Well I have exchanged several PMs with Alex since August, and found his replies to be helpful and enlightening on the past. I'm still waiting for a reply to my PM from about 5 days before the Plan B newsletter

I disagree here. Alex's privacy should be respected, you wouldn't like it if you were in the same situation.

I corrected your post for you.
Now I am just as pissed at KNC as the next guy, however you do not know Bitcoinorama's situation, I on the other hand do know what is going on through a private conversations with him. I am not going to get into details except to say, I corrected your post to reflect accuaracy as I know it.

so if you're communicating with orama and you've been saying there's going to be no physical miners delivered but only cloud hashing then we should take it you know more than you're revealing.  No?

I'm sure you swore to secrecy but you should give us more of a hint if you did in fact know something that's going to help us out.

 Huh Huh Huh

+1 ! We would have more infos if you have... Smiley

Yes seriously what the fuck why can't we get a straight answer!  Angry  Making provisions for new 30 amp circuits, distribution, racks, and they won't even ship our hardware?  WHY are they doing this we trusted them and they are killing us!  Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry

I to have plans to install a couple of new circuits just for neptunes because I'm already pushing the limits of my circuits with the jupiters I have.

I will make KNC pay for them if this turns out to be cloud hashing.

Yes, they allow refunds on all batches up until the point they are in production. Source: http://forum.kncminer.com/forum/main-category/acccounts/30211-new-customer-inquiry-about-refunds-and-responsiveness

lies and wank
Go fuck yourself criminal. Do not reply to any of my posts unless it's send the 40BTC bounty you promised to the people who got your stolen coins back.

How did that end up? The scammers refunded the money and that's it? And Phoenix didn't paid the bounty.

He said that the scammers "willingly refunded" so no reward was needed to be paid.  He was in bed with the scammers who "willingly refunded". He paid out some small hush money and that was the end of that.

Thank you. Well that doesn't seem right at all IF the scammers refunded the money after they were discovered by Avanger and Augusto Croppo.

iCEBREAKER is a troll! He and cypherdoc helped HashFast scam 50 Million $ from its customers !

phoenix/avenger

can we end the dispute??

Augusto got over it...so shouldn't we all, and chalk it up to a lesson learned by all parties??

phoenix, scammed or scammer....you did put out a reward, which I personally (just my worthless opinion) thought was that it was stupid to have put such a high reward, something like 3/4 of what you say was scammed....
1. he did it out of desperation
Which I think is what happened, and Augusto I think accepts that
Avenger, well, his name says it all??
                      or
2. he never thought he would recover his btc and threw out that crazy reward amount

Now, I grew up in the hood, and I deal with hood types all the time.....and no way is anyone ever going to return something unless they truly believe that they have been caught or will be caught because they didn't cover their tracks well enough......which to me tells me these perp/perps. were either outed by augusto/avenger or these perps somehow turned NICE and returned the scammed btc....

others claim phoenix was in on it.........

well the moral once and forever is trust no one, even when they have been trusted before....

Avenger, can you let it go for the sake of the thread.....and I say you should at least take what phoenix offered for the benefit of the charity, since you did say it would go to charity....whatever phoenix feels is merited is better than zero for that charity

and like that maybe we won't hear of this again......Huh?

ps. TO KEEP THIS WITHIN TOPIC

KNC, BITCOINORAMA, where are you? we aren't mad, just want to chat.....Huh

Bitmain just lowered the price of Ants to 1.18 BTC for 190GH, which means you can now get 2.5TH of mining power that will be delivered within 2-3 days for $10,000.

Knc, where is the Neptune? I'd say everyone except for the very first batch of Neptune buyers is now officially screwed unless they refund, and time is running out for the first batch of buyers.

I was just thinking of that new Swedish tax on Bitocin as "artwork" would be taxed.  So does that mean since the DC is in Sweden do people receiving Bitcoin from it have to pay the Swedish tax???

I would think so.

Yeah that would suck if they have to shave off your earnings before it comes to you.  No Government should have any legal authority to touch btc until it converts to the central bank debt-slave money of your choice.

The in-stock Neptunes went from 760ish to 89x. Refunds are probably being stocked here.

Why are people so delusional?  We will never hold a Neptune in our own hands.  A cloudhashing option will be our only choice other than a refund.

And I highly doubt that KNC ever planned to develop a 20nm ASIC.  They are building and stocking their datacenter with the old 28nm tech.   So why would they ever build 20nm miners when their datacenter is filled with 28nm miners that will do the job just fine... and without the many millions of development cost.

No Neptunes ever.  Mark my words.

If they never planned 20nm, then it is all a ruse and false advertising. You cannot get away with this...EVER, therefore, I doubt that it was the intention.
I think foundries are late with 20nm, that's all. However, we will NOT have a Neptune-I agree on this. That said, KnC modus operandi is dodgy.

is it still possible to get a refund for those neptunes?

well i have one from a week ago on the 2nd batch ..that says in processing

am considering getting rid of my 1st batch customer order (last one left) the 10.2k usd version
but am holding on for a bit in case KNC does something like double the hash or some other silliness (forlorn hope)

be my luck dump it and they say you can get your virtual 4th to hash by april 1st and your physical one in may
or something like that (my luck ya know)

but it is likely i will dump the 1st one too as things are going (probably should already have done so as btc seems
to be climbing)

anyway as long as i can refund ...i can gripe...but being a bfl refugee from last april (still no product damn monarhs)

at least i can grumble abouut KNC like i grumble about any vendor that does not deliver in time..ie get my refund

an't much but only thing they have going for them lately
