My latest calculation, end of life span, I actually got minus income with current ltc price, or in an other word, negetive ROI~

I hope this didn 't come as a too big surprise for you.

I just put away my bong for awhile, and make sure I'm awake and go to access my computer, and then I access btcwisdom and did mining calculation, and I'm pretty sure I'm awake then, I got surprise, now I'm pickup my bong again to ease my pain!

what do people speculate about the scrypt-n announcement that KNC says the Titan will do?

bet you a dough nut that it is really a 'future' firmware update and not available to batch 1 Titans (ie vaporware)

if I'm wrong and such existed what do you think the hash would be with the obvious ram requirements?

100mh??200mh?/50mh?

would be nice if that came stock with the batch 1 stuff .perhaps I could get 3/4 of my costs back rather
then 1/2 (likely to go lower)

so it goes

WANT A REFUND FROM KNC?

Bumping this post, easy to miss. Seems like a viable way to force the
Swedish bitcoin mafia
Grin
to abide by the law:

Hey, I just stopped back by on the KnC forum and saw that things have not got any better with the refunds.  This worked for me, but ymmv.  File a complaint form with ARN.  On their website, they have forms for english also.  Now I did receive email from them in swedish and had to translate it, but otherwise everything worked fine.  I just filled out the form, attached my invoice and copies of emails from KnC.  KnC waited until it was time for ARN to have a hearing and then refunded my money.  Good luck on your refund.

Well is it just me...maybe...but the odds are imho that they did NOT ship any Titans last week as they said they were gonna do..or else
SOMEONE would have got on here with a tracking number by now

guess the BTC drop got their panties in a knot or something worse happened on the planned shipping this last week

(did I miss a post on this of someone getting a shipping notice?)

Well people weren't kidding about PSU's catching fire when mining with the stock 18AWG wires. LOL

I smelled something burning this morning so I when and had a look and one two of my PCI-E cables from my EVGA SuperNova NEX1500's were pretty black at the PSU end. The miners were all OK, no burning or discoloration. So now I have to wait a few days for the new cables to arrive for the UK. lol

Does anyone make replacement ribbon cables for the Neptune? I want longer ones if that's possible? This way I don't have to bunch things together when I start building my outside box to them in for the winter. Smiley

If theres a place online could someone let me know.

Thanks,

I need 5. It's hard to say how long I need them as I don't know if there is any disadvantage after a certain length? but if it's possible to get them 2 or 2.5 times longer that would be ideal.

I have a bad feeling that there will be 'good' news from KNC today. Like:

                                    Titan Mayor Breakthrough!

We finally managed to run the Titan cubes at 100MH/s each!!!
Therefore we are happy to announce, that batch 1 customers will get 3 cubes per Titan.

sooooooo likely.....you are a bitcoin asic prophet indeed

me it will be like this

300mh 3 cubes.... but you can mine scrypt-n at our technological breakneck speed of 34mh...(if you buy the 599 ram addition module)

"Thank you for doing business with KNC you have made us very rich!" TM KNC

The question is do you still have that DOA rate like you do with bitcoin? If you do with scrypt coins then you'll never truly get 300MH/s

A bad feeling, hope there is only some hardware issue need solve, just about 11days after there announce Titan ships and still without any further update.

As my understanding hope they are not under investigation by Sweden government about business activity, then we'll all fxxked by freezing company account and asset, so Titan may be will never ship.

Allmäna reklamationsverket is not law. It´s just a bureau who issues "recommendations". KnC can ignore them easy as fuck.
In Northern Europe these organizations are big deal and ofter run or directly supported with tax money.

11 days since the 'Brace For Impact' announcement that Titan was shipping. No Titan's observed in the wild.
