Yes , all in all it is about ryan's  choice . Still if people are gambling with pretty nice amount of bitcoins they would'nt be as comfortable as they would be on PD or JD cause the owners carry their honesty by paying thousands of coins when they had to .
However , nothing is perfect in the beginning and let's see what they provide to the gambling community.

Keep in mind Dooglus was new at some point. Nico was new at some point. Everyone had their start and proved themselves. We will do the same, Smiley.

This is exciting news. I was an investor on MoneyPot, how will investing be different? I was getting very nice returns from MoneyPot, will the returns be similar?

Thanks,

Nobody can answer that. Returns are based on volume + player losses. Even from today to tomorrow nobody knows. For reference, I went from +13% in MP to -9% in a one-week period before. Variance.

Hi guys,
I wanna ask if how to earn a bitcoin except on promoting a website(signiture campaign)
Like on faucet that you can earn few satoshi's but it's just a cents
Can share your secrets that you can earn fast and easy?
or doing a long term project that you can earn lots of bitcoin if you do it successfull.
Please share your secrets..

Trading is my method, but I sometimes gamble just for fun. because trading really have to be clever in analyzing the coins, I was still learning and sometimes lost on trade.

in fact to earn fast and easy? I think only the signature campaign in my opinion.

The highest-paying signature campaigns end up resulting in a payment of MAYBE $30/month for a few hours of work. You can make MUCH more in the real world. I have no idea where "fast and easy" comes from when it's anything but.

It's not fast, but it's easy if your alternative job is physical work instead of sitting at a desk. I would have to agree that there is no easy way to get bitcoin, bitcoin is money after all.

Eh, I run under the principle of "work smart, not hard." Too many lazy people around these forums are hoping to become rich off nothing. Just like the real world, if you want to become a millionaire, you have to do it. Not hope everyone is going to hand it to you.

2-of-3 multisig doesn't help you if the holder of the server seeds is corrupt because he can use the server seeds to win the majority of the bankroll and then the other multisig key holders have no choice but to allow him to withdraw the coins.

Ultimately, the server "knows" what rolls are coming up, and so the guy with access to the server also knows, and can abuse that knowledge. It's crucial that the investors trust everyone with server access.

are you saying that there is no 100% bullet proof solution to secure the investors coins? IMO this would surprise many investors because many investors believe that their only risk is the person they trust their coins/investment will run away with the coins

It sounds as if you are making changes to Bet King that could potentially risk the funds of the investors - ie. you're switching to the MoneyPot model. That includes exposing your investors' coins to games with less than 1% house edge, which they didn't sign up for. It would be better in my opinion to require the investors to withdraw from the existing site and deposit to the new one. That way you are sure that they consent to the changes you are making.

I understand your point but IMO the investors could divest before their coins are moved to MP or immediately after it is moved to MP or am I wrong?

That seems unfair. He has been an ass at times in the past, but it's not fair to assume that he will behave badly in the future.

It will be interesting to watch and see how everything works out.

if those 3 user are right that would mean that Ryan did not do his homework or he does not care to whom he sold MP. difficult to believe at least for me and I understood that Ryan sold MP to a group that not yet included Dean/BK and in this case the initial group who bought MP is to blame that they did not do their homework or they don't care because 3000 BTC BR is a nice starter

how could all of this harm the app owners? at what risk are they?

regards

All I've read from people is unsubstantiated claims as to why Dean is a bad match. This means absolutely nothing. Ryan didn't sell MP to Dean, he sold it to myself and a few others that are a team here. WE included Dean. Ryan is fully aware of this.

So much misinformation in this thread it's ridiculous. We don't even have control over the site. Worrying about it is meaningless at this point. We welcome those that trust us and want to move forward with us. Those who don't are free to not invest. It's really a personal choice. But these FUD statements are just that: FUD. Adding Dean was NOT a spur-of-the-moment decision. We discussed it. We evaluated it. We decided it was the best move going forward. It wasn't a "I want Dean so I'm inviting him whether you want him or not" situation -- as a TEAM, we took all available information and made our decision. We don't operate based on one ONE person wants. We work TOGETHER.

