to abide by the law:

Hey, I just stopped back by on the KnC forum and saw that things have not got any better with the refunds.  This worked for me, but ymmv.  File a complaint form with ARN.  On their website, they have forms for english also.  Now I did receive email from them in swedish and had to translate it, but otherwise everything worked fine.  I just filled out the form, attached my invoice and copies of emails from KnC.  KnC waited until it was time for ARN to have a hearing and then refunded my money.  Good luck on your refund.

afraid I missed the boat on this KNC is now shipping they simply would make an invoice and get my unit out quicker as a result..all units will likely be shipped by the end of the month at least for Titan

Well people weren't kidding about PSU's catching fire when mining with the stock 18AWG wires. LOL

I smelled something burning this morning so I when and had a look and one two of my PCI-E cables from my EVGA SuperNova NEX1500's were pretty black at the PSU end. The miners were all OK, no burning or discoloration. So now I have to wait a few days for the new cables to arrive for the UK. lol

Does anyone make replacement ribbon cables for the Neptune? I want longer ones if that's possible? This way I don't have to bunch things together when I start building my outside box to them in for the winter.

How long do you want them to be and how many?

I need 5. It's hard to say how long I need them as I don't know if there is any disadvantage after a certain length? but if it's possible to get them 2 or 2.5 times longer that would be ideal.

The question is do you still have that DOA rate like you do with bitcoin? If you do with scrypt coins then you'll never truly get 300MH/s

A bad feeling, hope there is only some hardware issue need solve, just about 11days after there announce Titan ships and still without any further update.

As my understanding hope they are not under investigation by Sweden government about business activity, then we'll all fxxked by freezing company account and asset, so Titan may be will never ship.

Allmäna reklamationsverket is not law. It´s just a bureau who issues "recommendations". KnC can ignore them easy as fuck.

In Northern Europe these organizations are big deal and ofter run or directly supported with tax money.
