1341  Other / Meta / Re: Tell me why i have a red feeback on my new account on: July 12, 2015, 12:38:10 PM
Message for Badbear(Administrator)
Hello sir,

1) I don't know why you marking me as alt of BTCBLOGGER As i know i never did any scam. what i did is escrowing a signature campaign for two ponzi sites which was obviously not mine.

2) I made this account to start from start as i have lots of negative trust on my previous account BTCBLOGGER. I messaged KWH and the joint to ask what I need to do to get it removed but sadly I got no answer from them so I decided to make this account.

3) I was offering my services honestly i did a deal of 2 BTC with the owner of the http://pmbtc.com and I'm fairly working on his site. He paid me 1 BTC upfront for the work and agreed to pay the other 1 BTC after the completion of work and testing and now the amount is still in escrow account (SebastianJu) you can ask him and foryou2 who is owner of the site pmbtc.

4) I was getting lots of customer and i think now this will stop my business here on the forum.

5) Please guide me what to do now.

I also helped the bitcoin community to get back 1.6 BTC from a serial scammer cryptoforcause(Tapan Sharma) please show some Mercy and help me regarding the issue and don't forget to guide me
Thanks

People can also post their view here and also hire me for work.

1) You know full well what you did.
2) You don't care as you easily justified your actions.
3) Your PM was a waste of time as you refuse to see the truth and there is nothing to "explain".
4) You ARE an alt of BTCBLOGGER and others should be warned of your propensity for theft and blackmail.
5) Theft is theft, no matter where or from whom you stole it from.
6) Stop playing the victim, you made your bed, now lay in it.

Like I said in my PM to you, and in my neutral trust rating, the evidence in your PM history is inclusive and I do not think it disproves the fact that it appears as if you are running various ponzi sites via potential alts.

You already had a negative trust rating from dooglus when SNavy had agreed to use you to escrow/run their signature campaign. I do not think I have ever seen anyone accept escrow from someone when the person offering their escrow services had an overall negative trust rating. Not only that, but I did not see any kind of conversation between you and SNavy regarding the negative rating, which is something that I would expect to happen.

According to your above post, you did not receive a response and/or were rejected when you proposed running a signature campaign on behalf of 4 other companies, plus one more that I found in your PM history would make five. That means that 2 out of 7 sites agreed to use your services, which works out to a ~14% conversation rate, which IMO is extremely high for what is effectively cold calling, and the proposal you wrote was effectively an initial pitch to get their attention, not a more detailed sales pitch once they responded.

I am also not the only one who believes that you are running the two likely scam sites whose signature campaigns you are running. You have received negative trust ratings from a number of other people, and several people in your various threads have accused you of running the sites you are escrowing for.

I hope you can understand how a reasonable person can come to the same conclusion that I did with the facts that were available to me (and available to the public).

I'm running with the money now and will return the money to the owner only if Quickseller remove his trust rating from my account and apologies for his big mistake and agree not to make this kind of mistake again in future I'm also wrong about my perception that he is a genius in finding alt account i wants let everyone know he just neglect the fact available and accept the fact that are not available to judge alt account. I don't think his rating can be taken as trusted.
Only Quickseller knows the password of this account and he was solely responsible for any hack on this account.

Quickseller looks very confident about his allegation what if it is found that i'm not snavy or any other alt which is posting in investor based game is not mine will he pay the 0.7 BTC of Snavy.

I honestly hate this guy. First you block me (hella shady), now you're stalking my threads. Please, enlighten me as to why PayPal isn't frowned upon yet EVERYTHING I HAVE TO BUY WITH IS?!

What's with your aversion to using methods of payment that require actual cash and are not reversible? Gosh, I wonder! Roll Eyes
Sorry, I've mentioned everything I could bring to the table. Bank transfer, Google Wallet, Square Cash, Quickpay, P2P, etc. Yet you'll find an excuse to call me a scammer again anyways. I don't like WU/MoneyGram/wire transfers, sorry. The forum I mentioned via PM to you (will not mention it here) is nowhere near this difficult to conduct a trade. You make it impossible for noobs.

Then why do you continue to come here? Seems like the answer to your issue is quite simple.
To try to successfully exchange. Not one person has given me a chance yet. It's odd, never had this issue on any other forums I frequent. If you're going to say "just leave" as a solution, please don't reply.

As I said:

https://muut.com/i/localbitcoins/trading:chase-quickpay-scam-im

its reversible, and transactions can be cancelled if they're pending. youre not fooling anyone here.
You guys are honestly a bunch of assholes to put it lightly. You automatically accuse every newb of scamming, yet when PayPal is brought up (being one of the worst for reversibility), everyone seems to be fine with it. Quickpay is not reversible once it's picked up, for the record. I wouldn't expect anyone to send BTC until it actually completes.

Where did you get this "nugget"? I can point you to many threads where the opposite is being said.  Roll Eyes

i need 10$ btc if someone can help me

Paypal is risky for the seller, you may want to look into other methods of payment for better results.

