1402  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: HIKAH SCAMMER AND NOBODY BANNED HIM!!!!! on: June 19, 2015, 04:15:21 PM
Scammers are not banned.

why? why someone doesn't lock his threads on marketplace?!

Now I see another accusations..
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1091738.0

Can't you see negative feedback on his profile. It's your mistake even seeing negative feedback in his profile you did trade with him without escrow.

Don't blame others for your mistake.

he had 1 negative when I dealt with him and this is not important, I lost 24$ or something like that but he is still scamming people and deleting negative comments in his thread. I think moderator need to do something, write something on his thread to stop this madness from that poor indian fellow ...

What is unbelievable is you read but completely disregarded the feedback. Now you complain you were ripped off after CLEAR warnings. You should get a negative for stupidity.  Roll Eyes
1403  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: [WTB] BTC with PayPal. on: June 19, 2015, 02:40:19 PM
I'll do it. As a newer member, I had a terrible time getting anyone to trade PayPal and bitcoin. They keep saying 'build up trust', but if no one will trade with you, how you gonna do that?

So I'll trade my bitcoin for your PayPal, as long as we can also trade trust at the end. pm me if you want.

This should never be a prerequisite for any trade.
There are several ways to gain BTC without the use of Paypal, just read around a bit and you'll see how.
1404  Economy / Lending / Re: 0.4 BTC loan on: June 18, 2015, 10:27:56 PM
Hi guys.As you can see by my profile this is my first post and i am not going to lie i came here just because i heard that there are people lending Bitcoins with a certain interest.Since i know how it goes in life i am aware that there a lot of scammer here also.I am not going to say i am like that ect.I am just simply asking for a bit of help.As the title says i need 0.4 BCT loan which i can pay back until july the 10. with 25% interest. The only thing i can offer is a scanned image of my passport or id.If there is anyone who is willing to help me please reply.I know that 0.4 btc is not a small amount for sure but eitherway i need to try because to finish part of my project i need to have those funds.

I heard there is a sticky concerning loans that needs to be read by Newbies and here it is: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=577765.0
1405  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Selling bitcoin for paypal on: June 18, 2015, 03:46:03 AM
I can do this trade if you deemed me trusted. We can use escrow service.
I though you couldn't you escrow with paypal since you can charge back

Well that's what I thought too. We can use escrow for the bitcoin and I directly send you the payment once escrowed the btc.

Only way escrow will work is to hold the funds for 180 days.

My funds are on my account and not from a credit card. I can send it as a gift after escrow confirms that he's got the BTC?

$10.00 bitcoin for $13.00 paypal.
What are your rates?Unless you want to do my rates

Paypal can be charged back 180 days or so. Escrow is useless for this. This subject has been thrashed to death across several threads.

You're buying coins here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1092043.0 and asking for a loan as well?
1408  Other / Meta / Re: Help!!! Loan repaid but trust ratings not removed on: June 17, 2015, 11:02:51 AM
If OP pay many times than the  original loan amount, he deserve to  get his negative feedback removed! He means to stay here with his original account and rebuild his trust! What is the point to create another account? It is encouaging opening new accounts once his account faces some trustworthy issues. But it is still the same owner.
I suggest OP first discuss with the loaners and get him confirm you paid the loan publicly! You need to provide the tx for the loan repayment and sign a message from the sending address to prove yourself!

So, as long as you pay a penalty, you can erase your negatives? Essentially, you are buying Trust (making it completely worthless) and you are ok with that?
1409  Other / Meta / Re: Help!!! Loan repaid but trust ratings not removed on: June 16, 2015, 07:40:22 PM
IRL, you default, your credit takes a hit are are subject to fines, collections and possibly a court case. Even paid back in full, your credit carries the ding for quite some time.
Now for BTC related defaults. There is no real recourse (except the negatives) to collect the defaulted loan. Yes, it's a good thing to finally get repayment but it was done so on the defaulters terms, not the contractual terms agreed to. Is this what we really want? Defaulters deciding to just pop back up years later (maybe wanting to sell the account or it is hacked) when it suits them and to offer repayment to reinstate their Trust? Kind of like paying a penalty to reinstate an account to good standing, although it falsely shows the account in a positive light. If so, forget the contract between creditor and debtor, just roll the dice and see if they may want to pay not not. Lenders should stop lending because the defaulters now arbitrarily dictate the rules of the contract, changing as it suits them.
As far as any negatives, that should be up to the one that left it and the future (although now very suspect) actions of the defaulter.
1410  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Possible solution for paypal trading ? on: June 14, 2015, 08:02:18 PM
So right now selling bitcoins for paypal is dangerous for the seller because the buyer cand ask for a refund but what if.. You use escrow and you send the btc to the escrow, now the buyer has to send you the money to paypal and the escrow wont give him the btc until you have the money on paypal and you withdraw it to your bank account, now escrow gives buyer the btc and thats it. You have your money, he has his btc

Until they charge back within 180 days time frame. Your account is now negative, Paypal starts collection process.
As has been stated many, many times: Escrow with Paypal is useless for the seller.
1411  Other / Archival / Re: [H] PP [W] BTC on: June 14, 2015, 01:10:55 PM
I have (PP)-($50)
I want (BTC) - how much u offer?

thanks mate!

Due to potential charge backs, you may want to look into other payment methods.

i wont mate.. i will send the money to family?   Cry

Doesn't matter, it can still be charged back by a nefarious trader.

I am sorry but I do not have anything else.
I don't mind going first if are 'trust' issues.

That's it exactly. And you going first won't safe guard against a charge back in the future.

Huh Serveral Accounts that

What is about an scrypt.cc account?  Huh
no, many think that scrypt is going to turn out to be a scam

Any collateral should be held by a trusted third party. Good luck!
Do you think that is necessary providing the low value of the loan and the collateral?

You have no trust so, yes.
OK, collateral will be held by a trusted escrow if requested

Makes you look more legit Wink Good luck!

1417  Economy / Lending / Re: Collateral my account i need 0.25 btc loan for 30 days on: June 12, 2015, 11:35:18 AM
Hi,
I need 0.25 B.T.C as loan i will keep my account as collateral. I need just for 30 days. Waiting for your reply. Thanks

You offer your account as collateral in topic yet want to keep it? Your account isn't worth anywhere near your loan request amount.
1418  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: I'm Not Running any Ponzi and I'm not a Ponzi scammer on: June 12, 2015, 12:03:56 AM
You may or may not run ponzi and be a ponzi scammer we are yet to prove this beyond any doubt, we have however confirmed that you do in fact escrow and manage their advertising 'signature campaign' so you are helping them scam for a few dollars so in my eyes you are just as bad as the ponzi admin maybe even worse than him because you are easily brought.. You have no chance at getting your negatives removed now.
I just want Quickseller to apologise for his mistake that he made .

Even if that happened, it does NOT absolve you of your actions.
1419  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: I'm Not Running any Ponzi and I'm not a Ponzi scammer on: June 11, 2015, 05:18:44 PM

I will return all the funds within 24 hours after getting email from him.

Yep, this is really going to help you.  Roll Eyes
Oh thank you very much for making me a scammer you guys are awesome Really awesome.

You did it to yourself, leave yourself appropriate thanks.
No Quickseller forced me to do that i'm still agree to return all the fund provided all who leaved negative trust except dooglus agrees to remove it from my account.

That excuse is very lame and doesn't cut it nor excuse the blackmail with held funds that are not yours. Your actions are your own, live with them.
