I would think that the reason why Bitcoin would be the number one Payment System would be because of the instant transfers that we are allowed to make online. Fiat transfers isn't that fast when transferring to another person that lives on the other side of the planet unless a payment system is used like PayPal or something though even with PayPal the transfer isn't that secure because the Company could shut down and freeze the PayPal account.
Bitcoin survives because there isn't any Companies that could easily shut it down.

Yes, today and for many years, bitcoin is the best crypto currency in the world and brings good profits. But what will be difficult to predict in the future for sure. it's not the best, it's just the most well known and the one with the biggest market share right now. But it's not the best at all because it hasn't been innovating in a long time. |

I think it's possible go over bitcoin and create other altcoin which gonna replace and it can have any name. People think that bitcoin is ideal because of the name but that's not right in some period any altcoin can replace it with any other name but have better features

The reason bitcoin will be always be number one is because of its thousands loyal users. Bitcoin is now used by many companies. Gambling, services, and buying or selling of goods. Its the first made cryptocurrency so definitely it has to be the number one.
While that is without a doubt important it does not tell the full story, bitcoin for a long of time did not have many users or a lot of money flowing into it and it still survived that period so bitcoin has more than just users taking advantage of its characteristics. |

Yes ,but its not that expensive ,we knew that bitcoins exist a long time ago and it proves his stability also the main thing was bitcoins is connected in the sense of blockchain rather than any altcoin even it has a big marketcap. Provided with the acceptance and legalization of bitcoins even there are better ones .Its too hard that any altcoin go over bitcoin ,however everything might happen in the future . |

Since bitcoin is user based, meaning it is upon on the demand and suplly. This is a great thing since the more user or the higher the demand, the more you would earn if you have bitcoin. However, its disadvantage causes volitality as huge investors sells their bitcoin, sure thing it will dump. Yet, since the foundation of bitcoin is tough enough, there is no reason for it don' get recovered or pump after volitality occured. |

I agree with you. Now there are no competitors among the bitcoins among the cryptocurrency. He is the most popular and many people already trust Bitcoin. It is unlikely that any other currency will become as popular. Bitcoin has a lot of competitors in the market like the altcoins, there is a lot of altcoins that have potential against bitcoin but most of us didn't know it yet and didn't know that some of the altcoins are worth it to invest in long term and it will become one of the worst bitcoin enemy in the future so we should not be comfortable that we didn't face any enemy soon because there is already a lot of enemies in the market. |

I do agree that it is one factor. Altcoins are making bitcoin to look more valuable. If one new investor is on its way to invest in an altcoin then sees the future of bitcoin also then there will be a chance that he will turn into a bitcoin investor also. There is nothing more better in making bitcoin number 1 than addinh more users into it. Adding more demands in the process. |