1348  Other / Meta / Re: Help! Account Hacked on: July 10, 2015, 05:10:44 PM
It looks like the last time the account was active prior to the forum hack was April 24, 2015, then the forum got hacked on May 21, 2015, then the account was active again on June 4, 2015.

Unfortunately the password log (the public one) does not go back that far, however there are three recent password changes ~2 weeks ago, one on June 27, one on June 28 and one on June 29, 2015. The first post since the June 4 post was after the last password change on June 29. I would conclude this to mean that the first password change was someone changing the password and giving it to an escrow, the second one was the escrow changing the password again and providing it to the buyer, and the June 29 password change was the buyer changing it from what the escrow provided to his own password.

If the account was really hacked or not is anyone's guess, although the presence of a signed message that the buyer has should be proof that the owner was the one who sold it. Unfortunately many people do not know to ask for a signed message, so even if it was the owner who sold the account, there may not be a signed message confirming the trade.

Hmm, have you seen any precedent to this?
Do the admins support someone who can prove that they have bought the account over someone who can prove that they originally owned the account?
I know that they are okay with account transfers, but I don't know to what extent they enforce account transfers.
Do you have any experience with admins stepping in and helping an account buyer over the original account owner?

I would assume that the escrow could step in for clarification if one was used. Other than that, PM's may be used as proof unless they were deleted.
1349  Other / Meta / Re: Help! Account Hacked on: July 10, 2015, 04:11:47 PM
This account was marked as possibly sold. Are you the new owner or the old one trying to take it back?

I'll always send as friend / family and without any comment.
I'm going first with trusted members. Escrow is accepted.

Please post here or PM me if you are interested, I'll do any fair rate.

As you well know, this won't help the seller one bit in case you decide to chargeback later. Look for other payment methods that are less prone to a chargeback.

I can't chargeback it if it's send as friend / family transaction, no?

Been covered a million times. Yes it can. A little reading would have answered this but I believe you already knew the answer.

No I didn't. I'm not using PayPal, I just received $32 from TopCashBack and I want BTC, that's all..

Your title says:  WTB $30 BTC For PayPal

1354  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: Are there any laws about ponzi scammers? on: July 10, 2015, 01:57:39 PM
Damn are they. Im not the one who got victim but I see many people got scammed by ponzi comapny. So all ponzi owners even if they tell their real name will not get punished or got jail by their fuc**** doings?

So the scammers will just repeat and repeat and repeat ?

Ponzi is illegal is most countries however most ponzi operators operates these from the shadow which means their identity is unknown. On the other hand, people just cant stop joining this thing which is why everyone who joined ponzi should be responsible solely for their own mistake

P.S : this seems to be not the appropriate boards to post this since you are not making any scam accusations, should be in investor based / service discussion ( I could be wrong on this )

There you go , people just can't stop joining that's why we need some serious law about this. But the question is , how ? If people can't adjust maybe some law against ponzi can help those people.

About the thread section , Im not sure if this is the right section for this but I think this is the appropriate board. Willing to move it in other section.

People need to own their mistakes, not seek ways to placate and hand hold their greedy/gullible selves.
If someone is offering a staggering amount of interest, it's probably a good idea to walk away. If it's too good to be true, it more than likely is.
We don't need anymore rules and regulations just common sense.

Don't forget that any collateral should be held by a trusted escrow.

I just do not like this!
http://prntscr.com/7qwnfg
I don't care if they are trusted or not, I just want my profile clean.
As this is not justice and this cannot be tolerated.
Big deal making 100s of profiles and making someone bad by posting -rep/negative feedback - anyone can do it.
It is just too lame to allow it. Even worst is that it stays on your profile as admins/mods don't deleting it.

Untrusted feedback

These ratings are from people who are not in your trust network. They may be totally inaccurate.

You're not the first nor will you be the last. Deal with it as many others do and move on.
1358  Other / Meta / Re: users and moderators too offending me heavily on: July 10, 2015, 01:01:20 AM
I did not know where to report this. So I do this here.
I am in the Italian community of bitcoin and I am trying to discuss bitcoinrelated things as my last thread shows, but users began to joke on me heavily and call me an idiot. Moderators joined those users. They called me idiot, crazy, someone alluded to be being transexual. You can read all in the last thread I have opened. Please help me they have been doing this for some time but they are becoming quite childish and annoying.
I am asking this generally to moderators.

Obviously this forum and the internet isn't for you.  Roll Eyes

1360  Other / Meta / Re: Reputation abuse help on: July 09, 2015, 11:41:23 PM
IMHO trust feedback should be disabled from newbies to avoid these kind of things. If a newbie is scammed and want a red trust for the user who scammed him, he can post proofs in the scam accusation thread and higher members can do the thing for him.

Default Trust is to help Newbies until they can make their own circle of trust.
