Thank You I have filed complain from the links provided.

Your first two links are broken. Page reports "bad request"

And it's not surprise with the in your face ranting you are doing which isn't healthy that KNC has decided to ban you from their site. It's OK we all get your up set with KNC's products and that you feel by the looks of it that you need to be compensated in some way, but I recommend you do it is a constructive way.

Thanks,

Well what a surprise.
Quote
You have been banned by Kurt.

The ban will be lifted on 30th October 2014.

KNC don't like the truth being posted on their site.  I must be getting under their skin. This is what I posted

I have asked to cancel my order for a refund as the product does not meet the specification and is potentially dangerous. Also there was no mention the product was non refundable anywhere on their website.

I reported KNC for both of these
Unfair terms here: http://www.konsumentverket.se/Vagled...avtalsvillkor/
For failing to inform their customers the products were non refundable before purchase

Dangerous products here: http://www.konsumentverket.se/Vagled...n/Farlig-vara/
400 watts a cube+ 1 PCI-e connector = FIRE. I uploaded a few pictures of burnt KNC connectors and cables

I'll be reporting KNC to ARN as well http://www.arn.se/ .
I've got A LOT of stuff against KNC to put together so it may take a couple of days, but the more people that do it the more they will take notice.

I would also report them here http://www.econsumer.gov/english/report/overview.shtm
I just found it and will do it tomorrow but I think the more agencies we can have looking into this "company" the better.

Don't forget to report them to the police  http://polisen.se/Kontakta-oss/Polismyndigheter/Stockholms-lan/
and file an application for payment with the baliffs https://www.kronofogden.se/Ansokaombetalningsforelaggande.html

I'll be doing that if my invoice isn't paid by its due day this week.

This is an interesting read http://www.millerrosenfalck.com/2013/01/debt-collection-in-sweden/

KNC are a bunch of crooks and I'm not just going to bend over and let them shaft me without a fight.

What is the latest sent Titan order?

Order 1990x hasn't budged from "paid" status.  I made this order 8 hours after the pre-order press release on March 19th.  Looks like Q4 is showing up with knc dropping the ball on that Q2/Q3 promise.

There's a quick fix to get the advanced page working.
Issue is that querying the hardware takes often longer than the timeout is.

SSH into your miner (user pi or root) and edit file
Code:
/var/www/pages/advanced_settings.html
in line 172 you can find the timeout for the fetch-values cmd
further in line 331, 339 and 347 is the timer controlling after what timespan the next query will be issued.

Do not reload. If two queries are issued to fast, there will be a timeout.
If you want to reload the advanced page (for ex. to load new modifications of advanced.html), switch to another tab like 'mining' wait as long as your timer is set in file advanced_settings.html before switching back.

Fine tuning works without web-interface as well, just edit file
Code:
/config/advanced.conf
and restart

If you want to know which dies cause trouble, watch file
Code:
tail -f /var/log/monitordcdc.log

connect to the screen session running bfgminer (user pi required)
Code:
screen -r

Most cubes run stable below 300MHz. To get above this value you need to compile stuff on your own, but save your time: lot of errors causing many restarts, more energy consumption, and it's hashing slower.

LCD display text can be modified, too, if you like
Code:
/etc/knc-release

was march 19th the launch date for sales (if so i'm way back ..march 27th was my misguided attempt of batch 1 Neptune to Titan...then again not sure if it would have
made any difference ...NO KNC PRODUCT HAS OR CAN ACHIEVE ROI in 2014....ONLY ROI possible is if BTC was to go to the moon at prob 800 usd or 900 usd here soon

(Please, Please ASIC Gods ship my miner "soon" (tm bfl) .."in two weeks" (tm bfl) ..this is informally known .also as the BFL lamination/despair & hopelessness prayer....TM BFL)

Now that BFL is 'kaput' (TM Hogan's Hero's TV series)...I guess KNC bought out the rights and with all the new found wealth (approx $200 million) ...to this
defacto passing of the TM torch to KNC....so KNC is 'moving on up' (TM  Good Times TV series)

"Now listen to a story about a man name Sam ...who's a former banker that, played with  some ASIC'S instead....while searching for some bargains as a miner maker per see.....
lo but behold he duth (?) discovered...that ....being a miner per say was WAY WAY better then selling them you see...keeping all them Bitcoins to oneself you see (no refunds)
is the way to be richer then Jed Clampett  yep...thats for me...Sam said indeed......black gold (like his heart)  bitcoins for me!...(Beverly Hillbillies TM)

sheesh ...a song writer I'm not...losing my frigging mind by the by)

fully functional Titan ?
No, not for me at least. I had bad luck in this game-of-dice. (?)

Most of the cubes show weird behavior.
Some Dies kick in from time to time, with the right voltage for them but then causes errors and bfgminer crashes.
Additionally there are frequent restarts (5min interval) due to some dies are off.
And the restarts decrease your avg hashrate even further, because bfgminer needs more than 1min to get up to speed.

How much more of a jump is it to go from 475Mhz to 500Mhz on a Neptune, I know I do about 3.4TH/s at 475Mhz but I am not sure how many TH I can do at 500Mhz?
