Hello,

Currently, there are still 8 of the 40 spots for stakeholder investments left, we have some interested parties just remember though it is first come, first served. Once these stakeholders achieve the full return on investment it is highly unlikely they will give up their positions because it will be pure profit for the years to come. If you are interested in becoming a stakeholder please read the OP thoroughly then email us the info required. Every spot purchased gives you 75,000 Rubies to stake as well for extra income, just make sure to have at least 20% gain of your stakeholder purchased coins by years end to renew your dividends.

As an addition to this, being that there are still spots open, I am continuing my group buy if anyone's interested. 1 group buy slot represents 1/10 of a full one, or 0.5 BTC. For more information, toss me a PM!

I am doing my best to get in to Investment Team... Soon i will be Messaging you my positive status so that i can also be part of Growing Community..

I can see many people are showing interest and very soon the coin will take a huge leap Smiley

Sounds good! I'll basically be leaving this open until all current shares are gone.

Integration of Rubies is a nice factor.
I missed the scene for quite a long time though.

I had a few btc on my wallet and after logging in today I noticed they are all gone.
On the other hand I am having approximately 1200 Rubies on my account.

So did the previous balance got exchanged with Rubies during the launch?
And how can I see the history of how much I earned from exchanging + how much I earned from the launching bonus? Because I have not been online there for a long time (when Moneypot was changing hands) and forgot everything that I had there.

They shouldn't be gone. Login using the same credentials as before to http://mp.bustabit.com. it should still be there on that server.

Edit; apparently i have the wrong address or ryan took it down. Ill check into this tomorrow when im not on my phone.

Looks like he did take it down. That's the address I had logged from before. Doesn't work with www or https: on my end either so it's not just a dns issue.

After reviewing your feedbacks we decided to modify some things to solve your concerns about the Jackpots.
Quoted from our new FAQ section

"When a new Jackpot is set, our server generates a random Hash Key (e.g. "MB58bNJogX") and random value for the Jackpot (e.g.  777). This value is the amount of bits to be won.
These two, the Hash Key and the Jackpot value are encrypted into a SHA256 Hash Code in the following form: "MB58bNJogX777".
The generated Hash Code for every Jackpot (Grand, Major and Minor) is shown in the Jackpot Box.
When a Jackpot is won you will find the jackpot value along the Hash Key and the Hash Code in the Jackpots Tab.
You can verify the authenticity of the Jackpot here:
http://www.xorbin.com/tools/sha256-hash-calculator
After each increase of jackpot, the server compares the generated Hash Code of the new value with the
Jackpot Hash Code. When these two are the same, we have a winner.
In this way we assure that no one knows the Jackpot value and that no one can modify it."

We believe this setup of the Jackpot has some great benefits:
1. The certainty that the Jackpot will be won.
If we have a certain value, there is only a matter of time until we will have a winner.
The odds system approach gives you a much lower chance to win and it is possible to not have a winner for a very long time, unless the odds are controlled.
2. The Jackpot value cannot be seen or modified by the owners and trustworthy is very  important for us.

In the end we would like to thanks to all users who gave us a feedback. This is the only way to progress and maintain a high standard.

Just wanted to chime in. I like this method more than the 1/x chance one. And the reason is simple: someone will hit these jackpots. A 1/1m chance could not get hit for 50m rolls. Or 16000 billion rolls. Or it could get hit 50x in 500 rolls. Instead, this method ensures that the JP is going to be hit, and within a subjectively short period of time in comparison.

Its really nice to see Rbies community donating coins for the faucet

I am sure many such faucets will come in order to educate and make Rbies aware to whole crypto community

Altcoinx Faucet is really doing great Smiley

@techbytes there are few bitcoin coin faucets which pay 200- 500 doge every 1-5 minutes !

How many billion doge are out there?  I run a btc faucet and i give out 800 satoshi every 30 minutes.   Even that doesn't last.  Anyways, I will donate when the changes are made.  Don't want rubies goes to a few users who has all the time in the world to abuse the faucet.  It should be for new users to spread the awareness of rubies.   Just a suggestion.

