1301  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Funtotry alt of williamj on: July 22, 2015, 05:23:11 PM
I am williamj2543
It's not hard to figure out.
I have posted my address 1j254. Posted my skype name to countless people.
I bought an alt because of the negative trust I received on my other account. I had no intention to scam and I still don't. I haven't scammed anyone on my new account and I never was planning to.

So you've made restitution to those you scammed with your other account?
I sound like a broken record but I didn't scam anyone with my other account. My partner took the funds and ran while I was asleep, then in the morning I wake up, make a post about it, then I get the blame Tongue
I also repaid all the bitcoins I had to the victims, 2.5 btc I paid out.
You can believe me or not, but the proof that moreia (the partner) is a serial scammer is there, he has tried so many other scams since then.

You admit he was your partner so that also makes you responsible. That's what a partnership is. If you allowed him access to your PC, held funds etc., you are just as culpable.

part·ner
ˈpärtnər/
noun
noun: partner; plural noun: partners

    1.
a person who takes part in an undertaking with another or others, especially in a business or company with shared risks and profits.

Increasing interest to 0.004 Smiley 5% seems fine, right?

Can you sign this address for verification?  1LNc2jdqezPRkkHo8KWBd3YMKNWKb65Aqo
Also, with such a small loan it really isn't worth the trouble for 5% interest.

Cool. I can sign a message from that address. How much interest shall I pay as per you then?

10% for a short term loan. I can not get to my wallet at this time though.

Hello, community, I will like to know the conditions for giving somebody a negative trust in this forum and where to appeal if you have been unjustly giving a negative ratings by some holier than thou people in this forum.
This is my case, I choose to promote an idea https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1126440.0 and because of popular demand I gave a vouch copy to TheButterZone who reviewed the product and concluded that it is criminal and I said I am not the one selling the primary product but I only make use of the existing opportunity in the bitcointalk forum but since then he have been bumping my thread with all sort of negative comment.
I also have a problem with Bitus that openly asked me to give him a copy of the gude for free though I feel like giving him but I later changed my mind because of his comments.
Roughlyfe this actually expect me to give him the copy for free and I told him NO.
Somekindabitcoin this user did not even comment on the thread at all and he only woke up and give me a negative ratings.
I did not collect anything from the above people neither is their any transactions between us whatsoever.
Please I might be wrong but kindly guide me and let me to know the way forward.
Thank you the good people of bitcointalk.org.

You will have to work with the person that left the feedback.
1307  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: [WTB] $500 BTC with Paypal on: July 21, 2015, 02:52:25 AM
Hello,

Anyone out there selling Bitcoins for Paypal?

This would be an escrowed transaction.

No funny business please.

Lmk,

MasterTrader777

what will escrow do escrow will hold sellers bitcoins and then you will send paypal to seller and then escrow will send the bitcoins to you and then escrow role is end here so then now what if you charge back your paypal transaction saying you dont recognize this transaction ? will escrow stop that ? NO, so stop saying that you want to buy btc with paypal and will use escrow i have seen many scames in the past for this exact same situation

Hello,

I don't play chargebacks mate. The Paypal funds would be "gifted" to escrow agent...When the escrow agent receives the Paypal Gifted Cash, along with the Bitcoin from the other party...the Escrow would gift the money to 1 party, and then send the BTC to the other party.

Its pretty simple..no chargebacks possible here.

Sorry, but a chargeback can still happen, gift or not.

i saw lot of ppl  make trades with pp

If you look a little closer you will also see a lot of fraud using Paypal. You also see peoples accounts frozen and or limited, causing others money to be inaccessible.  Most of these had much more trade history than yourself.
1309  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: DONT BE SCAMMED BY A LENDER on: July 20, 2015, 07:39:44 PM

This is what i mean if i owe one person and i'm late that doesn't give anyone the right that is not part of the deal to leave negative remarks as you can see here he admits it and trying to fake something to try and make me mad or cover him self...  i don't really feel mad i just feel stupid for thinking people are as trustworthy as i am..lesson learned

Sorry, but that's how it works here.
If you were trustworthy, you would have repaid on time as agreed.

if you look at the dates on the blockchain  the 12th and the day he added the negative feedback  and the interest i was on 15th the full 3 days was not even up, Substrata ,you can laugh and pretend its funny but in your stomach i know it feels like a rollercoaster because i've called you out. if not then why so much -8  i mean it's 50 cents .  so let me ask you how much is it going to cost me know to get rid of your -8 you have put on my profile and no we are talking about this in public so dont ask again

