И каков процент этих лудоманов деятелей которым не лень колупать новые блокчейны и рисковать своим баблом чтобы набить себе статистику для эирдропа? Я думаю этот процент исчезающе мал.

24 hour up! The first game will take place on Friday, so it’s worth making your predictions now.
Do you think the teams will surprise us with unexpected results after the break? It seems that for the leaders the games are quite simple and predictable and Bayer’s problems with the strikers should not manifest themselves (at least in this round).
In the game Mönchengladbach - Stuttgart, is the total over 3.5 guaranteed?  Roll Eyes

Theoretically, taking into account the fact that if not for the injury, Boniface would have taken part in the African Cup and would still have been absent from Bayer's upcoming games, Xabi should already have some kind of plan. But now the situation has become more complicated since restoration within the specified time frame is not guaranteed.
I'm shocked that Boniface scored 10 goals and are the club's top scorer, but the club's second top scorer is defender Grimaldo (7 goals)  Grin
Maybe he should finally change his position?

This is why I say Leverkusen will find it difficult to become Bundesliga champions. Because they don't have as good squad depth as Munich. With a point difference of only 4 points, I think Leverkusen should be able to appear consistent. And to be consistent, a team must have good squad depth so they can rotate players. I think this is a problem faced by clubs who are not favorites to win at the start of the season like Girona in La Liga. This is bad news for Leverkusen and their next match is against Augsburg. I want to see how they perform without Victor Boniface.

You are partly right and the lack of squad depth is a common problem for teams that are not top clubs, but look at Bayern - they had a disastrous season due to the fact that Lewandowski left and they did not find a replacement for him in time. What I mean is that injuries and absence of players are a random factor that affects both top clubs and underdogs, theoretically, the distance should average out this influence. And don’t forget that Bayern’s priority will be the Champions League, where they will spend all their energy, but Bayer can easily sacrifice the Europa League and this will not sadden anyone.
1104  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: January 10, 2024, 07:34:39 PM
The fact that there are only 5 points to Fiorentina (fourth place) does not mean anything at all. In such situations, you need to take into account the number of teams that are in front of you. For example, if there was only one point to fourth place, but there were 100 teams ahead of Napoli, then Napoli’s chances of overtaking them all would be practically zero. Now there are as many as five teams ahead of Napoli and this is a large enough number that, despite the formally small gap, we can assume that Napoli’s chances are very low. Maybe a change of coach will give some kind of shake-up to the team, but at the moment it is not very clear how Napoli can seriously strengthen.

I don't think it's impossible for Napoli to qualify for the Champions League yet. Because there is still a long journey ahead. Each team will still play 19 more matches. So the scenario is likely to change. But for that, Napoli need to play well and win consistently. Napoli team is 5 points behind Fiorentina in the fourth place in the table. Napoli are also now ninth in the points table. There is still a chance to finish fourth in the table with consistent good performances and wins. But as Napoli are currently performing poorly, the chances of Napoli winning every match in a row is very low.

You don't seem to understand me. Ok, I’ll try to explain my point of view differently: everyone has a chance to continue playing well (why not if half the season has already passed and there is no point in talking about luck). Who has more chances: one team (Napoli) or five (Fiorentina, Bologna, Lazio, Atalanta, Roma)? Especially considering that each of these five teams has an advantage over Napoli in terms of points.

The bet of week is:
* Napoli - Salernitana => Napoli
* Monza - Inter Milan => Inter Milan
* Lazio - Lecce => Lazio
* Fiorentina - Udinese => Fiorentina
* Atalanta BC - Frosinone => Atalanta BC
* Juventus - Sassuolo => Juventus

8.34

For Napoli, i know Napoli have problems, but Salernitana is the last on serie A, for this reason i bet on Napoli win.

The picks look safe (except Fiorentina) but I'm not sure the low odds are worth the risk. And if you look at the statistics, in every round one of the top teams loses points, that’s Serie A.
1105  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: January 10, 2024, 07:20:31 PM
On paper, Real are the clear favorites and should beat Atletico. Atletico are showing a questionable performance with a lot of goals they are conceding and at the moment they are not even in the top 4 in La Liga. On the other hand, derbies are always games where the underdog has increased chances, plus this season Atletico have already beaten Real once. I hope they can't do it a second time because I want Real Madrid to make the treble.

