Well to those who are wondering at the refund process I got my refund for 13.2k for 2nd batch Neptune order from knc.

I just looked today not sure how long it took but I send and got a reply to my email with the bank reply was accepted by knc same day of 2/25/14
so today is 3/8/2014....again not sure when it came in yet just have the balance from the atm..but less then what is 11 days...not bad.


So anyway I am also still holding on for a knc miracle on the batch 0 customer appreciation order at $10,131.20 w/ship to USA...

hoping for one or more of the below:

1) 4 to 4.5TH as a compensation..(yeah I'm dreaming)

2) virtual hash 3TH staring March 15th or so till physical miner (see above) (1) arrives say april 15th (yep still dreaming big here is what I am!)

3) can full refund up to the day I can decide between a full refund for miner or virtual miner or whatever

4) and hope like hell that everyone else has dropped Neptune orders...and an avalanche (volcano whatever) destabilizing the KNC GH farm (er after I get my physical (see 1 above) miner!


yep that about covers it for my "in my dreams" scenario

any thing less then at least something kinda sorta real from the above and coward that I am I will punt and run away.....(we also serve who scamper and quiver in the btc universe)

but my FALSE courage stems from the fact I THINK  I have time to refund yet ..if I'm wrong and I can virual mine in March or get physical miner soonest so be it

okay, they issued you your full return in Fiat minus fees. Is that correct? Versus today's exchange rate and Fiat price.

yep list price in USD (which is what I paid) less fees ...for the wire xfer..so I'm out 35 bucks total ..but that is normal

Your thought process is exactly why we got no info on shipping dates.
If they say tomorrow that shipping will be in June, many will "fall backwards" at the current BTC prices.
Last year KnC got lucky in a sense that BTC skyrocketed just as were starting to ship.
This year-who knows.

Just upgraded my 555gh Jupiter from Oct 18th 2013 arrival...on .90 or whatever 555gh on .95 or whatever 555gh on .99 (the 1st ver)

ok upgraded yesterday to 1.00 (oct and nov merged version)

(can't complain the unit seems to be a stable plodding little mule..but I mean really I get 1.5gh improvement....hmmm probably was just a
tweak of csminer stats..the little mule is still probably plugging along at 555gh)

I guess if your miner arrives in a destroyed box with soggy cardboard and has to be hand delivered with both hands by the DHL guy
and full of rainwater..it must have some kinda of magical properties)

I suppose it makes sense I just kinda plod along too....no where near 555gh thou

yeah my 'false courage" is due to them giving 'refunds' i would NOT function well with the other guys making miners with NO refunds these days...*shudder BFL flashback*

although I'm pretty sure *H*LL* has frozen over ...Josh at BFL did state refunds if no monarch in 6 months and me with my forced upgrade i've already been more then 6 months just on that order

so sitting around waiting for the other shoe to drop like "an unexplored geological fault has appeared under KNC's mining farm....much loss much swedish angst" ..physical miner production not effected...

yeah right ...i'm slowly creeping up to 'punting it back" i'm in the "i should give the baby up for adoption stage" now..but probably need another two weeks to suck it up and do so

I don't think they sold out, I think they pulled it from the site.   Typically they release news when an item sells out but this time just says "No items found ".
