i just got the verification this morning.  I was doing some reading on the forum here and was told to PM my ticket # to a member named Dargo.  apparently he's a part of the Kraken team here on bitcointalk, and he supposedly expedites their support tickets.  well i did that about two days ago and sure enough this morning i login, and see that my account has been verified for tier 3.  give him a try, he might help you out.

Hi there

I sent two transactions by SEPA. they were 82500 and 68000 euros. I can see them on hold but why does it tae so long to add them to my accoınt. All of my SEPA transferes are staying in hold for many hours. 2 weeks ago I was sending by sepa and in 2 hours they were in my account. After I sent money to one of my friends kraken account the harmony broken up. How can we fix this and let the system move as before. And also please credit my deposit they are already on hold. You can also check my previous ticket. I also explaned the problem there to Lilo but I am having the same problem.

Looking forward to hear from you. I'll also excalate it again via twitter.

Hi.  My tier 3 verification has been taking over 10 days thus far. I only have about 253 cad in the account.   All replies to the support ticket have gone unheeded.  If anyone from kraken support sees this, my ticket number is #875142.  Thanks.

They made good profit on your money seeing the recent price development. Probably they made enough now that they can let you work with your funds yourself.

Just shows how important clients are to Kraken. (LOL, actually clients are important to Kraken, otherwise they would not have anyone to rip off)

Advice, also to everyone else out there: !Stay away from this SCAM!

Same here. Always having problems with Kraken. Now tried to withdraw some funds -- errors, as always, stuck at 'Pending'. Cancelled the XRP withdrawal ordered -- stuck at 'Cancel requested'! Funds still missing. Tried another request, still 'Pending'.

Submitted request #930293, so far no news...

Registered just to say how unhappy I am with Kraken.

which exchange do you use? ( i need usd deposit with wire trsnfer like kraken) can you advice another trustable exchange?

In first instance take a look at coinbase, CEX, and Bitfinex. We have our business in Europe, so we dont know for sure about USD deposits, but to our knowledge it should be possible on all 3 alternatives. Bitfinex should be possible for sure, however here we only work with crypto transactions. There are some people who had problems with CEX though, however we seldom experienced any, and all were solved within reasonable time.

There are many more exchanges, but these are our main 3.

best advice, leave before doing any deposits. Leave before they have any chance to rip you off. Their service is abysmal. Just scroll through the pages to get an impression before starting to trade on Kraken.

I've just withdrawn LTC's, but worked after many attempts. The current situation is terrible, all pages are struggling and returning random errors like hell.

As far as I know wire US deposit impossible, the only way to do this, send USD using Tether,
(for first time you need generate deposit address)

The reference to you was rather meant in the way to point out that problems can occur at CEX. Maybe it wasn't clear enough though. We also encountered some. However, it seems we were lucky to have them solved within reasonable time.  Also hoping it stays that way. Important is to spread your risk. Always use multiple trading platforms. Do not rely on a single one.

My kraken account always have deposit by sepa and only this way and only from my personal bank account. And no withdraw.

On the night of November 10 to 11,2017 someone took control of my computer remotely and emptied my kraken account.
So in the stolen operation, he has about 4500 euro.

I contacted kraken on November 11 to inform you of the situation.
On November 13th I sent you an email informing you that my pc has been secured as well as my mailbox which was also handled.
On November 13th I also made a sepa transfer of 1000 € which arrived very well at your company.

On November 16th I send back a sepa transfer of 1000 €.
On November 17th I receive an email from your support service informing me that my kraken account is blocked.
Why the 13 you accept my money and not the 16 (if i know my account will be locked i didn't send) ?

Despite the different emails, to have recalled the history (my pc has been secured as well as my mailbox, and my kraken account), to have answered all support requests and to have asked since several emails that the deposit of my money be accepted.
Noting that to this day my deposit is still on hold, and my account locked, I confess to find the situation unacceptable.

After send à picture with my face and my id national and driving licence and handwrite with N° ticket, picture of my id national, picture of my driving licence, my rib bank, my bank statement  (to prove my addresse) and so much mail ...
I respect our rule and contact legal@kraken.com : no answer ....

Kraken must do something now ....

Or you give me back my account fully fonctioning, or you close it and sending my money to my bank account.

If the 5/12/2017 a way or other is not do (not promise to be, but do), i have no other choice than go in court.
Why court ? support answer to me they can't send back my money to my bank account by security reason ...

I hope that an amicable solution will soon be found.
