I deposited money via bitinstant to my mtgox using the new account number that appears at the top of my page when logged into mtgox. I have done this process many times. The number I used was slightly different than the one I've used in the past via bitinstant (this one has a preceding M44 and trailing X) but I assumed that mtgox had updated and used the new number to make a deposit last Wednesday. I just received word form MTGox that I shouldn't have used my old number instead.
They also told me I needed to go through bitinstant to receive my funds. Is there anything you can do from your end or is the money just lost at this point?

$$$ is not lost. Do you have an order ID or quote ID #? I have the Zip Zap account number on me. Does that work?

Lets see I ordered btc @ ~87 so 980/87 = 11.25, call it 11 btc ordered. last night I got $980 @ $144.5/btc so 980/144.5 = 6.782 delivered (I actually bought that many btc at market price last night). So I think I deserve 11-6.782=4.218 btc (current price is 158$/btc) -> 4.218*158 = 666.444. Id be happy with a compromise of another $500 delivered today even though btc is up to ~160. I think that is more than fair. Not sure what another ticket means. If that means another week then obv btc price could change significantly and then obv I wouldn't be happy with 500$. The problem of running a company that promises (and charges for) relatively instant orders with "a dynamically updated model" is that you have to deliver instantly in a dynamically updated way. You cant deliver 66% of the ordered btc a week later....

It's been multiple days since I've had a support ticket 'opened'. I neither know when, if, or how I will be contacted. The support ticket was opened days after my purchase, which was back on Tuesday. I've been very patient, but my delivery has been over 100x slower than your advertised time of 1 hour. I know it's annoying to see people posting again and again, but being made to wait this long with no contact whatsoever outside of this thread is ridiculous. Please complete my transaction with the rate at the time of purchase.

I have two orders that have not yet been deposited into my Mt. Gox account. I used the account number on the top of the mtgox page instead of the one on the deposit page. Your website makes it seem like this is the correct one to use. Your page says "MtGox Account # (ex. M12345678X)" which is an example of the number at the top of the site.
Here are my two order numbers. Please get this fixed before bitcoins are worth even more. I have faith in you.
