Yes this is another very interesting and relevant example from your side. I think you can gain infinite benefits from analyzing data over and over again. Logically, there is no limit to the results that you could gather from a growing set of data. We need the infrastructures in place that provide sufficient security for all the data to be pooled and analyzed without violating privacy aspects. We are on the right way I think.

The danger lies in "there is no limit to the results that you could gather from a growing set of data." You can combine and massage data in any way you want to get any result that is desired.

That's the way I understood it too. Gatcoin is the platform then the merchants themselves handle creating the coins, distribution etc

They should work on Gatcoin instead of exchanges at the moment. There will come exchanges anyways as soon as the ICO is over, even if it's just Etherdelta or so first, others will follow soon. But as Gatcoin already has a partnership they should focus on this and maybe to get other partners too

Very likely it will happen. Japanese are well known to be the trend setters on about anything and everything. GATCOIN's potential will be tested there.

You are mostly right about that. But in the  "start up" phase you need marketing on both ends. Uber would never get big on purely running promotions for customers, they need to get a big network drivers first right? And those drivers need customers.