Real Madrid vs Atletico Madrid is undoubtedly the favorite team. However, the matches between these two teams are always competitive. In the last 5 matches both the teams have won two matches and one match has been drawn. Although Real Madrid are favorites in this match, let's not forget that in the last match against Atletico Madrid, Atletico Madrid won 3-1. So if Madrid's players don't play well, they have a chance of losing. But I am looking forward to see a competitive match. I will refrain from betting on this match.

By the way, I found another argument in favor of the fact that Real will lose today - it turns out that the current champion and the winner of the Spanish Cup have never played each other in the final of the Spanish Super Cup. It turns out that either Barcelona should be knocked out or Real, but taking into account the fact that Barcelona’s opponent is much easier, we can suggest that it will be Real.
By the way, Atlético is already ahead 1-0 and the game is being judged by the same referee who officiated the game where Atlético won against Real in La Liga.

I’m not sure that Onana’s problems do not lie in himself - I looked at the clips of goals that he missed throughout the entire last season (and part of this season) and I can say that in 25-30 percent of cases this is definitely his mistake. Moreover, often this is not just a mistake, but a mistake due to the fact that he wants to play beautifully and not reliably. That’s why you can find video clips of him making beautiful saves. But on average, it seems to me that he does not play at the level of top goalkeepers.

100% in CL I saw almost all goals his mistake but that is mentality affected by defense in front of him. The same issue turned de Gea from titan into goblin in goal. You can put Ederson and Alisson in United and they will turn into Onana with United defense. Guaranteed.

Interesting point of view. Looking at how Casemiro in just one season (if you take the number of games) turned from the best midfielder in the world (according to Neymar and here I see no reason not to trust Neymar despite the fact that he is an asshole) into someone who is not suitable for United ( looool) i can believe this 100%. United is a merciless graveyard of talent  Grin

If the contract is signed, then Mbappe will not have a chance to pull off that trick again - as you know, there are very large compensation fees for early termination of the contract, and this clause applies to both the club and the player. I doubt that Mbappe has an extra billion (Real have many contracts with such compensation) to spend on violating the contract. The only question is whether the contract has already been signed or not.

Maybe this contract has been really signed between the sides for this summer. But Mbappe might be waiting until the end of the season to make an official statement about this. I hope the situation is really like that because I don't want to see him extending with PSG any longer. It just doesn't make sense while he can't win a Champions League title.  Sad

In my opinion Mbappe is on the way of becoming one of superstar players in football history already. But he needs to fill his career with bigger titles such as the Champions League also.

Real Madrid is definitely a great team to achieve that for him.  Smiley

Even if PSG win the Champions League (which by the way is quite possible, although the probability is small, they are not that bad) it will be completely ridiculous if one of the best players of the generation spends his best years in Ligue 1. It is simply ridiculous. The World Champion, the future top scorer in the entire history of the World Cup will have some kind of statistics in League 1. I wonder if anyone will care about this, or, say, does anyone even know how good a player is if he scored 30 goals in League 1? Or 40? Or 50? This is all nonsense - he needs achievements in competitive leagues (EPL, La Liga or Serie A). The real choice now is only between the first two options.
1108  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: January 10, 2024, 09:04:46 AM
Lens will face PSG in the next Ligue 1 match, and this will be the favorite away team but PSG will never easily beat Lens in this away match, in the last eight meetings PSG can only get one point if they play at Lens' home ground, so PSG must be wary of the team home which can make this match end in a draw, especially since Lens, who is in seventh place in the standings, really wants to improve their position so they can play in one of the European competitions next season.
After a landslide win against Revel, PSG will try to maintain their unbeaten record in these few matches to further secure their first position so that in mid-February they will start competing in the Champions League which will make their schedule busy again.

Maybe PSG will have extra motivation to beat Lens based on these statistics? Besides, Lance was second last year and it’s probably nice to beat a competitor, even if he’s not doing so well this season. By the way, the odds for PSG to win are very generous - 1.85. It looks like the risk is justified. And BTTS also makes sense since 8 of the last 10 games were exactly like this, but the coefficient, as always, is too small.
1109  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: January 10, 2024, 08:56:00 AM
Napoli is in the 9th place now, but the point gap with Fiorentina in the 4th place looks not very large. Actually, Napoli still has the chance to finish in UCL zone if they can play better in the second half of the season. However, Napoli is in the very bad form, it is hard to expect them to play consistently. Unless Napoli could change their tactics or sign new players to improve their performance, Napoli looks like to finish this season out of the top 5 of Serie A standings.