You won't get it away after this. You've got default -ve from multiple users so it will be hard to get it away even if you repay it. Hope it will go well for you and for your lender.
so even if i payed this guy all his buddies that wrote i defaulted on a loan with them will stay is what your saying???  i wonder if they expected me to pay them to take off there comments as well

I don't think you understand how Trust works. You have other negatives because of your loan default with substrata, not that you defaulted on those that also left you negatives.
1312  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: TraderCal11 Warning on: July 20, 2015, 03:59:04 PM

1313  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: TraderCal11 Warning on: July 20, 2015, 03:55:01 PM
We are selling verified PayPal accounts. Its our core business, but we can sell eBay seller accounts too, or PayPal + eBay package.

Verified PayPal account with added U.S. bank account and real physical debit card + SIM card + IP address (12 months) from the country where account was opened. You will be able to withdraw funds and cash out using the ATM card which is included.
Our accounts are fully verified (not with VCC or VBA), limits are removed, and don't have pending balance so received funds are available immediately. We will need your address (P.O. box is OK) to send you debit card and SIM card with phone number which is inside the PP account.
Price: $165, or equivalent in BTC (BTC-e price).

Variations possible. For example, if you need just a verified PayPal account (without added U.S. bank account, debit ATM card etc.) then the price is $25 only. Just stealth eBay seller account is $20 only (could be opened at eBay.com or eBay.co.uk).
We can include eBay seller account, or you can order just an eBay seller account, without PayPay.
You can order verified PayPal account with IP address, but without debit card, if you prefer that way. We are flexible.

Our accounts are pure stealth accounts. No way they could be linked with any suspended account as we are experienced in creating stealth accounts.

Please contact us with any questions you may have. It would be good that you contact us through http://www.verifiedacc.com/#!kontakt/c24vq, as we are not regularly active on this forum. Our website is still not on English, but you will receive an answer on English.

PM'ed you

Anyone that has dealt with you via Paypal or LBC may get their accounts limited/closed due to your activities.
Ya got me, I'm QS  Roll Eyes Deflect and redirect is a common tactic for some with dubious intentions to use once discovered.

1314  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Have Paypal => Need 0.07 BTC on: July 20, 2015, 01:24:44 AM
Escrow does not make you safe, if you just use the escrow for the initial deal (you send paypal we send btc)
If you want to be truly safe, you must escrow for the full 120 days it takes for chargeback to not be avaliable, then you release funds, but this is too long of a time to be worthwhile.
I wouldn't trust Newbie and Paypal in the same post.

180 days. If funded through certain credit cards, it's actually longer.

1318  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why do people quote OP? on: July 19, 2015, 12:59:21 PM
You know what grinds my gears?

When someone quotes a huge OP. Or any OP for that matter. There is no need for it.
Maybe someone can help me understand? As far as I know, its a waste of space.

May times it is done so the OP can't be changed without notice. Useful in the Selling and Loan sections or where someone is spreading BS and forget what they have posted.
So, yes, there is a need for it and you are not paying for any wasted space.
You can <snip> a long post if you feel the need to save on your word count bill.  Grin
1319  Other / Meta / Re: Neg Trust ~ on: July 18, 2015, 03:33:27 PM
for selling an account you should get neutral trust pointing it out. however, the negative trust is not related to selling so...

So, unless a negative is specifically related to a sale, it is to be disregarded?
1320  Other / Meta / Re: Neg Trust ~ on: July 18, 2015, 02:43:23 PM
Unfortunately it would set a very bad precedent to remove negative ratings on accounts with negative trust when the account was purchased already having a negative rating. Doing so would take away incentives for people to not try to scam with their accounts because if they are caught and receive negative ratings, then buyers would be willing to pay the full market rate for the account (or close to it) because they would be confident of their ability to get the negative ratings removed.

I have confirmed via PM that you purchased this account a long time after the negative rating was on your account and bring that Vod is in the default trust network, the account did have a trade with extreme caution rating as of when you purchased the account.

If you had purchased the account before it had negative ratings then a scam was discovered after the fact then it would be possible for me to reconsider the rating if I was sure you didn't fake the sale.

ok its mean you cant delete the neg trust from this acc

actualy i got -2 neg rep [ -4: -2 / +0 ] and im contact the account who neg rep me and then he delete the neg rep so i got only 1 valid neg rep [ -2: -1 / +0 ] and a few hour your trust come up to be valid neg.trust and its become -2 neg rep again ...

Mean has nothing to do with it. The reasons have been clearly explained, you just choose to ignore them.
