I am not quite sure what you mean by "Your ticket was resolved within 8 hours from opening it". I haven't received any response from Kraken support regarding my issue. As for the missing ETH from that cancelled order: well, no ETH has been refunded Hi mdragganov. Could you please provide your ticket number?

Jesspow your responsibility is tremendous not only to the customers of kraken but the whole BTC community (and people that got goxed) as you playing with the future of BTC and our money. Knowing and confirmed by yourself that kraken trading platform is full of bugs and errors even beyond repair you still take people’s money and think you going to get away with this, think again. You can say that is the costumers own fault, BUT…. There is a side effect! The many pending lawsuits against kraken (in silence because of obligated arbitrary procedure) will start to see the light and trigger more alarm bels on the governments side, the risk of being shut down by them is real and plausible. But on the Kraken Titanic, the band keeps playing, refuse to settle the many cases blaming the costumers, and stay open for business even with malfunctioning software bugs. You just simply cannot run business earn huge amounts of money without any responsibility or obligations no matter what your disclaimers saying, juridical kraken disclaimer is one sided and UNREASONABLE for customers, it can be annulled before court. I lost 25000$ and all claims by now reached to over millions of dollars, not because of bad trades but because of kraken malfunctioning trading platform that should be shut down instantly it is simply not working and you knew it back then and you know it now, but did not inform the users. I tried to settle this but did not get any answers from you nor your “helpdesk” which is not very helpfully at all. I am not the only one in this case and claims reach millions of dollars by now. The plaintiffs filled @ https://www.consumerfinance.gov/complaint/getting-started the government reached unknown limits and kraken is under investigation by them. Saying it is the customers fault to trade on kraken in the first place is bad management, you should advertise this on your website, people don’t trade here we only take your money without any responsibility our trading platform is not working and full of error and bugs but we don’t give a ***, we only want your money. Acts like this are the downfall of bitcoin and is why governments want regulations. After mtgox BTC was getting tremendous hits and people are turning their back to BTC never to return, soon BTC will be an elite club of big rich owners but there will be no more people that want anything to do with BTC., forget about wide adoption, BTC maybe will survive but It will be on a darkside in illegality run by an elite of criminals and eventually restrictions and regulations will kill it, it will tumble into obscurity and illegality. Some already think BTC is too big to fail, well think again. Soon we will see BTC tumble to 2800 $ which is still to high. So it is not bitcoin that failed it are the greedy arrogant people and badly managed exchanges, malfunctioning trading platforms hacks and thefts that killed it. One day I was a believer (and I still am in BTC) but it are the malicious exchanges and the people who run them that are responsible for its downfall. So we got goxed, kraked and darksided, BTC is on life support and kraken will give it its final blow. I hope everyone get out safely and can go on with normal life without bitcoin. Withdraw your money from these exchanges as they soon all will be shut down by the governments and with good reasons, not because of BTC but because they steal your money.. And another attempt by Kraken to manipulate its markets occurred yesterday evening around 21:00 CET. Please check the OHCL data of the BTC/EUR market, another ridiculous Gilly Willy pike (named after Kraken's support member Gil) and trades not taking place.
To all Kraken users: Be warned that Kraken manipulates its market either by direct manipulation of OHCL data, or indirectly by doing nothing to prevent this from happening. This is occurring since at least spring last year (2017), has been reported then, and also has endured the trade engine update because it has occurred several times after it. Be safe and stay away from these frauds and proven liars (just go back in this thread and see how bluntly Kraken's support lies about their work)!
Until now Kraken denied to explain this issue and answers to several important questions about this issue are not given, maybe they finally would do so as this issue is clearly not solved. (ROFL, not gonna happen, as you did not answer before. And please dont start your BS about opening a ticket and escalating)
Addition: Please also check the DASH/USD market, as we know for sure that (at least some) trades did not take place in the respective pike even though the limit was passed. Addition 2: Same goes for the BCH/BCT, ETC/BTC, and LTC/BTC markets.
LTC/USD & ETH/USD markets could also be affected. We are not 100% sure about these 2 markets, but they show very similar Gilly Willys at the same time.

I did, several times, now I just did it again, hours later - same result. also: I have sent a message to support, got a "false" reply (one that pertains to adding me LTC to my account), corrected it in a reply, then - nothing .... so I am extremely suspicious now. However my amount is very small, cheating me out of 1.4 LTC really does not make much sense except they are about to close shop and dont care anymore. -sam

I got this, so according to them I will be blocked another 1.5 days. Funny enough my SEPA took them 6 days to register when it should be near to immediate, but thats another issue. We’ll be sure to let everyone know once we have a new banking partner that can accept USD deposits. In the meantime, use your bank account in the SEPA zone, you can fund your account with a EUR SEPA transfer by navigating to Funding > Deposit > Euro (EUR) and choosing “Fidor Bank AG (SEPA)” from the dropdown menu. Please note that you can only deposit with this funding method. You will not be able to withdraw your EUR using this method.

Hi CryptoTeng. Our trading was down briefly and when it came back online there was a misprint due to old data that was left over from before the downtime. Our developers are aware of this issue and are working on a fix for this in the future. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. If your deposit was credited automatically, then the delay was caused by the SEPA transfer system itself, but if you needed to open a ticket and we had to search for your deposit to manually credit it, it usually means some information on the deposit was incorrect or missing. How about Kraken takes its responsibilty for such mistakes and starts to compensate its clients when this type of errors occur as you are clearly having a massive impact on trading by these Gilly Willy pikes? Last time nothing was done about it and Kraken profited from the impact on the market.

When is the expected time to have USD deposits available again? Literally Kraken was the best exchange to deposit USD to. Depositing USD into Bitstamp is a nightmare, please don't make me go through that again

I guess you are outside SEPA zone and can't get an account on a bank within it. In that case you can fund your account with EUR by navigating to Funding > Deposit > Euro (EUR) and choosing “Fidor Bank AG (Wire Transfer) from the dropdown menu. Please note that you can deposit but can't withdraw your EUR using this method.
