Happy birthday Christian and thank you for all your work !

Difficulty just dropped to 2500 lol

It it just temporary because someone DDosed every big pool. I just see some big guy jumps in. He has 250 Ghs. Unbelievable !!

Edited: I can only partly connect to small pool and big pool.

I'm waiting to sell mine, rates are not really dropping anymore but are rather going up, there are buyers at 0.0046 now but with all miners eager to sell now i think that they could go up

Is anyone else's "querytime" indicating 1000ms+ on some of these mining pool dashboards?
Is the querytime server side or my responsibility? If the latter what could be causing this huge ms? Thanks gurus!

Ok let's share knowledge !

After having tried ALL the pools for 12 hours I can safely say the most reliable in term of reward is http://max.smalltimeminer.com where I only get 0-5% rejects !

Best config for GTX670 : cudaminer.exe --algo=keccak -i 0 -m 1 -L 128 -l K1344x32
small tweaks possible but minimal gains, would test more but starting too many times can get you temp ban on some pools it seems, could be ddos preventing me from connecting again though...
It WILL say Launch config requires too much memory when starting but this is the best speed and reward friendly setting I've tried so far !

Do overclock you cards with the tool of your choice ! Lower memory clock (ridiculous impact on hashrate) and do get gpu clock higher, easy boost this way. Monitor temp of course...

If this help anyone do not hesitate to share :  mf1VTxBVu6kvcSpPdZMmkrwf4Q9c1Gawxv

Happy birthday Christian, get better soon man !

smalltimeminer.com downs. I hope stratum server doesn't get affected. Every pools out there are down because of DDoS, except ypool.net. To be honest I never like ypool but in this case I need to have more respect to the owner. Another theory is that hackers just avoid ypool  Grin

don't think so. Even at high difficulty I made one more block last night. And that is worth almost half a bitcoin.

This, and all the donations I got over night Wink Thanks, everybody.

We really need a P2Pool for this coin. That's pretty DDOS resilient.

We need a google spreadsheet for Keccak !

Did someone said spreadsheet?  Cheesy

cudaMiner Keccak (SHA-3) hashrates Survey

cudaMiner Keccak (SHA-3) hashrates Spreadsheet

Have at it! A couple of ATI/AMD entries for comparison would be nice I think.

Oh, thanks!

Edit:

3 entries with:
Code:
GeForce GTX 660     K1024x32
GeForce GTX Titan   K1024x32
GeForce GTX 780 Ti  K1024x32

That's why I haven't made a spreadsheet earlier. Though it could benefit some people.

-L just has to be large enough to avoid an out of memory error when allocating the scrypt scratchpad...

Someone needs to chart the maxcoin difficulty over time. This should be a rollercoaster.