MP is a BUSINESS. Not a small website that just kind of floats around. I know this is different from most "businesses" around here (in that 99.9% of the owners have no idea what they're doing and think everything's a get-rich scheme) but some of us actually understand business principles. Give us time. Quit with the FUD. If you want to make claims against someone, do it via PM and at least substantiate it.

Bitcoin is money.  There is nothing "magical" or "free" about it.  It works just like any other money, and you get it in the same ways as you get any other money.

Basically you have the following options:
  • You can provide a product or service and accept bitcoin in exchange.
  • You can get a job and arrange to be paid for your performance with bitcoins
  • You can exchange your local currency (or any other currency) for bitcoins
  • You can beg for it and hope that someone will give some to your out of the charity in their heart
  • You can scam, steal, hack, or otherwise take bitcoins that do not belong to you.

A signature campaign is simply a service.  You are providing a very small advertising service for a business by spamming your signature advertisement all over the place, and in exchange the business is giving you a very Very VERY small amount of bitcoins.

If you want more bitcoins, provide a more valuable product or service.

Or, here's an idea, get a job and exchange a portion of your income for bitcoins.

HOW DARE YOU try to compare money to money. Money is nothing like money and will never be the same. Clearly there should be some get-rich schemes for money that aren't available with money, so quit lying and tell us the truth!

Got the bonus as well. But wow, that's a massive rollover! 25 mBTC given, needs rollover of 1.25 BTC. Ouch.

Yea, that is how all of their casino bonus's work. If you get a mystery box with casino credits in it, it is still a rollover of 50.  I was able to once take a casino credit from a mystery box and get the rollover and managed to cash out like 6 chips or something, but it requires you to be pretty lucky.

So far, I have turned the 25 credits into 41 and have used 50 out of 1250 of my rollover, still a long way to go.

I've turned my 25 into 81 with a 9mBTC total wager so far... have doubts about making it through 1250 though, :p. We'll see...

What is the minimum deposit and withdrawal amount here? Are there any withdrawal fees? You really need to add a FAQ page that details some of these things.

FAQ will be coming soon onto the site, min withdraw is 0.0001 btc with no withdraw fees as for min deposits, I just deposited 0.000055 btc (as coinbase would not allow me to deposit any less Smiley)

Looks like the minimum withdrawal was changed but I saw no notification? It's 0.0015 now.

Hey BK! I'm finally starting on the review for your site (sorry for the delay!). I'm going to be classifying it as "other games," but what would you describe your game as? Like dice, plinko, lottery, etc. Is there a specific category for this type of game? I'm not familiar enough with the genre to know.

I have great time with ur site here.
But im using mobile, i think theres some problem when im getting free faucet.
Its not added on my account. I need to log out and login again so that free btc appear.

It's just lagged really bad. I'm on desktop and it takes ~30s to finally register the faucet usage. I also have to refresh after every claim as it's like the faucet is stuck.

It's a catch-22. It's not popular atm but will making it more beautiful really make it bring in more players, or is that a wasted expense? BTW, FWIW, I do find it ironic that the graphic you quoted is more beautiful than the site is, :p.

UPDATE: depositing is now fixed 100% anyone that deposited previously will have now received their btc, thanks Smiley.

i have a suggestion.

One person can put btc in pay only once per round, i think this will reduce the chances of sniping.

People will put high cash in the end as well but still.. or rather max 2 bet .. something like this.

Thanks for the suggestion but I believe that is part of the fun in the whole thing Smiley

Yeah, no issues with sniping here. Keep in mind that even if someone bets 1 BTC, they can still lose it. There are no guarantees, and statistics shows that those that keep betting big WILL eventually lose one (likely before they double up).

20 BTC loss image in dice game (17 losses in a row at 50/50, 100% raise)

I was running strategy scenarios on our running Demo Platform and got this loss. 17 in a row. Very scarey if you were not betting with surplus funds. I share this to educate people as I have seen others post how to STOP Gambling. This might allow to see the dangers.

