Well Monfils is actually playing quite well but I'm not sure he can beat Djokovic.

Norrie is down against Fritz at the moment (0:1) and I will put him to win, it is solid value @2.5, 2:1 in second set, no break so far
whoever win from these two, will play Djokovic in next round, far from threat to number one, but it could be interesting, bearing in mind that Norrie is in good form

I wanted to see Djokovic vs Monfils, two legendary players, I think Monfils are going to push Djokovic here.

Not gonna happen, Monfiels forfeited and Djokovic is through without having to play a single point.

I am looking forward to Dimitrov-Zverev match. Dimitrov is in the best form in last couple couple of years if not his entire career and I feel like he has a good chance to upset Zverev today. Managed to find odds @3.4 on him, which have immense value for me. Zverev has some small neck problems and this is 50:50 match IMHO, no way Zverev is as big favorite as the bookies think.

What did Djokovic just walked over? I didn't see the match can anyone confirm what the reason was? I think Norrie might qualify and play against Djokovic and maybe Djokovic wins that? I'm still not sure some of the matches seem quite balanced and I'm not sure who will win.

Norrie has now lost his match, so I think that's the end of his chances of qualifying for the ATP Finals. There's no remaining tournament that offers enough points for him to make up the deficit, particularly as Hurkacz has won to extend his existing points advantage.
Norrie came close, and has had a great season. If he keeps it up next year, I think he has a decent chance of breaking into the top 8.

Monfils had an injury in the match before and even said in the interview after the match if he isnt 100% for the match against Djokovic he wont play,he also lost all 17 matches against Djokovic so i can see why he didnt want to play him if he wasnt 100%.Also Norrie just lost to Fritz and his chances are o most gone for the final tournament.

Can anyone confirm for me why exactly he forfeited? Seems very unfortunate.  And yes Dimitrov has been on good form lately but I won't be surprised if Zverev wins this match. Zverev has also been playing good but he seems a little less sharp this tournament but he would only need one match to get back on peak form. I'm expecting a high voltage match.

Thanks for the tip! Read a couple of previews online also and they also think that Dimitrov can cause an upset. Just placed a bet on Dimitrov +1.5 sets, which is a more safe bet for me. Lets beat the bookies  .

I was going to bet on Zverev but didnt because of the potential threat Dimitrov
but not enough to back him either. Well Zverev won in 3 sets. Zverev almost had
the second set and even match point but Dimitrov dug deep to take the set anyway,
unfortunately for him he couldnt back it up in the third.

Just watching Korda v Medvedev, I have Medvedev to win here.

Also Ruud has beaten Giron and booked his place in the ATP finals. Super performance
from him throughout the year.

Match was completely in the balance and Dimitrov could have lost this one in 2 sets and he could have also won if he just used one of the many consecutive break balls. Anyway I am happy with my bets since underlying logic was ok and I even ended in small profits courtesy of Dimitrov +4.5 and + 3.5 handicaps. Too bad ML odds did not hit for much better winnings.

Just watching Korda v Medvedev, I have Medvedev to win here.

He won, just in first set Medvedev got trouble from Korda, and back control the game in second and the last set.

Upset result for Alcaraz he defeat from Gaston, I tempted to place a bet in second set, think this is will more long game but not, Gaston took the second set too and advance to next round, he will face Medvedev.

Just one match for Hurkacz to go to Turin and I think against Duckworth he will face tough resistance, 3 sets is more likely.

That was a strange match with Medvedev v Korda, apart from his aces and a handful
of magical shots in the 3rd set Medvedev didnt visually do much else.

Korda in the first set was very impressive and really mixed up his play, after
winning that first set he changed which allowed Medvedev a chance to get
back dictating his game.

In the end there were too many faults and misses by Korda, again psychology
was a big factor for both players.

Yeah, I thought that Norrie is going to win his match too, I have a parlay with him, but it was obviously got destroyed. Actually is an Over, but he can't forced a third set to keep his hopes alive. When I saw that it was already 5-1 in the tie-break, it was over, no miracle comeback for him. Let's see what he can do next year, a lot of players are also coming up with great performances of their own before the end of the year.

Hmm interesting, Gaston is a real tricky player who plays a lot of drop shots and
Medvedev is not great at the net but is very quick around the court. Also Gaston
will have MASSIVE support from the home crowd but that generally doesnt phase
Medvedev too much most of the time.

Gaston is still 6.4 to Medvedev's 1.11 on sportsbet.

It might be worth a cheeky bet on Gaston but I think I'll continue with Daniil.

Well, no shit, they predict that guy on whose victory bookies give odds @1.10 is gonna win? I can give predictions like that all day long

No value for me today, bookies placed all the odds and handicap lines pretty much spot on. I hoped for solid odds on Fritz +5.5 or even +6.5 but nobody is giving them unfortunately. Also wanted to take Medvedv -3.5 but odds for that are too low as well.

In the end I just took Zverev to win in straight sets @2.1. Seems like ok bet since he destroyed Ruud when they met previously and Ruud was bad on this surface in previous years. Zverev should be able to capitalize on Ruud's weaker backhand side.

You are right, no real value in the match of Djokovic. I was looking at Djokovic -1.5 sets, but that odd (@1.6) was just not tempting enough. The bookies see Medvedev as a favorite against Zverev but could go both ways. Didn't really follow this tournament, but there is quite some value in over 2.5 sets @2.2.
