No, without if we are B2B buyer, so we have the right to ask compensate to measure current market, because we are preorder, which means if knc can't supply equipment on tome then we have the right to ask compensate and legal terms refund otherwise they are flaunt.

And if we are consumer, then that is BTC, so we also have right to ask full refund, because they can't meet their adverts.

Used to in touch Swedish, I love their metal materials in my occupation purpose, and most of Swedish company offer best quality and service around world wide, and that's also why I felt confidence with knc because they are Swedish company and used to maintain reputation about their business, just like every Swedish company that I used to contact before.

Since this Q1, I am so exciting that knc involve Scrypt mining, and finally I got their announcement regarding to Titan about shipping this week, even through I still have no idea where is my position on the shipping list of them, but still executing.

Finally, I have to address again, every Swedish international enterprise has  good reputation and hope KNC could maintain the image, since last year they were international enterprise already, so~

Has anyone received their bonus Neptune yet, or had notification of shipping... or heard any news?

I keep banging on about it, but as a CA batch (batch 0) customer, I had expected to get my bonus Neptune last month.

Batch 3 is still up for sale on their site.  Not good news for people waiting for the bonus miner or a refund.

This is what pisses me off! KnC came to this forum because there was no other place for them to go, to take advantage of bitcoiners to build their enterprise, but now won't take the time to address the lawsuit concerns because they just fuckin' don't care what the hell their investomers think.

In their eyes, you're all just pieces of shit.

Quote
Mine is Sam Cole and my college is Andreas Kennemar the company we hold together is called Kennemar & Cole Hense the KNC in the name of KNCminer our other business is an IT consultancy in Sweden we have a site called www.hitta.se you will find  us both on there,

From early on I proved that the above was a blatant lie. Hell, the contrived text on both their sites prior to KnC were riddled with misspellings of the street that their supposed office was located on. I'm surprised they spelled their names correctly. Then this Alex dude comes outta nowhere espouses how great they are in his own coy way, later to be employed by KnC.

What a fuckin' ruse!

Well it is more then bloody official KNC will be offering NO compensation of any kind for 1st batch customers 300mh is it...which leads me to believe that their
other claims are FUD as well 1) that they will try to tweak the 300mh to 400mh with firmware updates and 2) that the stuff can do scypt-n and other algorithms
in any meaningful way (i suspect something like you can do scypt at 300mh but scypt-n at 50mh or some such due to ram considerations)

here it the link and the definitive reply from kurt (and my snarky reply after)

http://forum.kncminer.com/forum/resellers-affilicates/general-questions/57759-compensate-batch-1

meanwhile gawminers (who bought out zeusminer) just announce Q4 300mh unit for $1599.00 USD this of course after their 750mh units (which are virtually hashing) at 1/2 the price
of a first batch Titan.....again the 750mh vaultminers are since sept 25th virtually hashing till they physically ship

and now I see this here 1599.00 man things are really going nuts in the asic world scrypt and bitcoin

https://zeusminer.com/product/zeusminer-volcano-300mhs1000wscrypt-asic-miner/

KNC has no reason to compensate us now that they have no refunds..and i truly expect them to announce their 'modular' based Titan Data Hall in NOV 2015
after they have shipped their last equip product out the door to us home miner dinosaurs ...

why kick up 5000 plus Titans up 100mh each in compensation just to raise the difficulty on their future Titan mining farm?

well played KNC well played...last summer you took the high ground claiming you wanted to help small miner's and not be BFL ...look in the mirror you are BFL

so I'll eat the Titan loss ..sit on the coin I've mined..and ponder these developments.....

so it goes

I`m waiting for a refund for over 140 days
I had a real problem as my father needed a kidney transplant and asked for a refund on 30.04
Call them , explained them my problem , send them medical leather with the translation of my sister diagnostics and medical problem  (the whole family has health issue ) .
They did not refund me , is the same answer over and over again .
I`ve sent email requesting assistance to over 15 Swedish lawyer with no response .

This is the worst company I`ve ever encountered in EU.
I had enough .

Could anyone speaking swedish call the lawline, a free phone line for legal advice?
http://lawline.se/contact
They would simply not speak english to me, and then conclude the call with "Thank you". Not very friendly; this case does change my opinion of Sweden dramatically.

The most important questions are:
  • Is ordering a bitcoin miner a business activity (and hence the purchaser a business)?
  • Is bitcoin mining a business activity?
  • Do we need to accept a product (as a business or as a consumer) that potentially poses a fire risk?
  • What are our options for resolution (dispute resolution? mediation? litigation?) and what are their costs?

Had the same problem with the them requesting legal advice , called also some lawyer houses and no response (for over 2 weeks ).
Contacted The ECC and no help until now .
They told me that if you also contacted different agencies for support they will not help you .

In typical KNCminer fashion the news release for the Titan has changed.

" We'll produce, test, assemble and ship Titans continuously from the beginning of next week, but yield success will affect the speed of deliveries."

Has been changed to:

"We'll produce, test, assemble and ship Titans continuously from next week, but yield success will affect the speed of deliveries."

So shipping of the Titan will start at the earliest this Friday or maybe with typical loose interpretation required with KNC announcements the week after.

Sweden held election, people may gone to vote or vacaton, and don't know which party or side they stand, Sweden got new primeminister today, ether they were happy or sadness, they need take few days leave to ease their emotion, so we must show our tolerant and kindness to them.

Funny thing is how do we ease our mind, waiting so long, long for this miner, even through I realize have no chance to ROI for my preorder, but still so execiting to receive package, hope plug and play my only humble request, hope God help me.

Just curious...

First batch is equivalent to around 4 petahash, second is a bit more than that. There are open slots remaining on the 2nd batch from what I know. Give or take half a petahash.

Gonna be a historic wild ride.

This just in...

I just heard KnC is going to renege on their offer of a bonus Neptune.  That's right, KnC decided not to send out the bonus miner.  It's just tough luck for all those who expected one to arrive.  This story gets worse everyday.

KnC are crooks.

Vesperwillow, I think those estimates are high. Very high. But I do appreciate the dark humor ...

Wasn't KNC's Titan 1st batch ~ 2500 machines ? I checked periodically to see how many were available and IMMSMC there were ~ 900 remaining when they introduced batch 2. So lets say 1st batch was 1600 * 300 mh/s == ~500 gh/s total for 1st batch.

Dunno how many minis were in batch 1. I always got the impression that they introduced the mini to try to get rid of some of the Titans they couldn't sell.