Our FREE demo site it up for all to try abd test their strategies. No charge. Be aware that our Ghost dialer has been clocked at 150 best a second so be careful.
Faucet is set to 20,000 Satoshi after original balance is used
This is free play, No cost to come and try, No win's will be honoured in Demo mode

TEST AT
http://demo.fastdice.com/

We do ask that you give feedback on nay bugs and any features you want to add.
1% House edge and the fastest BTC Dice in the world.
Still in development mode so not all features updated,

HAVE FUN!!!

What is the base bet that you make first? How can you suppose to have that 20 btc loss? Although it is demo but it is pretty scary loss you have there. I guess you need to stop when you are on winning, why keep on rolling until 20 btc?

Starts at 10,000 so 2 more losses on other page. We are just testing a few senero's, speed and Server crunch tests before before launch. Will do a soft launch in next day or 2.

Just thought I would mention as there are people wanting to test their stratagies so no better way that a 100% test dice game.  Will be giving away free credit vouchers on request,

I suggest anyone that is interested to test to jump on. Ill offer bounties soon

Well this is nothing strange. His base bet was 10 000 sat. what is too much in my opinion. People had much more lose streaks then 17.  This automatic betting is crazy, I didnt notice on photo how much is limit of his throws and after how much throws this thing happened. I`m askin people around how many time can u lose? 17? 40? 120? Who can tell the right number, when we all know every throw is a new throw independet from last ones... Its just crazy when i try to calculate it in my head.

I did a random test locally the other day and with 100 million rolls, had hit a 49 losing streak twice, and a 50/51 losing streak each once. The 27 was like 20-30x per run. The question is how many rolls you're doing and if you're on the good luck side or the bad luck one, Smiley.

With 1 billion rolls I hit a streak of like 85 losses in a row.
2114  Economy / Gambling / Re: 20 BTC loss image in dice game (17 losses in a row at 50/50, 100% raise) on: December 06, 2015, 03:13:52 AM
First of all, the bet that you describe is not a 50/50 bet, the win chance is only 49.5% in order to account for the 1% house edge.

Secondly, with martingale, there is a chance that you will sustain sufficient number of loosing consecutive bets so that you will bust every bet that you make. With every additional bet that you make, the chance increases that any set of previous bets that you have made will be sufficient to make you bust. So the chances of you busting after 200 bets is roughly double the chances of you busting after 100 bets. The fact that the ghost roller is so fast, the chances of quickly busting is high because you are making so many bets. Also on most sites, when the autoroller is going, you will be able to see each bet, so if you have a large loosing streak, and are still up overall, you can make the decision to stop the autoroller and simply take your win as is (or to cut your losses if you are down at that point), however with the autoroller on your site that is really not possible because the bets are too fast to see such a loosing streak before it is too late.

People choose their own bet speeds, though. You can make it do 1/s. That's more than slow enough to follow along. If someone wants to speed it up, that's their own decision and is not the site's fault, Smiley.

Hey friends, I need your help. I'm going to start streaming on twitch. I hope you all can go there and view and follow my stream. I will be playing games, doing art, and working on game development. In the beginning its important for a new streamer to get as many follows and views. Come check me out. This weekend I will be doing some test streaming at different times. Also if you come to the stream you will earn crabcakes, and in the future you will be able to use those to enter giveaways. Come create an account on twitch, and hang out in the stream offline or online and you can earn crabcakes. The official in game currency for Coin Quest: Dark Stakes coming in 2016. Also there are Coin2 and Hyper Bots in the channel as well. Not sure how those work yet.

http://www.twitch.tv/chadcrypto

Can crabcakes be withdrawn, and how are they earned exactly? Like every x period of time automatically or?

As of now the crabcakes are just for the stream. yet when Coin Quest: Dark Stakes goes into alpha release they can be transfferd, and can be used in game,

you get a 10 crabcake gift for entering the stream for the first time, then 1 per minute when live, and 1 every 6 minutes offline when you stay in chat. I will be doing giveaways soon, not sure what yet.

