^  The only time F1 isn't boring is when the season starts.  Lots of excitement with the new cars or what the table might start to look like...  Then you get to a point when you start to realize that it's gonna be the same all over again.  Merc, Ferrari, RBR.

I didn't mind when it was RBR dominating tho.  Vettel's finger. 

Anyway, I'm gonna ask FJ to come up with a game for F1 next season and make it less boring for us.  Lol.  Maybe even get more people into it.

I was no talking about the level of teams in the championship.

I was talking about the GP where is almost impossible to overtake.

Besides that yeah the end of the season is often the funnier part of the season.

What is would be interesting in this race would be how Ferraris are going to react and if they will be able to capture the 3rd place from Max.
If Max gets a qualification above them, then it would be very difficult to overcome him on the race.

I remember Lewis Hamilton in Mclaren times when he was driving for McLaren that overtaking is quite possible in this track it just needs a skillful driver.Thank God nowadays we have plenty of skilled F1 drivers which will make this last race beautiful to watch on Tv.I look forward to watch it as many drivers will drive without any objective so it will be a fun race to watch.

I don’t expect Ferrari drivers will try to overtake anyone especially after what happened in the last race, but I’m hoping they can put their differences aside and secure a win here. @swogerino I’m having the opposite feeling that this race will be a dull affair as there’s nothing at stake here, but let’s hope I’m wrong and there’s some more drama in the final race.

Ferrari is trying to get Lewis Hamilton in 2021.

In 2020 the Vettel contract will be over as the Hamilton contract with Mercedes.
Adding the fact that in 2021 we will have the revolution for cars, it will be a good chance for the swap.

And apart from that, it would not be any good progress for Hamilton being in the same team with Leclerc. The young driver was to be the number 1 driver in Ferrari and if Hamilton joins them, he will never be.

Besides that, Toto Wolff will leave soon the Mercedes, and the revolution of 2021 is the best opportunity to change the team and shake the level.

I don't know, for me it doesn't makes sense to leave winning team Mercedes and join Ferrari. And I doubt that Wolff will leave Mercedes very soon, it may happen only after 2021 season. But then everything can happen, but I think it's not worth to look so far into the future.

This race was one of the most boring of the season.

This race is the Mercedes race first and the second position for the last 5 years (not today, Bottas was starting from last position).
This race is where Mercedes got the last 6 pole positions.

Championship over hoping to get a better Ferrari next year and hoping to see Hamilton on Ferrari on 2021 when the revolution will hit the circus.



Already time for 2020.

This week we will have the 1st and I think the last session for Pirelli 2020 tires with top drivers on the track.
Cars should be the same as today with maybe some little variation to test little changes, for sure they will not spoiler what they have for the next year.

Indeed, it was one of the most boring races this year. But we expected this, right? Hamilton dominated from first till last last lap. There was some interesting moments, but it wasn't even shown on TV. On last lap C. Sainz overtake Hulkenberg and this result let Sainz to finnish 6th in drivers championship - amazing achievement for him. Also, on last lap Perez overtook Norris and it means that Norris dropped out of top 10 in drivers championship.
It was last race in F1 for Hulkenber and Kubica. I will miss Hulk in F1, while Kubica isn't as good anymore as in his prime before that crash.
It will be boring period until new season, because there won't be major changes in rules and we already know all drivers for upcoming season.

If this is true I think that Hamilton not only will be the driver with the most victories as he needs only 8 more to beat the absolute record of Micharl Schumacher and pass it by one.He will also be the driver to have won titles with three different teams as I can’t recall anyone else doing it.In Ferrari his expertise will be of great help in building a winning car.

Still wondering why Ferrari only got a penalty of $50k and LeClerc didn't got disqualified. If this was happend to another team they had got a penalty for sure.

This was a minor mistake, nothing related to car prestation.
Is like they had read 0.655 on the computer and write 0.665 on the paper...

If you talk like this why Mercedes has been not disqualified last year fro applying illegal holes on tires?
Or we Mercedes has been not disqualified for doing a secret test ??

This seems to me more relative things that a human mistake on reading a number.

Dunno...  Ferrari historically always signed the biggest names in the sport.  But I'd get that if they worked like RBR.

Toto Wolff is such a strong asset for Mercedes.
If he leaves Mercedes would have big problems apparently.
This guy is irreplaceable and hard to find a substitute for him.

That means that Vettel is going to sign for Mercedes as well, which I don't think it is a scenario for them. They have Hamilton which is far better than him.