Many fans are simply used to Manchester City winning the premier league in the last three seasons, not four. They failed to remember how Manchester City made fierce efforts to come out on top for the championship. It was never a simple ride.

Last season it was Arsenal who started to lead before Manchester City was catching up in the last matches of that season. And before the last season, Manchester City outpointed Liverpool by only a single point to win the championship.

There are many matches left and this condition for Manchester City is not new to them. I am certain Pep Guardiola is aware and he will bring some help if it is essential. Manchester City was greatly impacted by the prolonged absence of KDB, but he is back.

That season, when Liverpool was only one point behind, can only formally be called “close” competition - in fact, the entire season City was in the lead by a large margin, and Liverpool, having lost many points at the start, tried to catch up. In the end, they were unable to catch up and only reduced the difference to a minimum, but the title was in City's pocket all the way. In the Arsenal situation, City's gap to Arsenal was indeed large at certain moments, but even at these moments the bookmakers rated City as favorites - this says a lot about the degree of City's dominance.

Real will host Atletico at home in the semi-final of the Super Cup.Real have a long-standing streak and this streak is not going to be broken easily. This match may be a bit difficult for them, but I expect Real Madrid to win again because they have home advantage. In the match between them, there is an advantage because Real Madrid usually wins anyway. I don't know if Arda güler will play in this match, but I would definitely like him to play. His appearance in such high stress and high tension matches will show us how he makes decisions and what he does in risky matches.I think Ancelotti will play him according to the course of the match.

Breaking News!

Bad news has come for Leverkusen because their mainstay striker this season, Victor Boniface, is reportedly injured and will be out for 6 weeks. The player from Nigeria also had to miss AFCON and I think this is a loss experienced by Nigeria and Leverkusen because they have to lose a very important figure in the competition. Victor Boniface has a right muscle-tendon injury and will undergo surgery in the next few days.

It seems that the intensity of the existing competition meant he had to step aside early before AFCON and the Bundesliga at the start of this year. Once again, Victor Boniface is a victim of the national competition he has to play for and previously we knew at Leverkusen he had no injury problems at all. Obviously this will be the biggest loss for Leverkusen because they lost the spearhead of their attack while currently topping the standings.

Absolutely not. Real won the Copa del Rey + they reached the semi-finals of the Champions League. The mere fact that they reached the semi-finals of the Champions League outweighs all the achievements (Super Cup + La Liga) of Barcelona. Fair or not, from a business point of view, the Champions League is more important than the national championship because it gives more money. Moreover, the fact that Real lost the title last year was quite natural given the restructuring they made.
OK, Real Madrid might make more money than Barcelona just because Real Madrid made it to the semifinals of the Champions League, so what have they achieved? Expectations for Real Madrid are always high when it comes to winning titles, but they failed miserably last season if they didn't talk about business.

So far I am not one of those people who hate Real Madrid and any team for failing to win the title, but I have never regretted saying that Real Madrid was bad in domestic competition last season even when Barcelona had to face big problems. Barcelona was much better than Real Madrid last season, that is the fact.

Absolutely right, I don’t argue that Barcelona was better, but when Xavi made transfers from the last financial possibilities, Barcelona’s plans were to get to at least 1/4 of the Champions League.
What do we end up with? Barcelona took the title and are close to bankruptcy. Real didn't take the title, but they have the money to make signings like Bellingham, they can buy Mbappe next summer and complete a rebuild of the club that will generate income for the next decade (including titles and this season's La Liga title is already in Real's pocket).
You can't separate football from business and at the moment Real is the top club and Barcelona is no longer.
1114  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: January 09, 2024, 08:44:20 PM
Indeed, basically Bayern Munich still has a good chance to be able to take over the top position of the Bundesliga standings . But ya, the fact remains that it is not easy at all because at this moment Bayern Munich also does not always win every match . Because after all, Bayern Munich has also suffered one defeat during the first half of the season. Therefore, although there is still a chance for Bayer Leverkusen to get bad results in some matches later, but "if" at the same time Bayern Munich also get bad results . Then ya, in the end Bayer Leverkusen will remain at the top of the Bundesliga standings until the end of the season. Who know

Bayer has a chance, but the bookmakers, as always, believe in Bayern (too much in my opinion):

Fc Bayern Munich 1.30

Bayer 04 Leverkusen 3.19

It's funny that the nearest club has very scanty chances, this is Stuttgrat and it is quoted as 148 to one, and Dortmund is listed as 246  Grin
In fact, we have a duel between two clubs, and the rest solve local problems. In general, it’s a pity that the number of spots in the Champions League is limited to 4: both Leipzig and Stuttgart deserve them, but in this case Dortmund will be left out.