Ohhh, cool. How do we see the balance? Like I idled ~10m or so but saw nothing in chat.

Just to clear the air, since there are so many questions coming in still, I'm going to toss out a tl;dr (though long):

1) Please be patient. We won't have the site in our control for another 1-2 weeks. In the meantime, we're going to work on setting everything up locally so that as soon as the transaction is finished, we can get the new MP up and running!

2) Any existing investors or players with funds on ANY of the MP sites will have their FULL balance transferred to a subdomain under Ryan's control. We, the new MP owners, will have NO access to your funds. If you can trust Ryan now, you can trust him later. You can also withdraw your funds now, if you wish. Essentially, what will happen is those of you that want to return your money to the new MP platform for playing or investing will need to withdraw from Ryan's setup and deposit to ours. You can do that as a direct withdrawal straight from Ryan's->new MP once it's up! Account names will be reserved. Passwords will all be reset. All existing deposit/withdrawal/IP logs will be reset on OUR side but not Ryan's. We are quite literally starting fresh. But if you have a MP account already, you can continue using it later once you reset your password!

3) Many app developers (existing and new) have contacted me with different questions. One of the big changes going forward is that we are going to be having roundtable meetings. What this means is that ALL of you will have access to us. We will field all questions, concerns, ideas, and requests as a large group and work as a whole to make MP better and facilitate the creation of what you guys need to be successful. Some of you have given me your Skype and I haven't gotten back to you yet -- no worries. I have them all noted and we will get you all situated as we get close to launch time. If you have NOT sent me your Skype, you can do so via PM and I'll add you to the list. You can also toss me your emails and I'll set up a mailing list group since that may be easier to contact some of you than Skype.

3.1) At this point, the API for developers will not be going through changes. IF this changes before the launch, we will absolutely make sure you all know beforehand, as well as what you need to do to get back on track.

4) We are really looking forward to taking MP to the next level. We absolutely love both our players and our app developers -- both are the lifeblood of MP and we will be constantly working to ensure we're always pushing forward, making things better for you all!

I think that covers most of it for now. As we get closer to the launch, I'll release a list of any updates/changes made to the site. I will from that point on keep a changelog that is publicly available for everyone so that you can always know what's happening and when.

Thank you for your patience with us while we work through this, and thank you for your support! Your support has been overwhelming and it really helps stress the fact that my team and I have made the right decision taking this on. We love you all! <3
2119  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: Ore-Mine.org: 1752+ BTC paid. 100% Real income! Mining in the form of the game on: December 05, 2015, 04:39:13 AM
There's a discrepancy on your site you may want to take a look at, because it's highly misleading. As an example, let's use the 10 BTC mine:

1016.90 monthly, 3620.20 per mine = payback time of (3620.20/1016.90) = 3.56 months

Looks awesome! Then you break it down to the BTC earnings:

2,100,000 every 8h, 1,000,000,000 cost  = payback time of (1,000,000,000/2,100,000) = 476.19 cycles = (476.19/3 per day) = 158.73 days = (158.73/30 per month) = 5.291 months

This is a difference of 1.731 months, or 51.93 days

HUGE difference when calculating ROI. And this is even bigger on earlier mines. Why is this difference so huge?

Bonuses.

Bonuses are relative to the mines you own? If so, what is the calculation like?

Well, I said about it like already 10 times. You can receive a bonuses, which add some funds to your regular production.

I read that, was wondering what the bonus calculation is, Smiley. Like how you can know ahead of time what your bonus should be on average (say, per day/week/month) depending on the mines you own.

And one more question: if someone gets the autoclicker addon, is there any penalty for not logging in within x days? i.e., if you don't log in for a month, will you lose anything or will the autoclicker still be adding rewards to your balance (minus bonus, since those I assume are manual)? Asking because MinerFarm had screwed over many people by charging fees and halting earning when you don't log in for a couple days, so people were losing all their money, Sad.
