Mais, je vois qu'on peut changer le nom des comptes. Quand on le crée, il a un nom par défaut mais on peut le changer.
Où est stockée cette information ?
En local aussi ! si tu appelles ton compte Bitcoin "Bitcoin 33", quand tu l'importeras dans un autre Ledger Live, tu auras le meme compte mais Ledger le nommera "Bitcoin 1" |

This is an overnight project just to keep a backup of all active mixers in one place for now. It may estabilish and be developed in case there is some interest from the community. -snip- I find this project quite nice. Until now, most people (to my knowledge) come on bitcointalk to find out links and infos of different mixing services. After the 1st of January, OP's website could become a good reference if he stays online. It's cool to know that we have an up-to-date list somewhere, just as it's cool to have kycnot.me or tor.taxi for beginners looking for specific known onion websites. I mean, at the beginning, we had to trust kycnot.me too, and they never disappointed us for now. I personally offer a lot of credibility when exch.cc tells us that OP is trustworthy. eXch service has been reliable for years, I use it very often, he is one of the few that offers such respect for our privacy. If you read his other posts, in his ANN, you will see that he clearly knows what he is talking about. We can't say to OP he may be a potential future scammer and at the same time ignore the point of view of someone which is honnest and reliable for years vouching for OP. |

Si je comprends bien, les comptes sont enregistrés sur l'ordinateur dans un fichier géré par l'application Ledger live?.
Les "comptes" sont reliés à ta seed, donc tant que tu ne reset pas ton Nano, il te suffira de le brancher à un Ledger Live, de le synchroniser via l'interface lors de la première utilisation sur un nouvel ordinateur, et tu pourras toujours importer les comptes vu que ta seed ne change pas. Le fait que tu affiches -ou pas- tel ou tel compte dans l'interface Ledger Live, c'est en local oui, au même titre que tes choix pour la langue de l'interface ou la devise fiduciaire si tu les modifies. Question! :
Est-il possible de gérer ces comptes sur deux ordinateurs différents? Par exemple, si je veux donner à ma campagne le droit de les consulter et de les gérer en même temps comme moi. Chacun sur son ordinateur. ?
Bien sûr oui, il suffit d'installer Ledger Live, de relier ton Nano, et de suivre les étapes que je t'ai donné dans le message d'avant. Tu peux importer tes comptes dans ton second Ledger Live sans aucune difficulté. Bien sûr, ta compagne devra avoir physiquement accès à ton Ledger pour signer des transactions, mais elle peut tout à fait aussi suivre l'évolution du portefeuille depuis Ledger Live (sans avoir accès au Nano nécessairement si tu lui importes les comptes). Tu pourrais meme importer ta seed dans un second Ledger et lui donner, mais tu multiplierais surement des risques inutilement... Si jamais tu cherches de la lecture seule pour ta compagne, ça peut se faire avec Electrum aussi pour BTC (tu importes juste les adresses publiques BTC à surveiller), ou si tu as beaucoup d'altcoins, cointracking.info est pas mal. |

C'est normal
Ton Ledger Live sur le nouveau Mac n'est pas synchronisé avec l'ancien (et heureusement !)
Tu es dans la même situation que quelqu'un qui reçoit du BTC sur son compte BTC dans ledger live, et qui choisit d'enlever le compte BTC de Ledger Live pour des raisons x ou y. L'adresse sur la blockchain contient toujours les BTC, mais il ne les verra pas dans son interface.
Pour voir à nouveau tes comptes, il faut que tu ailles dans "Comptes", puis "Ajouter un compte" dans Ledger Live, puis tu choisis ta crypto. Après, il cherchera les comptes déjà présents, te proposera de les afficher et il te proposera d'en créer un nouveau aussi.

