Do KNC even have a US operation those lawyers could serve with papers? From the ToS that you agreed to when you ordered: 13.2 Applicable law and dispute resolution
13.2 1 This Agreement shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with Swedish law, without regard to any conflict of law. Any disputes are to be settled by ordinary court in Sweden where the District court of Stockholm shall be the first instance.

so essentially the last straw was when I found out people DID win in small claims court and they could not collect (the guys in the class action suit) I basically gave up
click did so...but have "no real proof" trashed all that stuff in disgust last year ...although they should be able to get paypal dispute records and such....i probably shoulda/coulda kept trying but was like the 1st cry in the wilderness....(some of you remember the spat i got in with Josh..end of august.....my only bfl honor ..the 2nd guy banned from shoutbox for this after rocky raccoon ....(I heard a good baker's dozen the next week got can'd for defending me thanks).... but the time I was yelling it was "go away little man no one could be doing such a huge scam/stall on PURPOSE they are just unlucky (man for BFL the big lie worked!) anyway maybe they will contact me when they get chat logs etc...i'm all over them....real name is linked to searing...on the info i sent to them and explained much of above... likely there are so many people who 'prepared and kept the faith" with data screen captures etc...that they will have too much data imho Josh can you say 'sh*t*ro*m? To those of you who have received BTC-refund from KNCI and also the community (I hope...) would like to track how much BTC KNC have and how much they are mining. To do this it would be great if you could submit the address from which you received your refund. Link to address submission https://docs.google.com/forms/d/15ocLT4yelsQ3TQ59R2x4-TsKXULdAfPB1V6zXrJX-s0/viewformThe only required question is what the address is, takes 5 seconds to fill out and I really do believe that this information is necessary for the community. Thank you! Edit: If you would like to share addresses but only to me (and not the world) please submit them here ( https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1esjQN8vZwhI1kNtU_qxzQ0xCvhG23sGZryMUAzPMAoo/viewform?usp=send_form) The address will not be shared further only the information found from it. Ie how much many generated coins, first transaction date. Amount incoming and outgoing. It will be deidentified with rounded numbers and no day specific time. No need for this. From my refund, I went back through the blockchain and found that KNC pools a slew of BTC (900+ on my refund day) into one address, then creates a new address for each refund, sends the appropriate number of coins to the new address from the pool, then sends the refund to your address from that address.

I followed KNC's refund on blockchain and found 3 address with well over 20,000BTC in each earned from mining, can also see they get the full 25BTC for finding blocks. note. I an amateur when it comes to blockchain snooping, so not sure I know what I'm doing.

This is good information. Any chance you would be willing to share the address? I would be grateful for a pm If we can connect KNC to small addresses such as this then it would be interesting to question them why they feel a need to hide their mining. Ask them to motivate their lack of transparency. I followed KNC's refund on blockchain and found 3 address with well over 20,000BTC in each earned from mining, can also see they get the full 25BTC for finding blocks. note. I an amateur when it comes to blockchain snooping, so not sure I know what I'm doing. Could you please PM me the address?

There are tons of those on ebay. For example this seller: http://www.ebay.com/itm/170803592718 Just count the number of pins and measure the pitch to find the right one.

Dudes, take a look at the diff development... as KFC began to sell frankenJups, the diff has stoped rising. Later they anounced the "News" Then they probably decided to hold back the Neptune News They published the "News" delayed after changing their mind.... now the diff is rising heavy again. i think they have got the first Neptunes already, but they wouldn't ship them now. They update the Boden facility first!

I'm assuming the rise is due to the Spondoolies units coming online.

I'm assuming the rise is due to the Spondoolies units coming online. Doubt it. At 40 sp10 per day they can't even produce more than 1ph per difficulty. More likely due to the asicminer farms coming online.

As they always have. But they are about to have some serious competition from asicminer. Hashratio is selling 8TH machines using AM chips for $11,000 which is by far the lowest price.