-tb-
it is ok i will made it 1 hours with big profit

Sent a little donation to your faucet...

-tb-

Thank you
http://altcoinix.com/rubies-faucet/
Faucet running get your rubies per hours

I tested your faucet a couple hours ago and still haven't gotten anything from it... is it sending in batches or something?
It is working but som it saying some trans. Conflicted maybe it conflicted

Conflicted occurs often of coin if it's trying to be sent while just going in or coming out of stake check the faucet and probably need to disable staking. Do a repair wallet command maybe.

Yeah, this makes sense. FWIW, I did another claim and that one was instant. So looks to be working sometimes, just not every time.

The coin is from the developer who created BOOST, MAIA and lot more scam coins. Stay the f away from this coin. Do not support a low life scam developer and his coins.

Assuming Mammix is the one that developed both of those, it still wouldn't matter. Your claim is like saying the attorney that filled out x company's incorporation forms is a scammer because the company went on to scam years later. His job is irrelevant of what his clients do -- he does development.

Once we have confirmed the nodes are all updated, some of you will need to re-sync after you have upgraded to v1.2.0.0
The update is going well so far, and will be ready for all new wallets to connect soon

Apologies for the disruption,

A little confused. I downloaded the update when I was notified and synced up. Then I saw the post here and closed my client immediately. Should we still have our clients off even if we're on 1.2.0.0 already?

sorry for the confusion,

The key thing now is to check that your wallet matches the block count on the explorer, if it doesn't then you will need to re-sync. Now that the nodes are all updated and the new fixes are implemented you can now all run your new wallets.

If you wallet does not sync or is stuck syncing, let us know on here or by PM and we will help you re-sync if needed.

There will be a period of time while the network settles down that some wallets may still show as not connecting, this is normal while the ban times pass, and we have alternative nodes for you to connect to if needed

I'm showing 30,421 blocks but there's 30,418 according to explorer, Sad.

The block explorer updates every 2 minutes, please check again and report back.

Thanks

Looks like I'm good. I checked c-cex and while I don't match the explorer I do match them, so figure that should mean it's fine.

Thanks, Smiley.

Lol you do realize .25% means if I put in 1 btc I would earn in one month .25 btc right..

Icon

Might wanna take a look at your math again there bud

he almost made me put 10 bitcoins with his crazy mathematics.

I was going to deposit all 21,000,001 of mine. Then I realized he confused 0.25% with 25%. Saved me!

Stakeholders payments have been sent out, remember this was a short month as launch occurred mid February. March will begin normal payouts, stakeholders received over 5.6 BTC.  Currently still 8 spots available for those interested in long term investment, please read the OP for details.

You have stated that there was 40 stakeholders spot so could I assume that the 32 current stakeholders received 5.6 btc / 32 = 0.175 per stakeholder spot? Thats totally a great amount considering that this was all started in the middle february and since there are more days in March then february then investor could be getting more in this month

It was 0.190707

Or in my group buy, 1 slot resulted in a payout of 0.0190707

Nice promotion i say, we'll get rubies as well as 4 btc prize that's awesome. wish i could participate but i only have around .35 btc for gambling and i think it won't be enough for the competition.

That doesnt matter because all it needs to win the competition is volume. You could always create a large volume by constantly betting on the site and with some luck you could get large volume before you busted , or you could even got lucky and manage to increase your bankroll thus gaining more volume

This is 100% true. My personal best so far is .17 BTC of volume off 10 bits (0.17000000 volume from 0.00001000 BTC).
1693  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] HaoBTC, mining dividend paid out hourly on: March 01, 2016, 10:03:54 AM
2% interest is not good enough to attract normal investors, comparing with the associated risk level. There are many investments in crypto world, which yield more than 5% yearly.

could you kindly show me what are this kind of investment that yeld more than 5% yearly? I'm interested but i think that the risk level is high

MoneyPot is up +4% in 2 months. May be a bit biased though, :p.
1694  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: BTCjam - Any Thoughts or Experiances on: March 01, 2016, 08:13:11 AM
TBH, btcjam isn't the best way to invest your BTC at the moment. BTCJam accounts can and is being sold on open markets, which means a person's credit ratings might be false. I wouldn't recommend anyone use this site.

