Same here. Always having problems with Kraken. Now tried to withdraw some funds -- errors, as always, stuck at 'Pending'. Cancelled the XRP withdrawal ordered -- stuck at 'Cancel requested'! Funds still missing. Tried another request, still 'Pending'.

An update on my situation: withdrawal 1 now cancelled (after some 12 hours, credited back to account's balance after another hour), withdrawal 2 sent and received; made another request for the cancelled order, still pending. But the withdrawals are working, even though terribly slowly (particularly for a currency advertised as having *immediate* transfers!).

Edit: second withdrawal order cleared after an hour or so, money received on BitTrex, where I'm happily moving with half of my BTC!

FWIW I've finished moving everything out of Kraken. Really, other exchanges are wayyyyyy better. Only today I saw Bitstamp & GDAX slow down to a crawl during the BTC dip, and yet they were still much more usable than Kraken on a normal day.

GDAX is very hard to register, but Bitstamp, Bitfinex & Bittrex are pretty easy. The 2 last ones are not EUR-friendly, but once you've bought something on Bitstamp, you can transfer it there for funding.

I'm really done with Kraken. I liked the trading view, though. Nice to see the dots where previous orders were, I don't think any of the others has that.

how is it possible you guys make like 100k profit a day but cant prevent a website from lagging? the only good thing is the audit and being trustworthy, but useless for trading, i want to use it but its impossible.

The fun part is watching the markets move and being completely unable to do anything because of endless errors and timeouts.  Wait fun isn't what I mean, fucking frustrating, that's it.

What's the point of an exchange where you can't even, you know, exchange?

Submitted request #930293, so far no news...

Hi I am new to kraken, please help me understand the US deposit. I have got tire three verified and I initiated the deposit which gave me some transaction ID.  Now I am not sure how I can wire transfer as there is no account number.

My kraken account always have deposit by sepa and only this way and only from my personal bank account. And no withdraw.

On the night of November 10 to 11,2017 someone took control of my computer remotely and emptied my kraken account.
So in the stolen operation, he has about 4500 euro.

I contacted kraken on November 11 to inform you of the situation.
On November 13th I sent you an email informing you that my pc has been secured as well as my mailbox which was also handled.
On November 13th I also made a sepa transfer of 1000 € which arrived very well at your company.

On November 16th I send back a sepa transfer of 1000 €.
On November 17th I receive an email from your support service informing me that my kraken account is blocked.
Why the 13 you accept my money and not the 16 (if i know my account will be locked i didn't send) ?

Despite the different emails, to have recalled the history (my pc has been secured as well as my mailbox, and my kraken account), to have answered all support requests and to have asked since several emails that the deposit of my money be accepted.
Noting that to this day my deposit is still on hold, and my account locked, I confess to find the situation unacceptable.

After send à picture with my face and my id national and driving licence and handwrite with N° ticket, picture of my id national, picture of my driving licence, my rib bank, my bank statement  (to prove my addresse) and so much mail ...
I respect our rule and contact legal@kraken.com : no answer ....

Kraken must do something now ....

Or you give me back my account fully fonctioning, or you close it and sending my money to my bank account.

If the 5/12/2017 a way or other is not do (not promise to be, but do), i have no other choice than go in court.
Why court ? support answer to me they can't send back my money to my bank account by security reason ...

I hope that an amicable solution will soon be found.

Kraken cannot release your funds until they have made sufficient profit on your money. After that you can have all the access you want to "your" funds.

Again, for those who have't noticed yet....Kraken is one big SCAM....stay away if you value your money

It seems they have a typical scheme.  Kraken puts your deposited funds on hold and uses your money to push the price of  crypto-currencies up by buying funds for themself with your money. Then when the price is up, they release your funds, so you can buy, at which point they start selling to you the crypto-currencies which were bought with your funds. So the chance of you making profit on price shifts is minimized.

Again people need to go via public channels to get service. And their call is only then answered by Kraken in order to maintain the false promise of an active service. How about treating the requests which were submitted via your website. We still have a few open requests which were opened 5 months ago. No answer, or solutuion to them so far... Great service. Freaking hilarious

And no Mr/Mrs/Miss Kraken-Septimus, we wont submit request via links in this forum. Provide the service of answreing and solving problems also to people who don't use 3rd party public channels to submit their requests.

Again, stay away from Kraken. It is (at least in its current state) a fraud and a big massive SCAM.

They only reply to requests which suit them (maybe if the request is possible to be solved quickly for PR reasons), in order to maintain their SCAM, which is working surprisingly well seeing the trade volumes. Or their trade volumes are false as well which would be no surprise seeing these massive frauds in the management, service and dev teams. Maybe the volumes are also induced by Kraken's own trading, potentially with withheld user funds.

If you have been effected by Krakens shady business practices, please use the following links below. If you feel like others have been wronged by Kraken you should file a complaint as well. I reccomend you filing one complaint a day against Kraken with all 4 agencies.

Also for anyone interested in what exactly happened to me, I posted about it on the reddit links above.
