I have no basis for this, but I'm figuring the yields were so bad that there were not enough decent ones in the first batch of chips to fulfill the first batch of miner orders... So KnC could be waiting on the second batch of chips to assemble and ship the remaining 1st batch miners. And then I guess they wait 30 days and then start shipping the 2nd batch? Who knows. F'ing pricks. They should be offering a refund option to any batch 1 customer who has not yet received their product.

Well its been a full month now since KNC announced that they had started shipping the Titan (Q2/Q3, well within Q3 LOL) and I'm still waiting for my Titan, payment received 3/21. They have now had my hard earned $10000 for a full 7 months. The only thing I have received from KNC is a ban from their forums.

The implied warrantees of merchantability and fitness for purpose which exist on all commercial goods can not be voided by KNC claims of a non-refund policy.

The Titan is a faulty product which is unsafe to operate as shipped and has not been delivered in the promised timeframe.

The best you can say about it is that it mines some scrypt coins some of the time on some pools for some people, for a while before exhibiting reliability problems.

Kurt's claims of a 'silent majority' of satisfied Titan owners whom nobody has seen or heard of is unsubstantiated. His past employment with Fantasy Interactive" ( http://se.linkedin.com/in/kurt667 ) has obviously prepared him well for his current position.

KNC won't be selling anyone I know in the crypto mining world another product, ever.

problem is the KNC does not PLAN to ever sell a physical equip product again ever.....thus is why they think they can get away with this last act of greed

hope I'm wrong but looks to me they are just gonna limp this along for 90 days say it works and walk/run to virtual miners and let the lawyers fight it out for the next 3 to 8 years

why I'm taking physical miner and then doing the email on 14 day return and then the de facto reject email from knc ...at that point I'll go thru the

list of various options /stuff posted in this forum for redress at that point..my thinking is you sue them or go after them before you get the product they likely will never even

send it ...the old BFL game...so junk it may be ..the Titan but I'll wait to have my own issues with it first ...then go thru the appropriate if futile gestures to get $$$ back

but by some accounts KNC has made 200 million in last year ...so I think we are basically just gonna be making lawyers rich for the foreseeable future...

the way KNC seems to have gone to the dark side I don't see them offering anything unless forced on their 90 day warranty no refund crap product....it seems a little to pat

It is disgusting, considering that the customers financed them completely in the beginning, taking all risk on the R&D by paying up front.

Now that they have a massive venture capital injection, they've left us for dead.
