Raducanu vs Fernandez in the women's final, it's difficult to believe.

Not sure who will be the favourite, probably Fernandez slightly, but neither of them were expected to get anything like this far. Raducanu apparently had booked her flights home for the end of the qualifying rounds!

Each has been impressive in a different way. Raducanu has reached the final without dropping a set in her 9 matches so far. But she's had an easier draw... Fernandez has knocked out the #2, #3 and #5 seeds!

Why do I feel like with Djokovic losing the first sets of some games, he tests his opponent with joy for a moment and then just takes it away from them? Anyways jokes apart , Djokovic is just a beast. This is what he is. He just tears apart anyone in his way. Hoping that he would get the title.

I am thinking Zverev has this one in the bag despite all the success from Djokovic. He just seems in better form at the moment and I feel like his time has come.

That's also a big possibility, Zverev somewhat pulling one here from Djokovic, so over 38.5 for this match? I'm going to bet on this, if ever Zverev wins, it could be in 4 or 5 sets. I doubt he can get and win against Djokovic in 3 sets.

I am more interested in WTA at the moment. What a story it would be if we get two teenagers in the final. Keeping my fingers crossed for that outcome and placing a bet on Raducanu to win and Fernandez to cover 4.5 handicap.

It did, we are not going to see as two teenagers are going to face in the finals, Fernandez vs Raducanu, this is huge for the ladies side. Both are playing exceptionally well and it's very difficult to predict unless you are a fan of either one of them.

Of course, Zverev vs Medvedev will also be great, and just like on the women's side, it might signify that a new generations are taking over. Federer might likely retire next year and so is Nadal. Only one left is Dkojovic to keep the torch alive for the old generation.

What an unexpected womens finale of the US open. I am pretty sure that no one at all thought that those two unseated girls would be in the final of this grand slam. It would be interesting to know how the odds of that final would have been before the tournament , if anyone have betted on this he is now significantly richer and rightly so. I don't see any clear favorite in the final. Fernandez had a lot of close matches where he won sets only in the tie-break just as yesterday and she could have been eliminated many times before but somehow managed to survive.
It is also part of the truth though that such a surprise-final of two unseated players could never happen in the mens division because there, in contrary to the womens division, the quality in the top 20 is just way to high for a unseated player to go into the final.

They did meet about three years ago playing as juniors in the tournament for their age group (they must of been 15-16) at Wimbledon.

Did not know who won in their match until I searched around for a bit.
But it will certainly be one to watch and see how they have progressed in their short time of tennis since then.

it has better odds according to bookmakers, which makes her a favorite
with a current situation in man and woman tennis, I would not be surprised if Raducanu wins US Open and takes no.1 next year (which could be a target for her) to see woman tennis dominant over man tennis that becomes boring with no excitement in top matches

I had a bet on every Raducanu match so far so it would be rude if I did not back her to win in the final. She deserves it after bringing me so many winning tickets. I went against her only once (Bencic) and paid for it  not gonna do it again.

I think never in history will we see such a young WTA final between Raducanu and Fernandez. Such big talents in the women tennis.
Also Raducanu won just too easy against Sakkari while Fernandez struggled against Sabalenka. Will be intresting how good is her fitness for the final.

It was an unexpected final both of them performed greatly true raducanu had a relatively easier draw but dont forget that she beated bencic 2 0 plus she dominated every game without dropping a set and without going to  a tiebreak now she is the favourite i think we will see a three set game.

Unbelievable  Leylah Fernandez won her game and is through to the finals, wasnt strong enough to see the match but just checked on my bet and I won and she keeps breaking everyone in her way and she is indeed a giant slayer! This has to be one of the most unpredictable tournaments so far. This young Leylah Fernandez is something special I tell you. If she is nurtured well, she is gone to be one of the best one days. I feel like I'm gonna bet on Leylah Fernandez. She looks very promising to me, and she will go a long way in her career. Raducanu also looks good to me. This is a very nice gesture towards the future of Tennis. These young women are stepping up. They have proved themselves and have shown the world that they can be better than these top-ranked players in world rankings. Yes the first too sets were interesting and competitive and aliassime had a chance to get back in the games which he did not exploit in my opinion due to the good form medvedev is in right now plus aliassime made lot of mistakes and double faults which is why he lost today as for zverev and djokovic i think zverev will manage to win a set and maybe two he is too good and i think i would place a bet on him.

Well we have been waiting for this kind of semifinals, and now that we have it. Djokovic vs Zverev, hard to predict this one as Zverev is really playing very good, but we all know who Djokovic is. Might be safe for a Over bet in this one, Djokovic odds is 1.41 ML.

Just placed a bet on over 38.5 games @1.85, which should be achievable as chances are quite high that we will see 4 or even 5 sets. I am hesitant to maybe also place a small bet on Zverev to win as I tend to agree with you and Trofo that Zverev is playing really well and he already upsetted Djokovic in the Olympics so it is possible that he can do it again.

Crossing our fingers mate, I have over 39.5 bet. Djokovic lost the first set (again?), but then come roaring back in the next two sets. Now, Zverev needs to win the fourth set in order for us to win our bet because a fifth set is a sure over.

In the ladies, I'm seeing the two youngsters with the likes of Monica Seles and Steffi Graf, and for sure Fernandez and Raducanu will be a household name in tennis for the next 5 years as this two will be rivals.

what a match, and I was lucky to watch that rally live, I jumped out of my couch watching that, insanely good, hard luck for Sascha but it is a well deserved win for Djokovic, 21 in 21 baby, he can definitely win it, odds are not available yet but I am betting on him to win for sure, also thanks for sharing that link, I gotta watch it again.