It's a difficult question because we don't know all the circumstances. Here you can talk both optimistically and pessimistically. The pessimistic way of reasoning is understandable to everyone, but the optimistic one may sound like this: despite the fact that the woman is elderly, she has a hobby and, most importantly, free time and money to do it. She has an interest in life and enjoys it  Smiley
I see no reason why this can't be true. Usually people with financial problems work two or three jobs and we don’t see them in such places.
In general, until we know the specific circumstances, I see no point in judging the situation.

Arsenal attack were not good but now suddenly they are on decline which is surely hurting them badly with they need to fix this quickly if they want to have better results in remaining season with now we are heading for the toughest time of season and all top teams are doing their best Jürgen Klopp is surely one of the best man on duty and learning from his mistakes his attack and defense both are doing their best which is helping them to have good success, and now they are in four competitions with chances they can win trophies as much they can with their current level of performance.
~

Arsenal is fine with the attack - according to the expected goals metric, they are always good, there may be a few games where this did not translate into real goals, it’s just a bad streak. Arsenal have two easy games ahead before the meeting with Liverpool and I think they will have time to improve their affairs and self-confidence. It’s a pity that because of the African Cup, many games will be played with suboptimal lineups and the results may be quite unexpected.

However Bayern Leverkusen is leading with 42 points while Bayern Munich is currently 38 points and however the Bayern Leverkusen upcoming matches is a very sure win match for them because there performance is far better than those clubs and at the same time making Bayern Munich chances of entering the first position very impossible for them.

Bayern have one game in hand, so if you count not by the points actually scored but by the ones lost (this is how you should count when the teams have different numbers of games), then one game is enough for Bayern to surpass Bayer.
By the way, already in the 21st round these teams will have a second personal meeting and if they still do not lose points until this moment, then we can say that this will be a game for the title.
1118  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: January 09, 2024, 04:10:48 PM
Despite the title last year, Xavi had two years of failure in European competition, plus, taking into account their last game, Barcelona set a historical anti-record - 20 games without a win with a difference of more than one goal. This has never happened in history (and Barcelona has had very difficult times in different periods). Episodes like this look like systemic problems, right? Another question is how much of Xavi’s share of blame is here personally, but I think that there is definitely some - the club does not look like a club that achieves more than it deserves, rather the opposite.
Barcelona today is not the same Barcelona as its glory days, but what is unique is that Barcelona can still win titles even if they only get them in domestic competitions. Real Madrid barely won anything last season even though they had many experienced players and big stars in their squad, it was also much worse than Barcelona who were facing bad financial problems.
~

I fail to see why we should hold Xavi accountable for every Barcelona game because he always uses the players that are supposed to be playing. Yes, we all know that Barcelona is a formidable team in La Liga, and we hope that they will always remain that way, but we also need to keep in mind that we can't always count on the team to perform well. Real Madrid did not win the league title last season, but they did not blame the coach because they understood that a team should not always be winning a match. Barcelona, on the other hand, won the Liga last season despite their lacklustre performance in the Champions League.

I am very sure that anyone who bet on Napoli last night will definitely experience a loss and that is an unexpected result. Maybe if Napoli lost by a narrow score or drew it would still be understandable but it shows a crushing defeat for Napoli and that is the worst result they have experienced so far. Torino sealed the full 3 points at home with this victory and left Napoli unable to move at home.

Now we can better understand that Napoli are no longer as reliable as last season and this defeat clearly makes them the big team with the worst results and they have to be thrown down to 9th position in the standings. It turns out that holding the title as defending champion is not as easy as imagined and they have to mourn the endless bad results after Spalletti left. In this match, Napoli also suffered a loss after Pasquale Mazzocchi received a red card which made it easy for Torino to break through because they were only playing with 10 people.

I hope bookmakers will evaluate them according to actual results and not the status of the current champion. Maybe then there will be an opportunity to earn a little money by betting on Napoli because, after all, 9th place for them is clearly below average (to which I believe the team will return). Now they have 8 wins and 7 losses - this is a completely undeserved indicator. Even the three teams that are right behind Napoli have only 6 defeats. I don't believe that Napoli have become so bad and will not improve their results in the future.