I've just learned that a security issue was discovered by Binarly. They shared their researches in the Black Hat Europe 2023. Everyone loves to customize and personalize their own devices: from text editors to background pictures, from operating systems to keyboard shortcuts, each device is almost unique. One of the most exotic customizations, done either for personal tastes or for company branding, is personalizing the logo displayed by the BIOS during boot. But what are the security implications of parsing user-supplied (a.k.a. "attacker-controlled") logo images during boot? Aren't we jumping back straight to 2009, when Rafal Wojtczuk and Alexander Tereshkin exploited a BMP parser bug in UEFI reference code… right?!
Enter LogoFAIL, our latest research revealing significant security vulnerabilities in the image parsing libraries used by nearly all BIOS vendors to display logo images during boot. Our research highlights the risks associated with parsing complex file formats at such a delicate stage of the platform startup. During this talk, we will show how some UEFI BIOSes allow attackers to store custom logo images, which are parsed during boot, on the EFI system partition (ESP) or inside unsigned sections of a firmware update. We also shed light on the implications of these vulnerabilities, which extend beyond mere graphical rendering. In fact, successful exploitation of these vulnerabilities allows attackers to hijack the execution flow and achieve arbitrary code execution. LogoFAIL vulnerabilities can compromise the security of the entire system rendering "below-the-OS" security measures completely ineffective (e.g., Secure Boot). Finally, our talk will include a detailed explanation of how we successfully escalate privileges from OS to firmware level by exploiting a real device vulnerable to LogoFAIL.
We disclosed our findings to different device vendors (Intel, Acer, Lenovo) and to the major UEFI IBVs (AMI, Insyde, Phoenix). While we are still in the process of understanding the actual extent of LogoFAIL, we already found that hundreds of consumer- and enterprise-grade devices are possibly vulnerable to this novel attack.

In this case, Windows and Linux users are both concerned ; as this exploit is related to the BIOS I am not a tech security expert, but guys, we should all be carefull and update our BIOS firmware as soon as possible. The main computer manufacturers are (probably) already working on an update. |

I must say that I find it a somewhat sad deviation from a commitment to pay a constant amount of sats per post to now an amount tied to a constant fiat amount. I don't ignore fiat but I clearly found the commitment to a fixed and constant amount of sats way more appealing. It's more BTCish...
I assume this wasn't an idea of icopress but rather forced by marketing guys from [banned mixer]? Well, it is what it is and I'm not amused. Such a decission doesn't feel right when I look at the blog posts and articles from UniJoin and the picture of Bitcoin they tried to highlight and emphasize. Enough ranting for today...
I understand what you mean, but, at the end you are still paid in BTC and this is the most important thing IMHO  I think it is predictable, that some campaign with a fixed amount of sats per post could change to an usd rate when BTC is rising and fees too. At least the campaign seems to be going on until the 31st, this is nice! |

j'ai un vieux portefeuille papier sur lequel il y a des éthers. il y a 6 ou 8 ans, quand je voulais déplacer mes éthers, j'allais sur le site myetherwallet.com et je suivais une procédure en ligne pour déplacer mes éthers. j'ai l'impression que le site myetherwallet a complètement changé et je ne sais plus que faire...
existe t'il comme pour bitcoin des application sur téléphone pour flasher le qr code du portefeuille papier éther ?
existe t'il le moyen d'importer dans un portefeuille en ligne ou sur ordinateur (mais sans charger toute la chaîne de blocs des éthers) la clef privée de mon portefeuille papier ?
Je n'aime trop pas le conseiller, mais si tu as un smartphone, Trustwallet peut faire le boulot sans problème : Au moment d'importer ta clé privée, quand tu auras choisi "Je possède déjà un wallet", tu pourras scanner le QR code de ta clé privée. Sur Desktop, tu peux rentrer ta seed/cle privee dans Exodus (les deux ne sont pas open source) |

philipma don't you think that mempool.space would be a more "beginner-friendly" option?  I mean, from the point of view of someone starting with BTC things, it looks more intuitive to just read the sat/vB amounts (the range in yellow on my screenshot) of the next blocks and to adjust (or not) the fee thanks to these values
Monero is a good alternative for small amounts transactions, when BTC fees are high, just like LTC indeed. DAI (or any other coin) on Polygon network is a solid solution too IMO, for people searching for cheap transactions fees (even if sometimes it doesn't work as promised...)But I prefer to wait patiently for the right time to spend BTC, than to have to anticipate high fees weeks by holding any altcoin. Otherwise, for those looking for a privacy focused exchanger that allows you to swap BTC on-chain to LN, there is exch.cx which works well. |

