the last 10 transactions of my account on hold. They asked me for a long list of things in order to reinstate the account. While I am well aware that PayPal does not like their service being used for this, I did not find anything in TOS that prohibited it specifically. I figured that they would give me a slap on the wrist and tell me to stop. This was not the case. I called customer service, asking them to push through those transactions that they had put on hold. I argued with the lady on the phone for over an hour, asking to be told what exactly I did wrong. The only answer she gave me was that PayPal no longer wished to do business with me. I suppose entering "Digital Goods" for the 'more information' box was my main error in all of this. They are holding about $500 in my PayPal account for 180 days. I am sincerely apologetic to any user affected by this. Every outstanding debt should now be settled. While I will no longer run any sort of currency exchange on this forum (lesson learned), I hope to still build business and casual relationships with everyone in the forum. Again, I am sorry to all parties afflicted. Why was it "put on hold"? Possibly a bought account with false verification information or shady dealings? Maybe Paypal arbitrarily chose your account to freeze because they can?I also want to clarify some things about the business I conduct on this forum. I DO NOT TRADE PayPal accounts. I have, to date, bought one verified PayPal account on this forum. I bought it for the purpose of loading PPMC from LBC and then transferring to my main PayPal. I DO trade LocalBitcoin accounts. I buy and sell these regularly. If that makes me untrustworthy, then that should apply to every forum account seller, as well. It is no different, in my opinion. Both types of accounts can be used for good as well as evil. I am merely a vendor. I won't apologize for this, as there is far more questionable business that is conducted on this forum than mine. It is against LBC's TOS and any accounts found such as yours will be locked. But you already know this as at least one account was locked.
Deflect and redirect attempt on the account sellers as I leave feedback for those that I find are sold.
