I have seen criticisms about the initial application in large-flow terminals, but I believe this is the best way to make the project known in the real world and give a lot of visibility, which in turn will attract the interest of interested health corporations in increasing their earnings with Patients. HealthMonitor's pioneering spirit will take you away with certainty.

If they go global, it's very clear that they need local companies that will do the maintenance for these machines. I can't imagine that they will drive/fly from the headquarters to refill the disinfection fluid or wrapped material

In this case however the machine will require constant maintenance to replenish the breathers.
And if they finish the machine cannot be used, missing customers.
Yes, there should be some engineers and doctors who stand by at the placement area for the maintenance/routine check up. No, i don't agree with you. Daily or weekly maintenance would be enough for machines. Also, they don't need doctors for their business. Well , you cant expect that everything will always go your way. If there is 50 devices in a large area, and you dont know that 45 of them are broken/shorted, then you will lose a lot. And also if the devices are broken and then give a wrong result, and no one knows it, what will happen ? You should know that this thing isnt as easy as placing vending machine In vending machines will be placed standard portions of gases. And every day machines will check these gases automatically. This results go straight to servers. Such a way we can check serviceability of devices remotely. Machines will be spread to a large area. How will you do maintenance of them. Use local partners or open offices all around Europe? Youre wrong sir, why they want to spread it wider/larger than what they can control? I think somebody said before, that they are planning to put those vending machines globally, around the world. So it's actually a good question - how will the maintenance go? If it's global I can't imagine getting a partnership with one maintenance company They will have to agree with a local company for each country to carry out maintenance or have their own people in place.

They are planning, so i think they wont spread it all at once. They will spread it continuously as long as they can reach/cover it. In any case, whether they are just planning like you said or if they have already decided, it would be nice to hear any official sources confirm any of those strategies. Otherwise, it's just plain speculation. Imo, marketing strategies are pretty important for this kind of project, that's why everybody is so interested in this question.

Does it really take advantage of the blockchain technology or just a business model ?
hello, blockchain is used to streamline the funding process and to allocate dividends Is there any formula used to calculate the amount of dividend a holder will get? I join this question. This is the most important thing I would like to know. What part of the profit will you send to pay dividends? And you will pay dividends in ETH, and make a profit in fiat money. So you will exchange and lose some fee in doing so. This fee will be deducted from your profits or from our dividends? I don't think there would be a formula. What % of profits are paid out to token holders? Are dividends paid in ETH or HealthMonitor Tokens? As said earlier and as stated on the website, token holder will get 70% of the profit as Dividends paid in ETH to their personal wallets. Well, we just can not check how much we will receive dividends. 70% of what? It is impossible to verify.

They will be obligated to provide financial statements, like any other company, it's just if they are not a publicly traded company, they don't have to disclose this information to the public. As far as I remember, they are a private limited liability company, so it might be a tricky thing with dividends.

Imagine they make millions a month this would need to a great share.

Well the thing about blockchains is that you ACTUALLY are able to verify the transactions. You will be able to query the chain, find out the profits volume for a given period, and divide its 70% among the investors.

In two years they forecast a profit of 4 million dollars a year. This means that you need to make 800,000 diagnosions a year. In fact, more, as will the cost of maintenance and service. This is approximately 2,191 diagnoses per day. If by their calculations one machine makes 30 diagnoses a day on average, then 73 apparatus should be installed. And they will install 200 units at once. Thus, the forecast looks more than real!

Maybe this forecast is based on the soft cap of 500k$. Dev said earlier that with reaching the soft cap they can install 70 monitors which would fit into your calculation.

Hell this can give a job to many people as well

There are certainly enough that are specialised in maintenance of this kind of machines. That shouldn't be an issue at all

It's also true that a good technician just needs the electrical scheme

I think expanding globally too fast would be a mistake.

Better focus on one region at first and expand further as soon as everything is working there.

Does it really take advantage of the blockchain technology or just a business model ?
hello, blockchain is used to streamline the funding process and to allocate dividends Is there any formula used to calculate the amount of dividend a holder will get? Tokens will receive 70% of the profit generated by the machines (as we have indicated in our website) What do you mean tokens will receive? Do you mean investors will receive, or token holders? I think 70% is very generous, this is very interesting. I understood. Token holders will receive dividends. No matter how you got them or bought on the stock exchange or during the ICO.