I use a watch only wallet on my tablet to my HW, with orbot on int. But I was thinking, what if the watch only is a fake and simply shows me something that doesn't exist on the blockchain? shouldn't I check at least 1 of the transactions, to confirm that's indeed on the blockchain?
To be sure that your funds are "real", you can just check the balance of your address (or addresses) on a BTC explorer or with Mempool as stated above. For example, if you want to check the current balance of address 16uAEbhT9qeiWZt23Jiq8UJg4wvKz6aqH3, you go to https://mempool.space/fr/address/16uAEbhT9qeiWZt23Jiq8UJg4wvKz6aqH3Your wallet is supposed to give you the transaction id related to your deposits, in the details of transactions. You can always check them to be sure that everything is fine. No matter if you use mempool.space, your own node or another explorer. |

je suis nouveau sur le forum, je sais pas comment on poste mais on va essayer comme ça.
en Septembre dernier, Binance a fermé mon compte marge isolée. D'après eux, ils l'on fait pour toute la Belgique mais je ne trouve aucun article à ce propos. l'unique information que j'ai, c'est un email qu'il m'ont envoyé quelques heures avant que ça arrive. en parlant au service client, ils me disent qu'ils ont envoyé un mail un mois à l'avance et que je l'ai ouvert... c'est totalement faux.
Résultat des courses, ils on remboursé d'abord les dettes que j'avais en marge (comme par hasard au moment ou le marché était au plus bas) j'ai donc perdu entre 5k et 10k USDT au pire moment du bear market... (aujourd'hui ça veut dire déjà presque 3x plus)
Quelqu'un serait il dans le meme cas? Vous savez si je peux faire quelque chose?

Tu n'es pas le seul dans ton cas : Binance suspend ses services en Belgique : quel impact sur les comptes de ses clientsSi tu es VIP chez Binance (donc si tu as trade au moins 1 000 000 USDT en volume total sur les 30 derniers jours avant la fermeture de ton compte margin/futures) : Tu pourrais (re)contacter le support, tu dis explicitement que tu veux porter plainte, ou diffuser ton histoire sur les réseaux sociaux, car tu te sens lésé. À la seconde où tu mentionnes ça, l'agent du support te transférera au service Legal / Complaints. Si tu as de vraies raisons de te plaindre, un accord te serait alors proposé. Si tu n'es pas VIP, tu n'as aucune chance. Si le premier agent te dit qu'un mail a été envoyé, c'est que dans son interface il voit un mail envoyé à telle date. Donc, peu importe que tu l'aies eu/lu ou pas, ils ne reconnaîtront jamais leur "tort" là-dessus. Pareil, pour le mauvais timing, ils te diront que c'est le fruit du hasard, et tu ne pourras jamais prouver que ce fut volontaire de leur part. Aussi, ils ne se gêneront pas de te rappeler que tu as "Lu, compris et approuvé" leurs conditions générales d'utilisation lors de ton inscription, et que ce qui vient de se produire y est stipulé. Donc, tu as accepté de potentiellement subir ce que tu subis actuellement lorsque tu as créé ton compte chez Binance... Honnêtement, tu passeras moins de temps à épargner 10k en travaillant au salaire minimum Belge qu'à essayer d'obtenir un dédommagement de leur part. Chez Binance, l'empathie est variable, et backée sur le volume de pognon que tu fais passer chez eux. Désolé pour tes pertes en tout cas ! |

Only 1 share was submitted for now and your hashrate appears as 0. What do you use to mine ? A nerdminer, cpu or gpu ? If yes, you should stop and mine with an ASIC. Otherwise, you are wasting your time and your electricity. |
