К сожалению ваше мнение не учитывается. Не вы решаете что необходимо и что избыточно. И даже то что вы считает каких-либо криптанов добросовестными не означает что их будут таковыми считать регуляторы.
Я ж уже выше писал принцип: вы (или любой другой пользователь битка) от Лазаруса вообще ничеми не отличаетесь пока не доказали обратного (КУЦ + налоги).

Мне вот подумалось что следующим шагом по приручению криптоанархистов после KYC/AML/KYT закономерно будет введение в крипту понятия "добросовестный приобретатель".

Отсюда имеем потребность вольных людей иметь справку что они биток не украли, не отмыли а честно приобрели... вот собственно это понятие и введено.