I was about to comment about this.

Just like how we see on the forum on accounts being bought with btctalk accounts - it should be known that any form of accounts can lead to a potential scam.

I guess it just depends of the luck of the draw on investing for most, but I rather not take a chance.

This is very true. Some of us would never sell our accounts but there are many that would, just for a little bit of money.

That said, off a small amount I put on the site a couple months ago, I'm at:

CoindeskUSD:
8.69%
Bitcoin:
13.95%

I wonder how long this will last though. I've been very careful with what I fund. But based on horror stories, I get even more wary of even trusting those that seem like they can be trusted.

Confirmed! Also sent out payments to my group buy buyers already!

1696  Economy / Gambling / Re: BetterBets.io |Rubies Launched!|🎲 DICE★PLINKO★HORSE RACING Games/Chat on: March 01, 2016, 07:17:26 AM
GL to those taking part in the March Madness event! For those that aren't aware, the rewards, on top of winning the grand prize are free Rubies. To help break it down a bit...

You get 3 Rubies for every 0.1 BTC in volume
1 Ruby is currently worth 0.00015+
That means 0.00045 per 0.1 BTC in volume

BUT because of how Rubies are distributed, they are already getting more and more rare, so the price is likely to go up. Or you can use them for betting. Or you can sell them. All the while earning those, you're also shooting for the grand prize of 4 BTC.

(For those that aren't aware, if you bet 1 BTC at 1.02x, which is a 98.x% chance, that still counts as 1 BTC wagered towards the contest and means 30 Rubies are earned instantly, which would be around 0.0045 BTC)

Disclaimer: don't risk more than you can afford to lose. It's a game. Don't let it consume you, Smiley.

There are some clarifications that needs to be made.
In the following we will explain the concepts of our Jackpots.
Every jackpot has a fixed starting point.
The money is offered from our funds everytime a jackpot is won by a user and is reset to default value.
After that, the Jackpots are funded from wagered money.
Every time a bet is placed you will see the jackpots growing.
Right now, each jackpot is funded 10% from the fixed profit gained from moneypot.
So 30% in total.
From the rest of 70% we pay the starting values.
But these percentages aren't final and probably will grow in the near future.
Every jackpot has a random boilling point which is set at every start.
The user to place the last bet before the value is reached, regardless of bet value or bet result, will win the jackpot.
The jackpot will be instantly transferred to his bankroll.
Everyone using the website will see a pop-up everytime a jackpot is won with the winner and the prize.

Thanks ranlo! Smiley

I am missing one explanation and in case I missed it I apologize and please point me to it.

you offer 3 Jackpots but I did not see the odds to win each Jackpot. please explain us the odds to win those 3 Jackpots. I saw only that you mentioned a random boiling point whatever that might be. thank you and good luck

The jackpot will be won by the player who bet last before reach the boiling point.

To clarify...

It's not based on a chance per bet. There is a set point. Think of it like saying "bet #31,503,292 wins!" but instead of being based on each bet, it's based on the amount the jackpot has to reach. A twist on the norm.

1700  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can bitcoin rise up to 800$ this year ? on: February 29, 2016, 12:28:14 AM
I think we can see a good shot at reaching $600 yet this year. There will be a lot of wild price fluctuations around the block halving, up and down, but I think once the dust settles we could be going into 2017 looking at a comfortable $500+ range.

I agree with this one. 500 range seems like a great step up from where we are (and is still a +20% jump over a year), assuming it's stable. Really, even 450 stable would be a pretty solid jump and better than returns almost anywhere else.
